1 starAll zeros for me. Ive been paying way too long and for nothing!!! Shame on me. They cant seem to get anything right over and over same problems. And they do nothing to make things right with me on all the money Ive spent with them. All I have is a high cost photo album my contact information is still not right after so many times asking them to correct it! Be aware dont waste your money. Time after time they said they would fix the problem but havent, and have no problem taking my money. Two thumbs down!!!!!Dont even waste you time telling me again youll fix the problem. Its been told to me time after time. Same results!!!! None.Hibu Inc

1 starWe cancelled our account two months ago. After we cancelled, we were billed again. We called Hibu and they informed us that we didn't cancel "everything". We again reiterated that we wanted to "Cancel Everything" on that phone call. A month later we received yet another bill. After yet another call, the same song that "the account cancellation wasn't saved this time" was their excuse. I guess let's see what they do now.Hibu Inc

1 starThey over promise and under perform, their rates are ridiculously high. And if you try to cancel your services you have to call a specific number that no one answers. Ive called over 15 times, emailed, called the main line to be forwarded no success. THEY SHOULD BE SUED! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Hibu Inc

1 starI wish there was 0 stars! Total scam! I have canceled with them several times. They continue to bill. I have argued, they continue to bill. Finally reached someone to help me after I paid off the "monthly billing"...which they charge a service fee for....said no cancellation was put in! Then they "opened an investigation" on IF I canceled several months before. I have notes, dates, times, balance to pay off, when contract would end and my cancellation would be effective. Now, their "investigation" says I NEVER canceled!!!! ***** frustrating getting the run around. The service is a joke. If you are considering this company.....RUN AWAY!!!!!! Their customer service is horrible! After they hook you on an initial contract...you can't get out! Just don't do it!Hibu Inc

I have reviewed the 1-star review that you left and I was hoping to get additional information from you. I have reached out over the phone and email but I have not heard back. The review that you left stated that you were dissatisfied with Hibu but did not give a reason why. I have reviewed your account and when you spoke to our Client Success team you said that you wanted to cancel due to low return on your investment. I did review your Website and Display products and they seemed to be working as they should be. I also found an email where there seemed to be some frustration with our cancelation policy. Per the terms and conditions of the contract, all cancellation requests must be made by speaking to our Client Success team over the phone. I see that you have since spoken to them and requested the cancellation. I would be happy to review any other information that you provide. We try our best to give 100% effort to our clients.
