2 starsI ordered kitchen cabinets the end of August 2025 cabinets came in October 29 three where damaged from manufacturer two where wrong contacted home Depot one person told me to use the repair stick to fix one after paying 15 k they want me to fix with a repair stick so after complaining they said they would reorder this was October 31 now we call every week to hear they have been ordered now today December 10 we get called to pick up a order to find out that they didn't reorder and now won't be in until sometime in January and nothing they can doReview fromXavier S

1 starHORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DELIVERY TEAM! Washer/Dryer was slated to be delivered at 3p- 7p however received a call from driver at 11am, as they were having a light day. Of course Im at work, they rescheduled my order for next day w/o my permission. I had to take off early to figure out solution, as Im out of town. There was no accountability from Home Depot Distribution Center in *********, **. This has been a HUGE inconvenience. I will NEVER purchase at Home Depot again. 1 starI ordered a fridge on 11/27 for a delivery on 12/1. Took a day off to be home, scheduled a junk hauler to remove my old fridge same day. I received a text it would arrive between 7-11am the night before. 12/1 no one showed up or called. I called Home Depot at 1 & they said there was a truck issue. I called the next day & spoke to *********, She was the only kind, apologetic person I spoke to this whole time. She offered me $160 off & free install, rescheduled it for the 5th, said I would get a call to confirm later. I did not get a call. I took the day off on the 5th & no one showed. I called & spoke to Kensie.. she should not be in customer **********************. She is awful, rude, short tempered & a liar. She said they'd deliver it on the 6th. It was not delivered. I called again & spoke to ****, he said they added a crew to work on sunday the 7th to deliver orders that were delayed. He refunded me shipping costs of $80. Sunday; I still no fridge. I called & they said it would be delivered on Monday. I Once Again took the day off & no one showed. I called & spoke to ********. He called the warehouse, had me on hold for over an hour. He did not reach the warehouse & told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a Manager & spoke with *******. He tried to call over to the warehouse but could not get through. He opened a ticket for me & said he would reach out within 2 hours with an update. He never did. Tuesday the 9th I got an email saying my order was lost & they refunded my money. No call, no offer to ship a new fridge, nothing but a 15% off promise. As if that makes up for not having a refridgerator for 9 days. I plan to dispute all of this and get the fridge I originally purchased at the black friday price, with the $160 dollars off and free shipping plus install like I was promised. This whole ordeal is outrageous and I will never shop at home depot again. They have the worst customer ********************** I have ever dealth with. 1 starNEVER purchase anything from Home depot!!!! I ordered washer and dryer set on black Friday. When delivered on 12/5/25 dryer was damaged. Called customer ********************** for replacement. Got hung up on 2 out of three times I called. Finally after speaking to ****** in CS and *** in client resolution assuring me replacement is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 10 th December and I getting a call saying they will deliver on Saturday the 13th. 1 starExtremely Disappointed-Im incredibly disappointed with Home Depot and the way they handled my recent flooring order. I spent over $6,000 on flooring, purchased on November 12, with a promised delivery date of November 30. I planned my entire project including holiday preparations, labor scheduling, and home arrangements around this date.Then, on November 25, just five days before delivery, I received a voicemail saying the new delivery date was being pushed all the way to MID-FEBRUARY! Thats a delay of MORE THAN 2.5 MONTHS, and it completely destroyed my planned holiday timeline. No explanation, no urgency, no alternative solutions just a sudden massive delay right before the holidays!This is unacceptable for a purchase of this size. The lack of communication and responsibility has caused MAJOR inconvenience and extra cost on my end.Ive been a loyal Home Depot customer for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider where I shop for major home projects. 1 starWe had our floors ****** in our bathrooms and had a contracted company through Home Depot do the work. We recently noticed that the seal along the tub was starting to disintegrate allowing water to come in contact with the floor. We had two companies come out to inspect the work and both said that the "cause of moisture intrusion and subsequent damage is the improper installation of the Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring by Home Depot's installers.When going to Home Depot about the issue in September, we were brushed off and said that someone would be in contact with us. It took months for someone to get back to us and take this issue up with management. We had to be persistent with calling and checking in as our floor continued to sit with no steps being taken to fix the issue. Once we finally got a hold of someone and they reviewed the case, they claimed that this was "an environmental issue" and that they would not be held liable for the damage. Per the restoration company who came to check out our floors, The damage is not environmental but is a direct result of a crucial installation error in a wet area. The lack of action and responsibility Home Depot is taking is completely unacceptable. We want to file a complaint for that reason. We recommend that others do not use Home Depot for home installations because the treatment of their customers is appalling as they were dismissive to us during this process. They act as if they dont have to play by the rules or follow a code of conduct. We will no longer do any business or projects with Home Depot as they have shown a complete lack of professionalism and competency. We expect a response and to pay for the damage caused by this faulty installation.

1 starDo not buy appliances at Home Depot. They hire people to deliver that do not speak English and have no idea how to install properly. They couldn't even drive up our private street, they said the driver was a poor driver. They tried to communicate through a language app. The whole experience was a disaster and we refused the delivery because of they're total incapablity of installing it.

1 starPurchased an extended warranty through Home Depot. The fridge lasted 14 months, had to call twice for repairs. I got the run around from the All State and Home Depot both told me its not their problem. I paid out of pocket directly to manufacturer. I follow up with Home Depot about the policy they sold and what they told me, they told me its not their problem. All State gave me the run around. Home Depot will not assist in backing up the warranty they sell and they are not honest about what they say.

1 star**************** I bought one of your products from Home Depot in August because I was pretty to be sold out from the holidays. Ive set it up the day after Halloween. It died two days later. Now its too late to get my money back from Home Depot and yall are out of all the trees that can be replaced through the warranty. Im highly disappointed. Its been weeks of me without a tree. I would never recommend your products to anyone.
