      I ordered doors from Home Depot. I paid extra for delivering the doors certain date and time. They delivered that late at night. They left the door ON THE SIDE OF THE ***** outside a shop in a not very good neighbourhood in ***. One door was stolen and the other 3 were not I. Their box and badly damage. After spending hours with their very hard to speak customer **********************, HOME ********************** told me that they were going to send somebody to the shop. Nobody showed up. At the end they told me to take a walk and eat the damage. NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR SIDE. SO, NEXT TIME YOJ ARE BUYING SOME THING TO BE DELIVERED FROM HOME DEPOT LIKE DOORS, APPLIANCES ETC. YOU ARE PLAYING RUSSIAN RULET WITH YOUR MONEY. YOU MAY FIND YOUR REFRIGERATOR OUTSIDE ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING

      Worst buying experience ever bought online for delivery and went to the wrong address so never got my order now went to reschedule and have to wait another three weeks so Look and buy somewhere else

      Beware! Do not design any kitchen or any other services from home depot. We have been over 7 months waiting on a paid kitchen to be installed. We understand with covid; everything is behind. However, they install broken cabinets, and all the other cabinet doors and kitchen hoods are coming to the home broken. On top, the countertop was installed incorrectly. We are paying a loan from home depot on an unfinished kitchen. We have called and gone to the home depot store to resolve this problem, and nothing is happening. The manager says they are calling, and no one has called. Very unpleased with this service. We should have gone with ***************** design. We need answers, and we need this project to get completed. The holidays are coming, and we are cooking on a grill, which is horrible.We've tried many times to be understanding, but no one seems to understand the struggle we are facing. Again, I will rate it a 0 and hope that after this review, someone from corporate calls me, as no one is doing anything about this. How good is it to get paid for an unfinished job, scammers!!

      1) very nasty associate 90% evrey day day they got PMS..........not even a GOOD MORNING 2) on one gas range the price was $ ***** after talk with my wife NEXT day $ ***** F..K you HD .. Associate ...WELL SELL IS OVER .. i said what SELL if DONT SEE ANY LABEL...of sell SHE said SORRY go BUY Some PLace else.......... i told her THANK YOU 3) lumber Is 100% Garbage and VERY EXPENSIVE 4) i'm a Stone and Tiles PRO for the over 30 years the quality is very poor MSI,*****,DAL TLIE ecc,,ecc,, they manufacture HOME DEPOT WAY CHIPPP>>>CHIPPP>>and sell EXPENSIVE..5) i applied for a HD credit card and i was denied ...... they said poor credit ....i said really my FICO SCORE is 813 6) HD Associates in ******** 100% lessee booms nesty low class ............i ask for the manager answer is not available... Welcome to HD >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

      They do not communicate with you after they take your money. It took 3 months after I paid ***** for kitchen makeover. Then they couldnt figure out what day they were coming. I had to take off work for this. They also will unhook your plumbing but your on your own to her a plumber to hook it back up. I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again

      Bought a vanity from store and when it was delivered, they left in on the sidewalk and it was broken and when I contacted them , they told me it would be a week before they can pick it up and I would have to wait for my refund til it was returned, I had to pay someone with a truck to take it to the Home Depot and return it , p o Im here to tell you , I will never deal with Home Depot again . steventhompson44@ icloud.com

      I purchased gas range for my rental property and scheduled for it to be delivered and installed. On the day of delivery, I have received a text that delivery team is 2 stops away. I left work to make sure that everything goes smoothly. As I have arrived to my property, delivery guy was walking toward the front door of my apartment building, I have asked if they were here to deliver my gas range. He replied that my delivery has been rescheduled. I asked why and he said that he was there for 15 minutes and no one opened the door. In front of him I rang the door bell and tenants opened the door immediately as they were waiting all day for this delivery. Even then delivery guy refused to bring the item inside as he kept saying that it has been rescheduled. I tried to explain that I didn't receive any calls from him and even showed him my call history, to which he said that when he called it went strait to voicemail. I asked if he left me message to which his reply was "Its not my job". I'm was confused, because both myself and my tenants were present on the job, why he couldn't simply just bring the items inside, but he turned around and just walked away. As a landlord of multifamily properties and full time construction real estate agent, I'm no longer interested in doing business with home depot if the utilize help of unprofessional people as this delivery driver. I have made a request with consumer service return this range and issue refund. So far they only refunded installation kit and install fee but the price of the range. Moving forward I would rather do business with either Best Buy, Lowes, or Menards. I was just about to place an order for several thousands for upcoming rehab project but now taking my business else where.

      Home Depot changed there return policy to punish contractors Without notice So be prepared contractors with your returns and customer ********************** hahaha hung up on one of the ***** associates So thee is no resolve

      I ordered a front load washer from Home Depot. When they attempted to deliver it, they notified me that they could not touch the old washer to remove it, as an old dryer was on top. I notified them if this when purchasing and they did not inform me of this policy. He told me that I would have to pay a handy man to do it. I had them return the unit as they could not fulfill the terms of the agreement by hauling away the old washer as that was on the bottom, nor could they actually install it as this was just a delivery person. The order also got scheduled and then postponed a week. They could not offer an immediate refund to my account. I will have to wait **** business days which is unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from Home Depot ever again. Question: ************ sells appliances but is unable to actually install it? Answer: A company that will never get my business again and who needs to advise people who purchase items from them how worthless their delivery people are and how ineffective they are at their job.

      Neither I nor anyone I know will do business with this company again. I ordered a gas range in store with an associate, and it was assured to be delivered the following Saturday. Come Saturday, the delivery truck comes with a glass top electric oven, which is not what I ordered. I refused the delivery and immediately did as I was told and called the customer ********************** number provided to me. Nobody could tell me anything except that it was the delivery companys fault, and they couldnt reach them. I was told to call again in an hour. I did so, and the representative was rude and also told me to call back in another hour. I did, and was still told it was the delivery companys fault and they cant be reached. Mentioned maybe getting a replacement at the end of the month, which I could not wait for. I asked for a cancellation and a refund. Nobody could process the cancellation, was told to call again the next day. I called again, I was told they couldnt process it that day either and to call the store. Called the store, the manager could not do anything either. Had to call again on Monday. Called Monday, an associate had for some reason REORDERED the oven that I clearly had been trying to cancel and get refunded for days, then I waited on hold off and on for almost two hours (for her to sort things out) only to be hung up on or disconnected. Called back to be told Id have a refund in 48 hours because it had been escalated. Called Wednesday to ask where the refund was, and was told they hadnt even verified that ******* had gotten the oven back and that it would actually be 3-5 days from that Monday. Waited until the next Monday (yesterday) and called again because I still had no refund. She said they should have told me I had to go in store to get it. (Nobody told me this out of the SEVERAL associates I had spoken to over the week). Was promised a $100 gift card for the horrible experience and terrible customer **********************. Finally got my refund today, but no gift card.
