5 starsHiBu is amazing. We love that we can track every lead that comes in to know where we are excelling at in marketing. Since partnering with HiBu our ****** ranking has jumped. We are getting tons of traffic to our website. Our company is looking forward to the continued growth from partnering with HiBu. 1 starThis company is not very honest. I subscribed to this service hoping to improve my website traffic and online presence. They locked me into a 12-month contract for $55 per month after three months my website traffic had diminished to zero clicks..... needless to say, they would not talk to me about results and discontinuing their worthless service contract. 5 starsWe are a plumbing and HVAC company. We used HIBU's services for years. Our account manager, Anne and the entire team at HIBU were so easy to work with. Anne W. was always on top of anything we needed. THE ONLY reason we switched is because we hired a local marketing agency and part of the contract requires that they run our website. I would highly recommend Anne W and HIBU to anyone looking for top notch service at an affordable rate!Hibu Inc

1 starI would leave negative stars if it were possible. My company was thriving until they came along. First they told me I could work with them on a month to month basis. Then I sent them some photos of me climbing which they used to create advertisements. They made a lot of ads for my company. And for three months my phone stopped ringing...I went from being booked out for months to not a single job. The problem was this: they used my ads and routed all the incoming calls to a competing tree company; Victor's tree service. For 3 months when you clicked on my ads, the call went to my competitor. Once we figured this out I stopped all business with them, then, even though we were no longer doing business they were not creating ads or doing any services for me, they continued to charge me $1,000 a month off of my card. I asked then to stop and they continued charging me no matter how many times I changed it. They then sent me something saying I owed them $3,000 more dollars and that we are in a contract. I asked them to produce the contract and they show me some fraudulent peice of paper that i have never seen with out my signature on it, just some wierd scribble saying (voice signature) as if I signed a contract over the phone. This company is the biggest scam I have ever seen, they single handedly almost destroyed my company and caused me to lose almost $100,000 worth of business to my competitors. 1 starThis company is beyond ridiculous. They will lie, steal your money and website. Unprofessional and incompetent. Its all about taking your money and a 12 month contract of poor management and service then on to the next fool. Its a continuous process of mismanagement and incompetence.That sums it up STAY AWAY!!Hibu Inc

1 starI would also give a negative review if I could. These guys are all about money in their pocket while providing minimal results. They dont keep up on ****** algorithms at all and expect you to and then keep them advised on what your keywords need to keep changing to. They let my ****** go unverified after some time and never let me know. This is all while paying a ridiculous premium. On boarding levied to me saying Id be the only one in my industry near me they would work with. After signing on I found out that was a lie and they were working with local competition. Too bad the contract was already signed. Working to cancel your account after the contract is up is bonkers and they force charge you an entire month. Apparently that is in the fine print! Their customer service is also garbage, bunch of rude people who you wish you could chat with in person. Stay as far away from this company as possible!Hibu Inc

1 starThis company is all about getting you to sign their contract, it is all done on a laptop, the do not disclose there is a like on the contract to click on that discloses the term and conditions and they do not tell you all of the Terms and Conditions when going over the contract. They tell you about how they will enhance your company and then have you sign their contract on their laptop. You are not given any papers stating the terms and conditions and they do not bring them up on their laptop and have you read them over. The cost for their service is Highway Robbery for doing nothing to enhance your business. STAY away from this company it is not WORTH what they charge you every month. The representative tries to avoid you once you sign the contract and doesn't want to answer your questions and will sidestep and try to say how they have help so many other businesses and not answer how they are helping to enhance your business. When you call and want to cancel your contract then they tell you about different clauses in their Terms and Conditions and that the 6 month Contract doesn't start from the date you signed the Contract but months later after they have set it up and make it live is when the contract start but still charge you their high dollar cost for their service for all the extra months also. It is a BIG rip off of a Business.Hibu Inc
