      This is Home Depot online..If I could do 0 stars I would...NEVER buy a gas dryer from Home Depot! After moving furniture & not drying for a week! So horrible that installers COULD NOT INSTALL GAS DRYER...blaming how the existing dryer (from a major appliance store) prevented it. CLEARLY Home Depot hires installers who have difficulty with certain installations...I'm warning buyers BEWARE of buying major appliances from Home Depot

      Tried ordering Latex-ite airport grade asphalt filler sealer from ********* East store. Site said visit store for availability. Through the text option I was told it isnt available in *********. You have it on sale for under ***** a pail for a purchase of 5 or more pails. If its not available in ********* then why are you advertising in *********? Its a shame that you have to advertise an unavailable item to get people to visit your store. Well you drove me away

      I went in and purchased a washer. I believe I paid for installation. I called to add on removal of my old washer last minute. However when the guys got there I couldnt unscrew the washer valve, they wouldnt even attempt. They left my washer at my house. I called a plumber and the washer valve turned and the plumber set up my washer! So I paid for a new washer and plumber visit. Home Depot doesnt care they said they will not be picking up my old appliance and offered to send a plumber! Awesome! I will not shop Home Depot again!

      I went to Home Depot on ******** in *********, **********, on February 5, **** to get an item for Work and I had an associate grab and squeeze my hand and I reported it and and this old lady ****** denied and lied about it even though it was on camera and theyre liars and piece of c*** store

      I purchased ******** windows for my home in July out of the ***************** region. It is now February and my order is not complete. Over the past few months I have had to become my own full time project manager to get any traction, communication or results. My window order has been cancelled, wrong size windows orders, incorrect energy efficiency windows ordered, screens missing. To date, I am still missing a window and have not heard back from the ***************** office or the corporate office. I have requested for a contractor to come to measure again the window, since this has not been ordered and delivered for the third time and a customer ********************** gesture compensation for my lost hours, time off of work and house sitters stationed at my house waiting on contractors to complete this tasks. Home Depot has refused to communicate back and deliver on next steps. For customers reading this, due yourselves a favor and purchase through a local company. Youll save yourself both time and money.

      I contracted with Home Depot on Nov. 3, 2023 to replace the backsplash in my kitchen. Home Depot, in turn, hired Hom Solutions to complete the work. Before the install date, Hom Solutions said they had initiated a dust containment policy and it would cost $631 or I could do it myself. I spent about $40 on supplies and enlisted help from my son and my sister to cover all surfaces and section off the kitchen from the rest of the house. When Hom Solutions arrived on Jan. 6, they discovered Home Depot had not delivered enough tile so did not start the job. Home Depot delivered the required tile and Hom Solutions rescheduled an installation crew for Feb. 6 and 7. When the installers arrived they were concerned about a 3" x 6" hole in the wall, which had been there all along from the ************* installation. There were pictures shared from the measurement process and I had verbally confirmed as much when I first met with Home Depot. The crew contacted Hom Solutions office and were told I was responsible for removing all the old tile and repairing any drywall damage before they would install the ********** was another policy change that neither I nor Home Depot was aware of. In the interim, Home Depot sent a plumber to disconnect my stove so tile could be installed behind it. Now, I am left without a functioning stove for another day and, since I cannot (or will not) pay the additional surprise fees from Hom Solutions, I am left with an incomplete backsplash. I am not looking for monetary relief, but feel these two companies should be put on notice to not exploit the elderly, or anyone else for that matter.

      The credit card that home Depot hired to do the billing is not helping me with my account.They took a payment to pay the balance and cancel the rest of the balance for their mistake and 2 months later they said i still owed a balance.I don't want their credit card and i want nothing to do with home depot.

      I shop, use to, Home Depot almost every day. I have over $2,000 of credit that was suppose to be credited to me from their 11% rebate match of Menards. Called the appropriate number and talked with employees from managers on down at least a dozen times. Every time I called they made it seem like the issue would be taken care of, only to have them make me jump through more hoops. They said I was getting the discount when i checked out, I was not, they wanted all my tracking numbers which took a lot of time and effort to get, when I sent them all of the tracking numbers they then told me they need copies of all the receipts, which they already have access to as I am a Pro X member. Between all of the emails, calls of which they never called me back after they stated they would, I have exhausted all avenues of attempting to get this issue resolved. They are just scamming me out of the credits I legitimately have earned at $2,000 is a lot of money!

      I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and was talked into opening up a Home Depot credit card to pay for it. It was delivered but not installed because we were able to fix the old one at no cost. After paying ******* , I was only reimbursed ******. When I asked why I was charged ****** , they said it was delivery and pick up cost . We live 5 minutes from Home Depot . I think ****** for delivery and pick up is unacceptable. I paid it but will never buy an appliance from Home Depot again. I felt like I was scammed.

      I was at Home Depot today. I was there on a specific mission. The item I was purchasing received a discounted price if buying in bulk, which was my intention as I had done my research before going to the store, so was already aware of this. Upon finding the item, I noticed a sign that stated BUY TWO, GET TWO FREE. I thought this was fantastic...upon checking out, it rang up at the discounted price for buying in bulk and that was it. I asked the cashier to take a look at he said it was already discounted. I asked for him to go back to the sign with me and he stated he has seen the sign plenty of times and was not going to look again. I asked for his help, again, to which he said JE$US CHRI$T and asked to help the next customer. I went back and got the sign myself and brought it to a different cashier. She said the item was already discounted. I tried to explain that the item was only sold at a discounted price if purchasing four or more. She could not have cared any less and asked whether or not I wanted to purchase the items. I am certain I am not the only one that was confused by this misleading marketing tactic. After checking out, I walked by the Customer ********************** desk as I wanted to make mention of my poor experience. There were four employees standing their with their backs turned, in a huddle having a conversation amongst themselves. What I learned from today's very poor experience is that I am not a loyal customer of ******. Thank you Home **********************. I have spent thousands of dollars through the years at your stores. My mistake. One I will not be making again.
