1 starAbsolutely horrible company. Classic fine print scam company. Over promises under delivers. Over priced. Locked into contract. Needs 15 days to cancel. Gave them 7 and I'm going to still be charged another ****. Lost my business forever. Definitely would not recommend. Nothing good to say about the company. Horrible. As soon as you lock into contract they got there 6 months of money and that's all they care about. Never using or recommending them to anyone. General terms and conditions say cancel anytime after your minimum time is up. We'll that's a lie. You have to read down in each service section. Scam

1 starWe cancelled our account two months ago. After we cancelled, we were billed again. We called Hibu and they informed us that we didn't cancel "everything". We again reiterated that we wanted to "Cancel Everything" on that phone call. A month later we received yet another bill. After yet another call, the same song that "the account cancellation wasn't saved this time" was their excuse. I guess let's see what they do now.Hibu Inc

1 starWe had been working with Hibu for the past 20 years, of course they weren't Hibu back 20 years ago and have changed to become more of a digital company. As of June of 2022, they quit printing the phonebook and AUTO CONVERTED our account from printed ad to a digital listing verification(mobile boost?). Essentially verifying our info is correct on a variety of website. Hibu says they sent out an email and letter explaining this AUTO CONVERTION but I can not find any correspondence but they continued to charge my credit card they had on file. Hibu never reached out to us to see if our info was correct for their digital listing verification (mobile boost?) and every time a new representative would call and offer additional Hibu services, I would ask them to review my account and contract and these reps would set up a meeting, but then no call no show to the meeting. Truly incredible. I finally got fed up and cancelled today after being taken advantage of for over a year to the tune of $72 monthly. I feel cheated and wanted to share my experience. Hibu has lost any merit it previously had.Hibu Inc

5 stars******************************* at Hibu Marketing has handled my website and marketing over the last 4 years. ******** coached me well by advising me and making me aware what is needed to increase business year to year. We now do everything with Hibu SEO, Search and our website. We are #1 for the relevant keywords on most search engines or stay in the top 3 on the ******* Yahoo and Bing. After raising my budget for internet marketing 4 times, I now get almost 400 calls a month solely from Hibu's marketing and I increased my income almost 10 times what it was before I started with Hibu.I recommend Hibu Marketing if you want to increase your business and make a lot of money.Hibu Inc

5 starsI took a leap of faith to work with ******************************* at Hibu for my website and marketing. Someone referred him to me regarding getting more business. I didn't have a lot of money spend but ******** worked with me on the budget when I first started. He told me that after a few months of seeing and watching the website and marketing work if I wanted more business he could increase the marketing and maybe double or quadruple the the business for my tow company. Everything he said happened. I got business in the first 2 days of my marketing going live. I was getting 20 to 30 calls a month, but when I increased the marketing like he said, "WOWSER" my calls jumped to 80 to 100 calls a month. That's quite a bit business for a one man show in the towing business. I just want to say thank you for helping change my income and my life. I recommend ******** and Hibu to anyone trying to take their business to the next level.Hibu Inc

1 starThey over promise and under perform, their rates are ridiculously high. And if you try to cancel your services you have to call a specific number that no one answers. Ive called over 15 times, emailed, called the main line to be forwarded no success. THEY SHOULD BE SUED! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Hibu Inc
