1 starDo not trust this company with your money. Their customer service department gives you a different answers to your questions depending on the day. I have been trying to cancel my account with them since November and am still getting charged. They do not care about small businesses and just want your money.Hibu Inc

1 starHibu is the worst company that exists. Terrible customer service. My first salesperson quit after about a month after signing up. I was assigned two additional sales people over the course of my **************************************************** about paying a $199/fee upfront. New salespeople were clueless. They were picking terrible keywords for my ****** advertising. I'm a lawn/landscape contractor and I was getting a lot of phone calls for lawnmower repair. Took several phone calls to get that straightened out. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER SPENT!Hibu Inc

1 starI shopped a couple SEO companies and went with HIBU because the sales person was good at convincing me of the quality and expertise of this company. Since I have started a couple months ago it has been almost a weekly occurrence of me needing to call in to fix errors such as my store hours on business sites being wrong or not showing multiple times now. correct poor quality content including but not limited to grammar errors. they have even told me that I dont have a sitemap for my website which I have had since December and when you look up the sitemap there are dates showing that. I am convinced they have no idea how to do SEO or at best they are trying to use AI to do it and its not working well. They got me in a contract that I cant get out of even though they constantly are messing things up which i believe the right thing to do is let me out so I can move from helping them do their job. If I knew I would be spending a couple hours a week helping them do things right I would have done it myself because they are not even spending that long with how little they are doing and its wrong anyway. Also the manager never called me back after speaking to two people about this so I am hoping to warn everyone else of this.Hibu Inc
