      ** purchased an exide automotive battery with 3 years free replacement. The battery went bad well within the 3 years period. Returned the battery to home depot for a refund or exchange. ( did not have the receipt with me at the time. ) They looked it up using my home depot card number. They found where the core had been returned, but could find the battery purchase. The ** code on the battery was scanned, and it was brought up. I was told the story on had a 90 day warranty and I would have to go through exide . I didn't buy the battery from exide, and there was nothing home depot could do. **** gave me a phone number ( that did not work ) to call. Needless to say, I left there with a dead battery that is ( still in warrenty). I have been a long time shopper at home depot. ( never again)

      Disappointed . Here is my story. Went looking for a GAS DRYER. While talking to the salesman we told him what we needed and needed it vented out of the side. Said he understood. We purchased a GE GAS DRYER,and told him that we needed the delivery after 3pm. He put that in the notes on the computer. 3 days later we received a call stating your delivery will be between 7-11am. HELLO. A few days later,the dryer was delivered and installed,but it was VENTED THROUGH THE BACK. AGAIN HELLO. I called customer ********************** when I got home from work,and they said they would have someone come out on Monday. Monday morning we received a call stating WE DON'T DO SIDE VENTING. So I called the local store,and they told me if I could find someone to do the job, they would reimburse me. So I started calling around, but I the meantime I looked at the owners manual and found out the dryer we had just spent $800 on,IS NOT ABLE TO SIDE VENT,due to where the gas line goes through. It's a shame the salesman didn't have a clue what he was selling us before we bought it, now we are stuck with a dryer in our pantry, when you are on the toilet ,our knees are banging up against the front of the dryer. ALL BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THEY'RE JOB. YOU CANT JUST SHOVE SOMEONE INTO A DEPARTMENT WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ***************************. ******************,**. ****** off customer

      Very poor customer **********************! Home ********************** has sales online they wont honor in store, even if they have the same products in store. What a terrible way to conduct business.

      I had the worst experience at the the Riverview store , I was charged 2 and they wound not refund the second charge , and the *********************** was so rude and ask me to leave the store after tell me how dumb I was , saying I was not charged twice , I called my bank and they stated I was charged twice and would have to pay ***** to dispute the charges, so I called the corporate center and that lady was rude and hung up on me ,,, I will just call it a loss of ***** but I should not be treated like this I did not make a mistake my bank did not make the mistake,, I wil visit another store but I cant no longer visit that store . I wish someone would call me but Im sure this is also a waste of time it stated out about the money but know it about how I was treated in that store by that staff .

      I purchased a Husky air compressor from Home Depot. It was purchased in November 2023 as a Christmas present. I opened the box today (April) because this is when I needed to use it and when I went to use it, it will not build air pressure. I loaded it up and went to a Home Depot store that is further away than the one I go to because they had some in stock. I went in and stated what the problem was and asked if I could exchange it. ******, store manager at the ************ store # ****, told me nonchalantly, cant do anything about it, it was outside of the store window for returns. Then he asked if I had the box, I did at home but what difference does that make? I was told to call Husky, not their problem. Are you suppose to go home immediately and try out to make sure your NEW item that you just bought works? Silly! I call Husky three times because the prompts on the phone do not work, it just keeps repeating the same thing. I go right to the operator and speak to someone. They emailed me a questionnaire to complete to send me the part I need to fix it. I asked how they would know what part I needed without looking at it and they said the answers on the questionnaire would tell them. Really? It wont build air pressure and they will know what is wrong from just telling them that? Now I have to wait for a part, meanwhile the project is now on stand by and the guys that are doing the work just head on home I guess. This all could have been avoided by just exchanging the compressor. Ive been shopping at Home Depot for **************************************************************************************************** addition, why do I have to do the repairs, its BRAND NEW! After 10 upon 10 of thousands of dollars spent at this business Im just out of luck. I WILL NEVER shop at the Home Depot again and will never recommend the Home Depot either. Its sad

      I had to give them 1 star but they dont even deserve that. Ordered a refrigerator on March 21,2024. It was supposed to be delivered on March 28,2024 but was not. Home Depot said the refrigerator company delivered to warehouse and warehouse people said they didnt deliver the refrigerator there. A inventor was suppose to have been done. Home Depot promised deliver again on April 3,2024. Guess What? The refrigerator company said they delivered to warehouse and warehouse said they didnt receive it for the 2nd time. They have requested another inventor list. My dad is a serve diabetic and his insulin has to be refrigerated. He has an old one refrigerator outside so he has to walk outside to get insulin. I am worried he will fall. I was at his home when we ordered it and would have been there when we he got it but it didnt deliver. I live in ***** he lives in *********. So I had made plans to have someone to be there today but again its not going to be delivered. I have called Home Depot 7 or 8 times and explained everything about his health. He has had type diabetes for 60years and is now in heart failure. They dont seem to be in a hurry. This is the 2 nd time I have had problems having something delivered from Home Depot. I will never do business with Home Depot again. By the way we have paid for the refrigerator 2 weeks ago and have nothing .

      I purchased on line a garage door opener with install for $393.19. At some point they removed it from my credit card pending charges and filed to provide and install the opener. I went to the store nearest me several times and they deny any responsibility for sale/install or ANY on line purchases. In store purchases are more expensive. Reports that the online installer is not cooperating with them leaves me, a senior, either leaving my car outside in the weather and vulnerable to theft etc or walking to/from the house and garage door to use the inside switch. With limited income their refusal to honor the purchase (they have it on their computer too) will cost me $100 or more from others. They have repeatedly claimed that they are not responsible for on line business or purchases. They have signs that say buy on line and pick it up here so they admit/advertise on line relationship and duties but only when convenient to their wallets.

      Placed an order online to be delivered, half of the cases of flooring was delivered I called and was told I would be contacted when they was delivering the rest. No phone call so I called them and was told that it would be delivered the next day and I would get a text with a time frame between 5p&7p I told the person on the phone it was almost 7 pm already and I needed to know a time due to my husband and I both work and due to their negligence of giving me a day they was coming. If they had I could have made arrangements, but they did not. The employee told me she couldn't do anything because that's not how it works with them, repeatedly said I would get a text in the next 5 minutes because it's almost 7. So no text no time frame and no way of tracking the order because it says unavailable. Poor customer ********************** overall! Not to mention she stated it was all delivered until I said I have a photo from their delivery driver stating that they had only delivered half. will not buy from them again.

      We have patronized store over a large number of years.However customer ********************** has become AWFUL!!!! This purchase lately with refrigerator is unbearable. Loss of food no offer of reimbursement but service repair took two weeks to respond, lasted at least five minutes informed to get serge protector that has made no difference. Want this scrap out of my home Now.haven't been able to connect for Solution. I am beyond angry..Help

      I made a purchase, the item is only sold online. The purchase was made online, and the delivery address was very clear on the bill. But between Home depot and **** they provided them with the inaccurate address with omitting details. The product was not able to deliver to me, and I was not able to contact *** to make the address changes. I had contact Home depot many times and each time the customer ********************** staff would dismiss the call, stating they have already escalated to the manager. Manger never contacted me, after numerous calls the situation have not been rectified. I dont have my delivery and my creditcard was charge 500$ for the item
