      I bought a ** stove from home depot the installation is automatically included in the order you would have to make a effort to go back and uncheck it. I did check the haul away box. I tried three times for this order to go through I also was buying a stove hood. after the third attemptit went through. I didn't really look at the price I just payed what it said I owed. Then when they delivered it they dumped it in my kitchen and I said are you just leaving it there it is suppose to be installed. The guy said its not on my order can't do it call this number and they will set up a work order for us to come back out. called the woman was **** and said I was out of luck. called customer ********************** he gave me another number that was no help so here I sit with a uninstalled stove in my kitchen.I am realy tempted to send it back and deal with lowes instead. Let me give you a little back story. I had home depot do my kitchen backsplash the guy they sent out was very late gettingto the house and then he messed it up real bad. I had to call and complain then wait another four weeks to get it installed correctly and that is after confusing me twice with other customers.so you can see why this stove business has really turned me off of home depot. they keep saying it is not on my order but I never rejected installation why would I.

      Sent this complain to Home Depot cares website, I rented a gas powered saw and a flat bed truck for 24 + 3 additional hours and was charged $500.00 that night. The manager ***** jumped in to help me out due to the employee that night at 8:03 pm stating that they can help me due to them being closed, so I had to leave because they're closing. As ***** stepped in helped it seemed as though the employee was highly upset, and attempted to charge me for every charge to show their frustrations. For an example I was charged for a 2 gallons of gas, even though the other employee that was checking the car stated that the truck was full? Everything got checked in, but I left unhappy and very shocked because I have never been treated as such??? I just wanted to share this information, so the next customer wont experience the same. , afterwards I didn't receive a call or resolution. I have gotten responses from 2 representatives stating that the complaint was noted, but failed to give me a response on resolving my issue. They then explained in the email that the "in store" rental service is separate from Home Depot???They then concluded the email "Please contact me directly if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. I will be more than happy to assist"????Well no one heard my frustrations and concerns. I was wrongfully charged.

      I Spent 10k in appliances with Home Depot IN LAST 3 months. I had multiple issues with several appliances including dented and defective appliances, 4-5 week redeliveries, 2+ hours on the phone with Home Depot and whirlpool. Multiple dropped calls while being out on hold by HomeDepot PRO customer managers. After finally getting thru again being told I needed to call them back after a technician has viewed the appliancethere goes another 2 hrs to get a hold of customer ********************** at Home **********************. My new whirlpool oven delivered 2 days ago and is defective and enamel is flakingdelivery of a new oven would take 4 weeksno sympathy from Home Depot, no acceptable resolution and no compensation ******** points keep adding up. Last visit to a store, I was patronized by the HomeDepot store managertreated like a child that needed to be told. I have been a Home Depot customer for over 25 years. Never again. Trust totally broken.

      I am furious. Ordered $1100 clothes dryer. It took 7 days for delivery. The delivery drivers were unsure on how to hook up a portion of the dryer that uses water for the sanitation/ refresh cycle. I just found out how it easy it was and it's no harder than hooking up a garden hose. Then after delivery the dryer only heated one cycle and every subsequent cycle was cold (no heat). Then the time of the complete cycle changed from showing 9 minutes to 16 minutes without being adjusted by human hands. Then in the morning I started a cycle and in 5 minutes the whole computer screen went black and the dryer stopped tumbling and went silent. I started the dryer and again and the exact same thing happened. Then when you call Home Depot, they tell you to call ******** Now they tell me I have to wait 48 hours to 72 hours for a technician to even call me to schedule appointment to look at the dryer and at least 8 days for a replacement dryer. Only the ******* rep apologized. The Home Depot employee and manager didn't apologize or offer to help get this resolved quickly. I was going to buy a dishwasher too. NOT from Home Depot NOW. I will likely have to get a dryer at another retailer and have this was picked up and refunded. DONT buy appliances or ********** items from Home Depot. Their customer ********************** is terrible and their employees don't care about you or their job perfomance.

      I bought fiberglass insulation and paid for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered ****pm on Tuesday . It then changed to 2-6pm (Tuesday). Now I get a email at night stating it will be (Thursday) 2-6pm. I needed the product to be delivered Tuesday for the contractors. The walls to my house will be finished Wednesday so the insulation is useless now that I wont have any product in the time I was told it would be received. Horrible service. I would not recommend this place at ALL!!!

      I needed my kitchen cabinets, in July of 2021 they came and gave me an estimate which I ****** thousand that were changed to my credit card and in November of 2021 they started to do the work. It' going to be one year and work has not been completed. I don't believe that I should be paying for work that has not been completed. I have complaint several times with no results. They tell me that the rest of the material in some where in the warehouse but they are not able to find it. Why can't they reorder they material so they can finish the work.

      Our local Home Depot is amazing - ************ **. Whenever we shop there, at least 2-3 employees are roaming the aisles and actually ask if they can help you. We renovated our entire kitchen/pantry/garage area and bought all of our appliances, hardware, and stone for our backsplash and outside pillars from Home Depot. We also bought doors for our new garage (off the shelf) which they immediately discounted because there were a few scratches in them. What I really appreciate is calling the customer ********************** number and being able to talk directly to professional, friendly and helpful employees. We have shopped there for over 5 years and never had a bad experience.

      Ordered an appliance online, with installation and parts, with a scheduled delivery of November 2. The delivery driver could not find our house, which is clearly seen from the street, and went to our neighbor's house instead. When nobody answered, they drove away. Delivery rescheduled for November 5. The driver called and said he was 45 minutes away. Two hours later he was a no-show. I called the driver, who said the item was not on the delivery truck. Delivery rescheduled for November 8. This time the product actually was delivered and made it into the house, but was broken and we refused delivery. This time the delivery date has been moved to November 16, but we canceled our order and requested a refund. In all three cases we were told someone would call us in advance of the delivery. Never happened. We will not be doing business with Home Depot ever again. EVER. I'm also considering suing for lost work while I waited for them. Three times. For an appliance that did not work. P.S. I just love the generic "Greetings" letter at the end of each of these reviews. I can't wait to see what kind of smarmy response they have if they even "reach out" to us.

      I ordered $3000 worth of doors and my order was canceled because the gift cards that I purchased at Home Depot were bad. 5 days after a run around of the doors employee trying to solve the problem I came in to try to get my refund. After 3 employees could figure out what to do, assistant manager ******** was finally called to help. As she was helping me and calling about my issue she took her personal cell phone out and FaceTimed with her baby boy. She even turned her phone to me and told her done to say hi to the lady. I absolutely can not believe this is someone who is allowed to be a manager!

      Went to Home Depot in Cristal ***** for a new dishwasher, the installer refused to install since the sink was on a curve, I refused the order, after going back to Home Depot, that's the contract they made with the installation Company, do your self a favor, GO TO LOWES!
