      I purchased 3 doors replacement (front door, Garage and back) on middle of Dec for my resident home through Home Depot *********, **. Their tech came measured the doors before ordering. When the doors arrived, only 1 door was right, and other two were wrong doors that weren't on my purchase list. Home Depot remeasured the doors for the 2nd times or reordering. The doors came, but it took times, and wrong sizes. I took my days off from work and waited my times. This is going be the 3rd time reordering. I not trusted this company the way they are doing business. I like to make a complaint for better customer ********************. Thank you.*********************.

      Contact Home Depot about a window installation due to a shattered window. When it came time for installation, it turned out the quoted price was wrong and the actual price was almost 20% higher. They wouldn't honor the quoted price, which is unfortunate. I will never use Home Depot again. That A+ rating from the BBB is bought and paid for. Find literally anyone else.

      If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I purchased a dishwasher and accessories on line, but realized I had ordered the wrong one and cancelled the order. They took the fund immediately from my account on Tuesday and I was told 3 days to refund my money. Its been a week and still no refund. Home Depot says that they sent the funds to my bank, my bank has no record of the funds. This is the worst experience I have ever had from Home Depot and will not purchase from them again. If for any reason you need to return items from online purchase- just accept deliver and return the item to the store. They have stolen over $500 from me and refuse to refund it. I just keep getting excuses.

      Purchased a vanity, tub and wall set from HD on line. Three deliveries , three stredsful events: All Delivered too early, without proper delivery notice, items placed in the middle of my walkway/or driveway (one on the rain) paid for inhouse deliveries for 2 of the deliveries, over 5 hours on the phone with customer **********************; one of whom told me deliveries weres were handled in 2 phases--one team delivers and 2nd team comes to bring items indoors. Suggested I knock on doors literally, get family, friends or neighbors to asssist bringing items intoors. Spent 5 hours guarding iems left outdoors Spoke with over 6 customer ********************** reps ***** reaching a workable solution for one of the items/deliveries. Vanity was returned and reordered on-line.Three deliveries, three stressful events. HUBS GROUP is the delivery company. As I complained to Home Depot customer **********************; my purchase agreement, for which I am responsible, is with HD. Home Depot's purchased service agreement, for which THEY are responsible, is with HUBS GROUP.3 DELIVERIES, 3+ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

      I contracted Home Depot to remove old floor and install new basement floor. The sub contractor was unable to remove the existing floor so I paid another company to remove the floor and it was completed, however Home Depot didn't refund me my $989.75!!!! Also, the sub contractor indicated the floor need leveling and I had documentation from the company I hired that is was leveled so **** the manager at Home Depot told me Home depot will pay the sub contractor to level, however they didn't do that!!Also, I returned corner rounds and Home Depot did refund me !!!Also, I have extra merchandise the store ordered and it's still in my garage.I open a case with Home Depot and it was closed based on a $200. Credit I want my refund. Why would Home Depot charge me for work didn't performed and charge me for a service they would occur. Such a rip off

      We recently contracted with Home Depot to have a floor installed in our basement. We used their flooring installation service. This service felt like a bait and switch and revealed a real lack of integrity on the part of Home Depot. We received an estimate for the floor installation from Home Depot that included parts and labor, but when the actual installer arrived he noted that our basement floor was not level and needed to be leveled, which would make the project 3x as expensive as the estimate we were given. (The installer works for a different company and was professional and polite--this complaint is not about that company.) My husband and I felt this was a mistake on the part of Home Depot--we did have a contract for floor installation--and that they needed to pay the difference in cost or at least a significant portion of the cost. The Home Depot employees we discussed the situation with said that their "professional measurer" was "not a Home Depot employee" so they weren't responsible for his mistakes. When I referred to the webpage that says the Home Depot measuring service will evaluate for leveling the floor before the installers arrive the same employee said he couldn't see the web page and so couldn't address what it said. His final comment was that knowing about needing a floor to be level is the customer's responsibility. We decided to have an outside contractor install our floor, ending our contract with Home Depot, and we were able to get our money refunded, but only after more struggle with a different Home Depot employee at the corporate level, who didn't want to refund the unused labor costs only. This isn't a classic bait and switch, but it felt that way--we sign a contract for a much smaller amount than the work will actually cost and when we balk at the increased cost they obfuscate and put the onus for the problem on us. It was a shock to me that the employees seemed so dishonest and did not even try to work out the problem.

      I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot after our old one stopped working Christmas Day 2023. Purchased a Bosch unit and set up the delivery for a week or so later. That unit was delivered, however after 30 minutes it stopped working. I immediately called Home Depot to get a replacement. They set up a delivery for a replacement to be delivered the following week. It is now February 17, and I still do not have a replacement dishwasher. I have had delay after delay. I have spoken to the resolution department twice. I have been on hold over 6 hours combining all of the phone calls, and I still do not have a work dishwasher. I spoke to the resolutions department on Thursday, they arranged a delivery today, I called twice to make sure it was on track for today, and this morning, again, they are delaying the delivery. I cancelled the order, called up a local appliance store, and will be getting the dishwasher, which they have on hand, delivered on Tuesday. This is the worst customer experience situation I have had in my entire adult life. I will go out of my way to never shop at Home Depot again and recommend to everyone I know to do the same. If Home Depot sees this, my order number was H1043-273443.

      Regarding *ob#*******.Contract for window replacement was singed on 10/06/2022 with an install date of 12/09/2022.In Nov the date was moved to 12/20/2022. On 12/16/2022 the date was undetermined. On 12/27/2023 the date was 02/14/2023. On 01/20/2023 the date was 03/012023.All of this cost me time from work. On 02/28/2023(one day early) the installers showed up and rudely complained to my wife about being unprepared. Windows were started on 03/01/2023 and finished on 03/04/2023 minus one window that was wrong size. When removing the first window I noticed pink insulation blowing around the yard and asked if it was going to be replaced. The whole job was being done from the outside of the house so there would be no way to insulate from the inside. This pretty much went unanswered as there was a language barrier to deal with with. While finishing the first window I had to question the ******* as to whether they were going to use flashing tape or caulk on the nailing fins. Again, a language barrier as they spoke Polish or Russian. I had to point to the pictures on the widow packaging to describe what I meant. He went and got flashing tape. Because of these two incidents the quality of work became a concern. After the first crew left I noticed they used the old wraps on my front windows. The contract called for new wraps. When the second contractor installed the final window he neglected to install * channel around it which made it not match the window next to it. I called *********************** District Installation Manager about these concerns an he said he would get back to me. After several reschedules the 2n contractor showed up on 10/04/2023 to address the * channel and window wrap concerns and said he could not perform any work due to it being outside of scope of what was discussed. That was the last time I had any contact with anyone regarding this $27,000 project. I made calls to ***************** on 09/19/2023,12/18/2023,01/26/2024 and 02/07/2024 with no response. Zero stars

      I am very dissatisfied with service that I've received from Home depot for appliances. I recently purchased a dryer, which was delivered and installed within two days. Unfortunately, the dryer ceased to function after just one hour of operation.Upon contacting Home Depot's customer **********************, I received conflicting information. Two representatives assured me that a replacement dryer would be delivered the next day without any issues. However, two other representatives informed me that I would have to wait for a Home Depot representative to verify the fault before a replacement could be issued. This process resulted in a nearly week-long wait for the delivery of the new dryer. The delivery crew brought the replacement dryer but did not install it. When I inquired about this, as I had not installed the initial dryer, I was told that a customer ********************** representative would call me back after consulting with a manager. Regrettably, I never received a callback. I subsequently contacted the customer ********************** again and spoke with a supervisor. While he was taking notes and attempting to arrange for someone to come out, he abruptly ended the call. Despite my numerous calls for assistance, it appears as though there are no records of my previous calls or the issues I have raised. Furthermore, I have found the refund process to be lengthy and cumbersome, despite the ease with which my initial payment was processed. Due to these experiences, I have decided not to make any future purchases from Home Depot. The overall customer ********************** experience has been unsatisfactory.

      It is very frustrating to take a day off work for a 4 hour delivery window, having to disconnect your old dishwasher yourself, for the delivery individuals to claim they can't install due to a leak - one that happened when they started touching the k**** There was no leak before they arrived. Then paying money to get a plumber to come out- finding out literally 5 seconds later there is no leak - just a bolt that was lossened when the home depot guys started to undo the pipe. The plumber just tightened a bolt - one that would have to be tightened and adjusted when the delivery guys finished hooking things up. The delivery guys tried to make me just let them leave it and "let a plumber install when they come". I'm sorry, if I'm paying installation, and home depot installers are unable to evaluate and determine a bolt is loose that they just touched, I have concern that they can handle the big stuff, such as hard wiring the dishwasher, or hooking up hoses. This was a day wasted for me, loss of money on many ends, and now because we had to disconnect our old dishwasher on our own so as "not to cause the install not to happen", we now have a dishwasher just hanging out in our kitchen for over a week that we can't use while we have to wait for a redelivery...something that never should have happened. We aren't even sure we can be home 5he new delivery date because we took today to meet that 4 hour window. We deserve better as customers and I've been a long time customer. I should have listened to the most recent delivery horror stories I read. At this point I'm not sure Home Depot will have our business again- or at the least we may never do install again and hire an actual plumber to do it right and with a warranty. What I want is a refund for the installation as well as my plumber fees. I lost a day of work for this, and cut a doctor *********** short to make it home for the delivery. The guys were nice, but the end of the day I had no leak, and no dishwasher.
