      Please let me be clear, I have no complaint about our local Home Depot. They have tried in vain to help me out and also could not help. My complaint is with their garage door opener installer, ******************* I bought a garage door opener on October 23rd online, I signed up on the Home Depot website for installation. Upon receiving my delivery date I contacted Home Depot with questions about installation, I was told the installation company would contact me but gave me their phone number also. I called six days in a row. The company never picks up and you leave a message. Your messages are never answered. My local Home Depot also called and left a message with my PO number. She asked for an appointment date also but her call was also ignored. Home Depot this company represents you! I bought the installation on your website. I returned the garage door opener on October 29th. Home Depot refunded my money for garage opener only. Even though I paid for installation on their website my $97 dollars had to be returned by ********************** I have called the credit card company to reverse charges. (November 2nd) An investigation has been opened. My money still belongs to ****************** and if they need them to pick up the phone I will never get my money back! I was not trying to get a more favorable installation date, I was just trying to get an installation date, period. ****************** does not pick up their phone or answer messages. I have been a loyal customer for at least thirty years, Home **********************. I expected better thaan this. Get me my refund please.

      I made a reservation to rent a van 1 month before I needed it for a move. Only a studio so rented a 9 van. I went over 2 weeks before to validate. Person was very nice. Two days before I called to check that I could leave my car there and pick up. At 7:00 the day before, I get a cancellation text just saying my reservation was canceled. I called when asked and very rude man at ****************** Home Depot said that corporate policy was they cancel rentals if something happened. I tried to explain everything I did because absolutely needed a van. He told me I would have to take it up with corporate if I had a problem and literally hung up on me. I literally have never had this bad of a customer experience in my life.

      We signed a contract with Home Depot on October of 2020 to replace the windows and French doors in the back of our house. It took almost two years to complete this project. From the beginning the Home Depot salesman lied to us. Before we sighed the contract we asked if Home Depot employees were going to do the work and if the project was going to be finished by December of 2020. The salesman replied yes to both questions. We quickly realized that Home Depot was subcontracting the installations and the project was taking longer than expected. Home Depot personnel ordered the wrong doors, frames and windows during this time frame and every time they made a mistake we had to wait for approximately four months for the right part to come in. Also, do to the poor quality of the installations, the kitchen windows, a French Doors frame, two French Doors and two windows by our bedroom had to be replaced after the initial installation. We were so frustrated that I requested Home Depot not to replace the two windows by our bedroom and instead give us a credit because it was going to drag the project even longer. Every time the installers were going to work in our home my wife and I would take tame off from work. After nearly two years of this nightmare we were finally ready for the final inspection and it failed because one of the windows was missing the proper sticker required by the county for insurance purposes. A runner paid by Home Depot had to come in three time until he brought the right sticker and we finally passed the final inspection.As part of the initial agreement with the Home Depot salesman, all the French Doors had to open on the left side. Out of three French Doors, the one for our bedroom opens on the right. We provided Home Depot a copy of the email that shows that agreement and is sighed by me. Home Depot is not willing to replace it or credit us for their mistake nor give us credit for the windows they never replaced.

      My father passed away. I am The Executive of his Estate. I have been going thru his emails, he has a credit card from Home Depot thats missing. I have been trying to call customer ********************** for months and cannot get a person on the line to speak with. Today I finally do get an individual (after 15 minutes of automated hell) who is clueless, unhelpful and is having a hardtime understanding my request for the legal department or a department that handles deceased members accounts so I could mail/email legal papers. This individual said hold on I will connect you to someone else with no explanation of who, only to be disconnected with no information. I also need to find out if the account is cancelled or if someone may still be using the card (since it's missing.) I cannot get a direct phone line or email to an individual to handle this matter.

      We paid Home Depot almost ****** dollars last November for a kitchen that was never completed. We were sold a new counter top, backsplash and refinishing of cabinets. After 20 weeks of waiting and purchasing our hardware, new faucets and beginning the required prep work we finally received an update that we shouldn't have been sold the kitchen and they could not complete the work. Never mind the purchases we made and the demo we started on their instructions. What is worse we didn't even learn this from the team that took our money we had to call other stores and have them check the notes to find out the job was going to be cancelled. We are out the money we spent, we have a partially torn up kitchen and we have still not gotten our money back. The manager we worked with is named *********************** and he does not call back when he says, his voicemail has been full for weeks, and we gave this team every opportunity (12 months) to refund before writing this review. This is disappointing to say the least.

      I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot on Sept 4, 2022. It was scheduled to be delivered Oct 20 between 3pm-7pm. at 6pm the order was canceled. I was told it would be delivered Oct 22 between 1-5:30. On that day I received a call and was told that the truck broke down. I was told by the driver it would be delivered on Monday, but no delivery was scheduled. On Oct 28 I was given a window of 3-7. At 2:20, on my ring camera I have record of the delivery drivers at my door. Via my ring I could see they left a note at 2:33. They canceled my order at 2:45, while I was driving home to wait for my delivery window. They put that they had waited for 30 minutes. This was not true. I was told my new delivery date would be Oct 29. I received no confirmation. I called and was given Nov 1 as a date - no window or confirmation provided, no delivery. Called on November 1 and was given Nov 2. When I called on November 1, I spoke to someone who escalated the problem and confirmed that the refrigerator would be delivered Nov 2. I asked at that time that the appliance be checked for dents and damage after being loaded and unloaded from a delivery truck multiple times. I was assured it would be checked. At that time I asked for a confirmation email from the person I spoke from and did receive that. I did not receive a delivery window the night before as I was told I would. When I called on Nov 2, I learned that my window was for 8am-12. The refrigerator was delivered with a large dent. I refused the delivery and am canceling my order.There are serious systems that need to be fixed to make Home Depot a place where someone should ever purchase an appliance. As a single mom, who had to clear a work schedule multiple times, lost refrigerated items as I emptied the refrigerator multiple times while waiting for a delivery, I will not be purchasing a large item from ********* again.

      I ordered a water heater on 10/18/22 to be delivered to the store and set up install with HD. I knew I had to wait for it to be shipped but was told I would receive emails and text messages with the status. On 10/24 I was unable to track the water heater, called customer ********************** and they told me it was in transit and was still scheduled to be delivered on the 26th. On the 26th, I called for a status update and was told that they did not know where the carrier was other than it was still in transit. The following day, I called and was told it was delivered to the store. I called the store and they said it was in Houston waiting to be shipped to ***********. Two hours later, it mysteriously appeared at my local store. HD said that they couldn't give it to me or the installer because it was in the truck and the unloading wouldn't take place until the evening. On the 28, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the store. The employee told me that the water heater was being returned to the manufacturer. I told him I purchased the thing and have been waiting for it for 2 weeks. He didnt care and said he couldnt do anything to help me. I rushed to the store and demanded to speak with the manager. He claimed he didnt know why the employee didnt want to help me or why the appliance was being returned. Because of the long delay and incompetence of a lot of people, the plumber had to reschedule for the 31st. I was out of hot water for 13 days because I trusted HD to provide the water heater and shipping which they failed miserably. On top of that, the dam thing is damaged but I need it. I will NEVER buy anything from Home Depot ever again. I have told all of my family and friends and coworkers as well as social media. This has been the most miserable experience of my adult life. No employee even apologized for their lack of customer ********************** and made me feel as if it were my fault. No one with the company can even explain where the problem was. I HATE HD!

      Placed an order and website said "place or within next 3 hrs for delivery by tomorrow". That was 3 days ago and ***** doesn't even have a delivery date for it. HD is garbage and so is ******

      I am currently on hold because I am unable to return a ****** bed. The ****** bed is on a truck that is unable to deliver it because allegedly the truck is too big for the street. Home Depot is not letting me return it because I have not received it, even though I cannot receive it. Someone needs to remedy this asap. This is unacceptable.

      *** ordered a toilet from Homedepot.com and it had to arrive to my house. It did but came completely broken and incomplete. We had to bring this heavy item to the store and it was reordered to arrive to the store. It came incomplete and broken. The third time it came again incomplete, the fourth time it came again incomplete and the fifth time it came incomplete and broken. Five deliveries and over a month later we still have no toilet. And HD does not really take any serious actions about this. Ive never seen anything like that!!!
