1 starI ordered windows in December. At this point I am still waiting for the job to be completed. Already your installers have come three times to install windows and each time they are missing the correct windows. The local install staff have failed to follow through. The install manager refuses to follow through or call me back. On the first installation date, the installers damaged a desk and despite continuing to push the issue, it remains unsolved. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, we as the customer are expected to do all of the follow up. And yet, despite all of these problems, I am being billed for the windows despite the process not being completed. At this point, I am at a loss on how to get this issue resolved, receiving no return calls.The Home Depot

1 starPurchased a new Bosch dishwasher on 10/25 online. Was supposed to be delivered on 11/2/2022. This company states they tried to deliver and call me. However my exterior security cameras show no one coming to my home, or even in my driveway except my cars. I also didnt miss any calls. Called Home Depot customer ********************** on *riday 11/4 and the customer ********************** agent rescheduled for today, Monday 11/7 again no call, no show. This time called HD to get left on hold for 58 minutes. Then hung up on. Called back and waited 32 minutes for a supervisor to tell me its to late to get a hold of anyone at the delivery service but she could reschedule me (again) for 11/17 10 more days I stated that wasnt acceptable and I wanted it delivered this week. She (******) got snappy with me and said she can refund my order if the 17th isnt good enough HD has totally gone rock bottom when it comes to service and this delivery company they send orders to has nearly ***** reviews at an average of 1.5 out of 5 stars. Might be time for HD to wake the * up and start acting like they care about the customer. Im done with this company.The Home Depot

1 starIm so mad at them, I ordered 4 sheets of plastic, 36 x 72. Total cost just under******. They charged my ***** Then they called me and said all of them have a crack about 3inches on the end, and they will sell me them for half price. I said ok and when I got there they only had three. So they charged my **** 108. They never gave me a credit for the original ******. Went to the store and showed them my credit card statement. All they can say is we never charged you for that. I said here it is right in front of you. Im going to dispute it with the credit cardThe Home Depot

1 starGave Home Depot @$2500 down payment for impact windows on 3/3/22. On 7/6 a sub-contractor came, did not prep condo or protect condo, tore out old windows, shattered the new ones upon installation. Windows looked used, thin and poorly made. Why else would impact windows break upon installation. They were not properly sealed and ants are coming in, there is debris inside and out, *** says I have to remove the mess made of the concrete on the outside. Windows in worse condition than original. HD compelled sub-contractors (have in writing no sub-contractors used) to return and install remaining windows in small 2Br unit. Was told on 7/6 HD would try to expedite replacement windows in 4 weeks. It is now 4 mos.and no word. NOTHING! We have been making attempts for months to receive updates, with no response as to status, all the way up to corporate, which included pictures of this nightmare debacle. Assume job is apparently abandoned. Permit & contract have expired. Grateful hurricane season is almost over and *** missed us. *** is also holding a deposit we had to give them pending final inspection of the job. Blinds had to be removed for the supposed one day job so now, all these months later we are living in a dark condo, with closed curtains in order to have privacy on our first floor. The blinds that were on the porch had to be thrown away after being out in the environment these many months waiting to be reinstalled. There is no status update, no permit now in effect, and in all likelihood will have to start over from square one. This is a modest senior community with most living in social security. If I could afford an attorney I would not be filing a complaint with the BBB. And I anticipate nothing more from HD than another meaningless computer generated response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...THEY WENT AHEAD AND DID A FORCED REFUND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION WHEN I WAS NOT EVEN PRESENT... THEN, I EMAILED *************************** THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND NO RESPONSE... 1 starHome Depot, store is actually okay but do not ever trust their websites. I ordered three things today that the website says the store had in stock. Trying to save myself trips to three different places. And of course, about a little over an hour after I placed the order, I get a call from the store, saying that one of the items they don't carry anymore and one of the items they will have to ship to me, Of course, they do have one of the items. I couldn't get a straight answer out of the person as to why their website said they had all the items at the store. I told them to cancel the order and that if I had to wait for one of the items, I might as well order from somewhere else and get all three items together.The Home Depot

1 starHome depot, I'm your loyal customer but today I chatted with your customer agent ******* who is extremely rude and arrogant to your customer! I need to resolve the refund amout wrongfully calculated by Home Depot system for my online order #WP50580872. She refuses to correct her wrong calculation of refund amount despite I've stated so many times, and she insist her calculation was correct and refuse to help me with a rude attitude. In the end she finally realized that she was wrong and had been wasted me so much time to get me the correct refund amount. And she suddenly quit the conversation! 1 starThis is about Home Depot -So I bought materials to do our counter tops. Unfortunately, I chose to use the 12 or 18 month promotion. I'll think it was 12 month one, but I cannot swear to that. The total for materials came to $727.92. I made payments religiously and always paid considerably more than the minimum due. Last month when I called to make my payment I was told that my promotion period was up and the balance needed to be paid by Nov. 6th 2022. So today I called to find out what the balance was and since I have been paying on time and above the minimum due, I'm sure it wasn't much. And I also wanted to know what the interest would be if I couldn't make the the full payment which again I didn't believe the balance or the interest could be much. What the Associate told me that I still owed was $681.89 which meant that regardless of paying on time and above minimum due Home Depot chose to apply ONLY $46.03 to that purchase & promotion ANDif I didn't come up with the $681.89 by Sunday November 6th. They would also add $336.00 in interest to my Acct. I was convinced that the Associate was wrong & I wanted to speak to a Manager. When I spoke w/ him EVERYTHING that she said was accurate. I told the Manager that this financial **** & the equivalent to predatory lending & since Home Depot can direct your $$$ the way they want they S**** YOU BIG TIME! Tell me how a $727.92 purchase could yield $336.00 in interest....That's almost 50% in interest. My total Current Balance is $1,592.00 and the bulk of that is from almost a $1000.00 of resurfacing to do my 120 foot driveway....I will be able to move funds so I can pay that $681.89 payment. I sure as H*** don't want to add another $336.00 in interest but not everyone can do that, We just lived through more than two years of a pandemic and I was fortunate enough to make every payment and this is how Home Depot treats their loyal customers. 1 starI ordered a fridge in July and have been through h*** trying to get it delivered. I've had 2 replacement fridges that were damaged. The third fridge arrived with a delivery crew that clearly didn't want to do work. They whined and did everything in their power to make sure they didn't have to move the fridge, including lying about measurements. I spoke to 2 employees within their company that argued about a Home Depot policy. These two employees were refusing to send me a copy of the "policy" for a good 20 minutes. Once I got a copy, this policy didn't say anything about what they were saying. The delivery company said it was Home Depot's policy. Home Depot said it was the delivery company's policy. Someone is lying.I ended up speaking to another employee with Home Depot that scheduled me for yet another fridge delivery on 11/9. She said I needed to hire a Pro Referral for the install though. I explained that I had already paid for the install and have been dealing with this nightmare. She said that Home Depot would reimburse me for the Pro Referral.I called the following morning to get that reimbursement in writing. ***** (ID ****** was extremely rude. She kept interrupting me, wouldn't listen, and had a nasty attitude. Yes, the conversation was heated, but customer ********************** is still a thing. The first delivery was Sep 6. It is now November 3, and I still have yet to get a fridge in my kitchen. I have spoken to 14 employees and spent 12 hours on the phone, and it's gotten me nowhere. I've lost all patience and faith in this company, but there's nothing I can do. I'm stuck waiting for the fridge that I desperately need.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot designed and renovated my kitchen. I paid for an electrician to do the electrical part. Apparently, hooking up the range microwave was missed due to their negligence and not included on the invoice. After several calls to customer ********************** I was sent another invoice to pay for the electrician to come out and complete the job (which I paid for originally) . How is this my fault? I tried calling customer **********************, emailing the designer and manager with no response. It is now one month and I am sill waiting for someone to get back to me. Why should I pay another fee for the electrician, when I paid already? This is not my problem. I am so frustrated and upset. Still waiting........ I will think twice to use Home Depot again for any renovations.The Home Depot
