1 starDiscrimination. At one of your store.******* ***** Today feel attacked by one of your employees I been a customer for the past 22 yrs. I go every week to buy supplies for my business or plants or anything but Today I feel discriminate because I'm Hispanic, that doesn't happen when I'm with my husband because he is white.But today at the self checkout one of your employees was very closed to me My car was full of cleaning supplies she was looking like I was about to run with the merchandise. I ask her if I can help her with something. She was to close to me. I even told her if tou can go somewhere because she make me feel uncomfortable. . She said she was doing her job .Thats a ********.Because when I'm with my white husband no one is 2 feet away from us looking what we are doing. Because he is white I'm Hispanic. Was another customer at the same time but he was White no Hispanic like me. She went with him because he call her for help.She was there 2 feet away from me Harassment me I spent more money every month .In that store. Every time I easily spent 300 just buying plants. Like today I sent like $250. If you thinking Hispanic people will stealing from the store have more cashier instead of making customers uncomfortable.The Home Depot

1 starI am not suprised at all to see so many negative reviews of Home Depot. I just spent 35 minutes trying to connect with their Pro Desk to place an order worth thousands of dollars and was not able to do it. This even though the contractor I work with spends around 10k per month with Home Depot. I was transferred at least 9-10 times and ended up with one operator four times (and even she couldn't get the pro desk to answer).Amazing.If it was my business I wouldn't purchase there any more. But since it is not my business the best I can do is leave this review to vent some of the frustration I have about their lack of customer **********************.The Home Depot

1 starTerrible customer **********************,, purchased a touch lock, which malfunction had break in throw window,, which I was told call manufacturer, no refund or exchange from Home Depot,, and I had to patch up 5ft window, I was offered shrink wrap cause it is still cold I live in *************, thats what they call customer **********************.The Home Depot

1 starI shouldve done this sooner but, I didnt take the time to do it. On Saturday march 2nd was it. I can no longer deal with ******* in tool rental. He never explains anything about the tools and hands me a bunch of papers and that will explain about the tool. He never thanks me for my business actually he doesnt say anything. I will be taking my business to ************ Rd store. My family and I are very good customers but we will not be treated less than by this man no longer. I am surprised that he actually is allowed to interact with customers he is so rude to them. I find it unbelievable that management allows this person to actually work for them. Nobody else in tool rental treats us the way ******* does. We are a woman based company and I believe that is his root problem with me and my business. I could say more but no need. Ill no longer do business at ************ nether will my family or friends.The Home Depot

1 starThe is 1/2 of the issue as I have too many characters. On August 12, 2023 I Ordered refrigerator and was immediately charged for item. $2166.80. I was charged 20% interest on a refrigerator that is still missing parts. My Home Depot Experience Oct 14, 2023: Delivery #1- (Refrigerator #1)Drivers arrived and would not install due to water line issue. I called HD the day prior to find out if there were any instructions prior to delivery and was told no.(Not even to empty my fridge) the delivery team took the refrigerator back with them. Oct 21, 2023: Delivery#2-(Refrigerator #1) Was able to install but called me 1 hour and 10 minutes prior to window of time. Said they called 3 times, which was untrue. Told me that they were in my driveway and if I could get there in 10 minutes, they will stay. Otherwise they would reschedule for another day. I raced home only to find out that I was there 2nd from last delivery of the day and that they wanted to get done for the day. They would not hook up my water and they rushed out, leaving no receipt or any paperwork on the fridge. They didnt tear down the plastic and I discovered a dent and called HD right away. Spoke with ****** a customer ********************** representative of Home Depot. I wanted to return the item and she told me that it was not refundable even though I called within the 24 to 48 hour window of time to report the dent. She told me that I should have refused the refrigerator if there was a dent in it. I told her that the delivery guys did not remove the wrappers so I didnt see the dent until I unwrapped it myself, after they left Come to find out much later, that it was refundable and I couldve returned it and re-purchased it for $635 less and most likely without a dent. In this to me is very dissatisfactory and poor business ethics as I was lied to by your agent. Nov 18, 2023: -Delivery #3 (Refrigerator #2) The man who delivered it was an employee who had been with the company for yearsThe Home Depot

1 starHome Depot had a breach of cc information, my card was used by someone and home depot refused to consider it fraud. When I called they accused me of lying and said if I don't pay my credit would be ruined. I will never open a cc with a store again. I will not be shopping at home depot.The Home Depot

1 starIf I could give negative 10 stars I would. I cant begin to explain the level of frustration weve had to deal with in our experience buying kitchen cabinets from Home Depot. This process started the beginning of December 2023 and as of February 27, 2024 we still dont have all of our cabinets. Thats 3 months being stuck on a kitchen remodel!!!!! Weve had to deal with EVERY kind of setback you could possibly think of, and others you probably cant come up with on your own. But Id say the most annoying is that our cabinets have been delivered damaged or wrong over and over again. Overall, its been a super time consuming and energy draining experience. We considered canceling our order multiple times but we were so deep in the trenches already we felt like that would cause an even bigger issue. In the end, when we asked for some type of compensation for all of this they were very firm on only giving us $500. Its been several weeks since this conversation and that still hasnt been processed. I will NEVER recommend Home Depot to anyone.The Home Depot

1 starJust terrible. Never order anything that is substantial such as carpeting from Home Depot. I moved everything they asked me to remove out of the basement and then they came and wouldn't remove theater chairs as I requested and left without installing. Additionally, they advertised it as free install, then say they would only refund the labor. WHAT?! So as suspected it's not free it's baked into the price. I now have no carpet, all of my stuff in the basement outdoors, and I am awaiting what they feel they should give me as a refund. NO. Simply no. This is horrible customer **********************. I am never going back to Home Depot and I am going to tell everyone I know and the entire world that they should skip it and go to Lowes.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot has apparently outsourced any order fulfillment quality control to the customer. We ordered the Bosch ********* dishwasher model--and Home Depot's own documentation acknowledges it--but we received the SHPM65Z55N model instead. The salesperson (I think she usually worked a different ***** did not mention that we only had 48 hours to request a return if needed (though the policy can apparently be found elsewhere if we'd been aware that we even needed to look for it.) Even inspecting for dents or obvious flaws upon delivery, how likely is it that it would occur to someone to see whether it was the correct model?We discovered the error upon the dishwasher's installation in a newly-constructed house. We still haven't used the dishwasher--the paperwork is still inside--since we wanted the model we ordered not the one they opted to deliver instead. Note that we can document that we've spent over $141,000 at Home Depot in just the last 12 months, but even that doesn't seem to rate us any consideration.Review fromDonna W
