1 starProduct did not deliver the results the salesman said it would. Over priced beyond belief (full year contract I was never told about) and cancellation was impossible. They are now threatening court due to 2 months not paid because I had to stop payment through my bank - because I couldnt get someone to cancel over the phone. Pathetic business tactics. And the thousands of miserable reviews shows Im not the only one dealing with this.

We have reached out over the phone and email and have not heard back. After a careful review of your concern, we have determined that no adjustment is warranted. The products worked as they should. Your last bill went out on 10/18/23. You called and requested to cancel 10/19/23, this was the day after the 10/18/23 bill went out and was a valid bill. A cancelation request must be made by calling Client Success 15 days prior to your billing date. A copy of your contract was emailed to you on 03/08/22 showing the amounts and minimum terms of the contract.Review fromCharles H

1 starGonna try this again since it never works. I would give the negative stars if possible. This has been the biggest mistake my company has ever made was working with HIBU. So in August I hired HIBU for advertising because our company was getting bigger. Our sales rep was Julie Stover and she advised I go with a $3,900 6 month contract. She said my company would perform really good and I’d see a huge return for my business. Here we are 5 months later and just booked our first appointment for an estimate. Haven’t sold a job, through there marketing. Now Julie don’t even text us when we ask questions. Noah is a manager they send me to when I have questions and that is a real headache talking with him, he clearly sees it’s not working for our company but says just hang In there it’s gonna take off?? um we’re over $14,000.00 spent with them for nothing. Please don’t waste your money with this company they’re under legal lawsuits right now for how they conduct business.Hibu Inc

1 starIt's essential to carefully consider online marketing services like HIBU. My experience with them was disappointing. Despite investing $15,000 over six months, I didn't acquire a single client through their efforts. When I declined to renew my contract, the sales representative, who was based in NJ, gave my leads to a competing cleaning company and essentially stole clients from me. I strongly advise others to avoid HIBU and instead consider creating their own ads or using Google's local service, which is more cost-effective. By building your own website, you can retain full control over your leads and content. Furthermore, be cautious when granting HIBU access to your Facebook and Google Business accounts, as upon contract expiration, they may attempt to claim ownership of your content and leads. In my opinion, this behavior reflects dishonesty and unethical conduct. I just want to give a huge, heartfelt thanks to Blair Manus from HIBU for generously sharing their unparalleled wisdom and expertise in the thrilling world of advertising. Their guidance has truly been a highlight of my professional journey, and I am eternally grateful for the invaluable lessons learned.Hibu Inc

We have emailed and left messages but have not heard back. We researched your concerns with the details that you provided. Customers are not something that is promised with advertising nor can they be accurately tracked. I did review your dashboard from when your products were live and the products were working well. Your website alone had 55 clicks to call, 22 coupon clicks, 65 form fills, and more! Your search product had **** K impressions, **** clicks, and 52 calls with a 5% conversion rate. Your display product had 228K impressions and 973 clicks. When you requested cancellation you said that you were getting too many leads and could not take any more jobs. Your sales representative suggested that you subcontract the extra leads. She never gave your **********. She also personally provided leads to you. 1 starif i can give zero stars i will. this company is a complete scam. i have a demolition and hauling company and paid these guys to advertise my company in 6 months i did not receive one client. i was out a little over $9,000. luckily i got $4,000 back from my Credit card issuer but still out $4k. they took down my website as well. Im going to be taking legal action against hibu. i consulted with seo experts and they ran my website and they saw that nothing was being done. funny thing is they threatened me with a law suit. i will see you criminals in court. you scammed the wrong guy.Hibu Inc

1 starStay away from these guys. They have a "Set it and forget it" mentality, take forever to get back to you, and will generally not be the best option when trying to advertise digitally. They'll try to up charge/sell you on things you don't need and will push back even after you explain why you don't need it.Hibu Inc

1 starI was surprised when one of their agents came to my business and bold-face lied to the owner that they were told by one of my staff members over the phone to come in an speak to our company about doing business with them. What a terrible way to introduce your company by lying about speaking to someone just to get your foot in the door. Don't do business with them, they can't be trusted!Hibu Inc
