1 starHome Depot, ************************************************************* Kinda bummed. I was at my lunch hour and saw the Husky ***** Drawers Combo Version 4 tool storage unit listed for $798. I did not inquire on the spot since I do not have a vehicle to transport this. I went online to purchase and it was listed at the non sale price for $1098. First I went online and went into a chat with Home Depot and they told me to contact the stores customer ********************** line. I then called customer ********************** at the store that I saw the listing (*************************************************************) I was then put on hold three times and each time I was disconnected after waiting each time sometimes 15min. I finally was able to contact them and they went to check on the unit in question and told me that it is now listed at $1098 today Sat. I was there on Thursday and it was listed as $798 and there was nothing showing that it was for a limited time or anything about the details of the offer. I shop at Home Depot all the time. I was surprised by the lack of customer ********************** but really bummed about the price switching. 1 starI ordered a ******* dryer (tracking number: WG54992308) from The home depot on February 12. On the afternoon of 14th, the goods were delivered to my home and found to be incompatible with my home power supply. I tried calling online customer **********************, but no one answered. On the 15th, I went to the store in ************* to return the goods. The clerk replied that they could deliver the goods to the store in person and return the dryer to the store in the afternoon. But when I sent the dryer to the store, the clerk said that the return should contact the online customer ********************** to the original delivery address to pick up the return, and also helped me make several calls to contact the customer ********************** to confirm. I took the dryer home to wait for the return. However, I contact customer ********************** every two days to check the return did not help me successfully return. Until the 24th to contact customer ********************** again, but refused to return. When I made the purchase, there was a clear rule that the goods can be returned within 48 hours of receipt, and now the store customer ********************** maliciously delayed 12 days to refuse to return is unreasonable. I'd like to file a complaint against the store for fraud and a refund.The Home Depot

1 starWould give negative stars if I could. I bought a GE washer (+ dryer + pedestals + whirlpool fridge) on Aug 1, 2023 along with ** warranties and delivery/installation. Installed on Aug 5, 2023 - installers damaged our front doorway forcing fridge through it until I demanded they stop, failed to install drain hose correctly on washer, failed to install legs on washer under pedestal despite clear GE instructions. Washer making increasingly loud noises and shaking (sounded like jet engine). Called GE who sent local service providers FIVE times to try to fix (first thought it was drain hose, then replaced motor, then thought new drum needed). Was only when they dismantled machine to install drum that they saw the ** installers failed to install feet. Washer permanently damaged and pedestal bent. Have been w/out consistent washer for 5+ months. GE wont replace because its **s faulty installation. ** Warranty (Allstate/SquareTrade) wont replace because its **s faulty installation. Tried calling ** Appliances and ** Delivery/Installation - can never get anyone (I keep copious notes of every date, time, person I spoke with). They send you back to GE and Allstate/Sq Trade! Unbelievable - through wasting time. Sending demand letter to Corporate and suing in small claims court if I have to or even pursue class action.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a washer and dryer combo on 1/1/24. It was delivered on 1/8/24 for $2400 and found a problem with it on the first wash. I immediately reached out to them. They gave me ticket# ****** to make the return and get a refund. I have made multiple attempts to find help within this organization. The Home Depot has not scheduled the return of the product nor have they refunded my money based on their policy. They have tried referring the case to ******** However, I didn't purchase the items from ******** I purchased them from The Home Depot. If and when I call them they have created a script for everyone in their call center to refer me to ******* or you should hear something in a few days. We have escalated your complaint to the higher **** As of today there has been no resolution. This is the most hellish experience I have had. 2 starsI ordered an appliance from home Depot. The in store person was accommodating. Waited a week for delivery. They called an hour earlier than expected. Rushed to get someone to let them in. Only to discover it wasn't on the truck! Then they say it will be another 4 days! I said good customer ********************** would correct the error and have it out there today as promised! Guess it a contracted delivery company but it's a home depot order and that's who they choose so it's on them!The Home Depot

I was told to do a dispute with ***** and my bank, which I have done and still havent received my product! 1 starI purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot around 2 months ago. They promised to install the appliance after the purchase. However, they kept sending me technicians but none of them knew how to install the appliances. We kept having different technicians who were sent from Home Depot and they didn't know how to do their jobs. After negotiating with their representatives, they promised to reimburse back the money so we could find someone to fix the problem. However, after we had done that, they refused to pay me back the money! I can't believe this is the service from Home Depot, one of the biggest companies in the world.This is the worst customer experience situation I have had in my entire adult life. I will go out of my way to never shop at Home Depot again and recommend to everyone I know to do the same. If Home Depot sees this, my order number is H60955-2414.Review fromCheryl B

1 starWe went to Home Depot on 2/8/24 in the *******, ** area to look at windows. We spoke with a store employee there who entered information on the computer to have someone contact us to set up a home appointment to measure our windows and give an estimate. I received an email on 2/8/24 that stated someone would contact us within 24 hours. Today is 2/22/24 and no one has still contacted us to set up an appointment. We no longer wish to have them contact us as we have contracted with another company for our window replacements project. 1 starI purchased a storm door in November excuses were made and to this day it could not be settled Ipayed for it to be installed. It was a custom tinted door,I didnt see the door until the installer called me I looked at it and once the door was installed I pointed out and he saw spots in tient in several places, he preceded to take pictures and attach to the form. I called several times at different weeks and months for what was going to be done, ************ who handled this was in and out I left messages she said she would talk to the manager and I never heard anything. Called today 2-21-2024I I was told that I would have to take the door down and bring it to get my credit Im 71 with seizures and a pacemaker I cant drive and I would have to pay extra, note I paid for it to be installed and all I found out its a 3rd party who makes and installs the door. I hold Home Depot responsible thats who I paid my money to and they should have the 3rd party. I dont know who the 3rd party is.When I stated about an attorney she stated she could no longer talk to me.The Home Depot

1 starBuyer be wear!! The Vauxhall Home Depot is on of the worst ones I have ever been to!!! The staff that works there does NOT know what they are doing!! My contractor ordered something from them, the customer ********************** rep who assisted him said it was on in stock on line so he ordered it. The order was put in on February 8th and going to be deliver to me on February 20. I took the day off with out pay and waited all day for them to show up!! They never did!! And never bothered to call me! So I called the store and found out it was not in stock and thats why it was not delivered! I was on the phone for an hour and kept getting the run around!, I finally got it straightened out after an hour of fighting with them!, I will not ever do business with that store and I will think twice before I do business with any Home Depot!! So be whew if this store because they lie to you and will s**** you if they get the chanceThe Home Depot
