      Home Depot does not care about its customers. I have tried reaching out to someone in headquarters to help me out with my situation, but no one seems to care about customer satisfaction, all they seem to care is about money. I tried giving Home Depot a second chance and it did not work out. I have learned my ****** and I will never do any type of business with them. I am very disappointed and upset. I expected a different reaction from this team. Home Depot's renovation team along with the **** and the executives do not do anything to help out customers. I have emailed everyone on the team and also, I have mailed out a letter explaining my situation and all I got was a phone call letting me know they have denied my request. I am looking for my deposit and they want to keep it even when I have been trying to cancel the installation since December due to personal reasons. They want to come up with a "discount and extension" for me to come out with the money. I have felt discriminated against, disrespected, and ignored.

      We bought a Bosch refrigerator from Home Depot and added the extended warranty sold by the ** store. This warranty was set to expire on January 21, 2024. On December 6, 2023, we contacted ** and told them that the ice maker was not working properly and they suggested we did some troubleshooting and see if it worked. If it didn't they would send a technician and for this purpose they opened a claim. We left our house for an extended stay and returned on March 20th, 2024. The ice maker was not working. When contacted to follow up on our previously filed claim the ** service representative told us that there was nothing they could do as our warranty had expired and our claim had been "closed". When told that the claim had been filed prior to the warranty expiration date she reiterated her position and transferred me to her supervisor who basically said the same thing. A subsequent call from a more senior supervisor rendered the same results. Caveat emptor when buying warranties from these people.

      Home depot used to be my favorite store. Not anymore. Like everyone else they use AI which is remarkably unintelligent and has problems understanding English. Customer ********************** representatives seem equally unaware of what AI doing or payments collected in their own system. I put in an order online which was accepted but have not received the usual barrage of texts saying my items are on their way. When I called to confirm order no one was able to help me and even tell me if order for items I need was shipping. The customer ********************** agent said they were busy and I should call back in a couple hours. So, thanks for nothing home depot. I have also recently had other problems with delivery to wrong address and AI separating orders with large items that I can not carry myself and paid for in house delivery. I will say I generally find workers inside actual stores quite helpful. But, I will be spending more of my money elsewhere.

      Home Depot is the worst of the worst. I so wish I would have read reviews 1st. I purchased a k8tchen refacing for 23000$. That was the BIGGEST M8STAKE OF MY LIFE. **** the salesman is a bull sitter. HE is all omg you will love this. S*** shoe from the word go. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. HAVE PAID 6000$ SO FAR AND STILL HAVENT GOT AND RESOLTS. PLZ PLZ ANYONE WHO IS THINK8NG OF USING HOME DEPOT PLZ RETHINK THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST. WISH I COULD SHOW PICS.       Had carpet installed previously that went smoothly. However, the second time around, it was a total headache and I am very disappointed. First, the company came to install the carpet but they realized they had misread the quote and brought the wrong carpet. I had taken off of work to meet them but they had to reschedule. This was inconvenient but mistakes happen. Then, they rescheduled the morning of two more times leading me to miss two more days of work unnecessarily which was very unprofessional. Finally, a different company came out to install the carpet and they did a great job. However, the store called me later and informed me that the person from Home Depot who had performed the quote had forgotten to include a $200 charge for labor that needed to be paid now. I said that I was not willing to pay as it was not included in the quote I signed but they refused to remove the charge. I need this resolved immediately.

      DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They have a 48 hour return policy. That's right, 48 HOURS! Never trust a company unwilling to return products after 2 days. I have an ** washer/dryer combo that destroyed a load of my 8 month old clothes. The machine doesn't dry clothes, leaves a burnt smell and I went to return it after a week only to find out that it was outside of the return policy. Now I have to go back to the manufacturer and file a claim. Absolute disgrace of a company. 0 Stars.

      I bought my refrigerator online and they delivered to me on 1/27/24 but had damaged ( not big damage ) and the delivery employee told me they will give me replacement after we call the Home Depot if I didnt want to get the replacement they will refund like $81.47 for the damage. But almost one and half month still did not get my refund on my Credit card charged me $731.28 on 1/17 . Also i emailed to them no one respond to me .

      I placed an online order for plumbing valves. Home Depot delivered used valves with missing components. Both valves were unusable. After two months of submitting receipts, pictures and shipping both items back as directed, Home Depot still refuses to refund my money. If is my opinion that they are by far the worst home improvement store in *******. Personally, I look forward to the day when Amazon decides to open home improvement stores and puts this company out of business. Go anywhere, ******, Menards, even Ace Hardware is better than Home Depot. When I hear the brand name, "Home Depot", the words that immediately come to mind are, "dishonest", "disreputable", "deceptive" and "dishonorable". Those are the words that I think best describe the company.

      Return policy I bought 3 bathroom vanities from home Depot.com All 3 were damaged in shipping I sent them back to home Depot on the truck that delivered them.The 3 vanity I was denied a refund. Home Depot had turned it over to a company called TRE who sent me a email stated I had returned too many items.It was suggested by a home Depot representative that I take it up with my credit card company.And I did. Now it seems TRE I disputing it with my credit card company I don't believe I am required to accept damaged merchandise.Ant help would be appreciated.Thanks, ***** true 7943 ************** *****, ***** *****

      You guys really need to close your paint section or advertise that you cannot match paint to the color AND sample you are providing to color match. I wish I could get my money back on this paint I bought because I had to turn around and purchase it somewhere else.
