1 starI called Hibu and spent approximately 1 hour plus 3 phone calls to find the "correct" department to cancel our account. That was December 2023. It is now April 2024 and I continue to receive late notices and threats of reporting our NON Payment to the BBB. Because I did not trust that our account would be cancelled, I called our credit card company and dis-allowed future charges. If I had not done so, HIBU would have collected another $450 in fees for services we cancelled.I would like to report HIBU's lack of respect to a business that has paid you thousands of dollars over the years for advertising and not respecting our wishes to cancel the account. Your customer service and phone tree is a joke. It's almost impossible to get to the correct department and once there, the strong arm tactics to keep one a customer is revolting. Again, please cancel our account. Simple. We do not need your services. We will NEVER use HIBU again. There are other better options available for internet traffic. Use caution and read your contract to make sure you can get out of their services before you sign anything! Just a warning.Hibu Inc

1 starI utilized Hibu for several months and observed minimal results. They demonstrated the effectiveness of their keyword entries for me through the Hibu dashboard. Ultimately, they suggested implementing a dynamic phone tracker on my site, which unfortunately disrupted my inquiry form for three weeks, resulting in the loss of all inquiries during that period. I engaged in a two-week struggle with them and eventually had to consult my own IT team to identify the problem. Only after we pinpointed the issue as one caused by Hibu did they resolve it and acknowledge their mistake. As compensation, they offered half a month's service free, which hardly compensated for the potential loss of over $15,000 in services and the negative impact on our reputation due to unaddressed inquiries. I would never use their services again.Hibu Inc

1 starHIBU IS A SCAM !I will be filing a formal dispute with the BBB. We signed up for Hibu in hopes that we could increase our internet presence. We signed a 6 month contract with Hibu before we were verified by ******* Our account manager **** assured us that Hibu could get us verified by ******* After 4 months we were still not verified by ****** after several failed attempts. We finally got verified by ****** in February and due to Hibu handling our ****** account we were unverified TWICE. We were supposed to pay ***** a month and have ****** search and advertising turned on however they were never able to get us verified so we were paying for services that we did not receive. We asked to pause our campaign while they did an internal investigation and only gave us a $500 credit to put towards future charges by HIBU. We fulfilled our 6 month contract and Hibu is saying that they will not release us. Not only did Hibu not do the ****** search portion but we had another company look at our back coding and our website had 10 errors in addition to no adhering to the ******* common practices" to get you noticed online when searched for. This company should be held responsible. If you go to a restaurant and order 3 things and only get one you should not have to pay for all 3. This is essentially the same thing. Hibu wants you to fulfill your end of the contract however they have no problem Breaching on their end. Needless to say we will be hiring legal counsel to go after this company and representative. Our representative said we were essentially "guinea pigs" because they had never signed someone on who was not verified by ****** first.Hibu Inc
