1 starNever ever hire home depot to do cabinet refacing. I was left with so much damage holes in the ceiling Unfinished trim sent wrong doors sent wrong hardware.I could go on and on. They refuse to come out And fix their mess.The Home Depot

1 starExtremely disappointed. Do not fall for their credit card scam! Was sold a 0% interest for 24 months credit card and made a large purchase with it. I would have NEVER opened the credit card without that promotional offer. At 6 months they started charging me interest at 25%! Didnt notice interest was added until after a year since online auto pay just shows that theyre taking my monthly payments. Spoke with both Home Depot store manager and HD Citi card services management. Both blamed me for not noticing on my statement. No one gave me an explanation when I asked how this happened. Citi manager told me it could have been human or technical error. How is that my fault? Now I have credit card debt. Home Depot lied and scammed to make a sale.The Home Depot

1 starI have bought everything and anything I have ever needed from **** Depot throughout the years and I get a fridge delivered on Wednesday April 17th 2024 and on Thursday April 18th 2024 I find that everything in my refrigerator has frozen. With ********************************************************************************************** the trash. So I call and get a replacement and am told to contact **** Depot for reimbursement for the inconvenience once I receive the new one. I call today April 24th 2024 when I receive the new refrigerator and am told they will only give me $300 for the inconvenience. Now that doesnt even cover the contents of what was lost nor does it cover the day of work lost for a faulty appliance sold, delivered and installed by **** Depot I asked for $1500 to cover everything lost and my time that I had to waste so they could bring a new refrigerator not to mention not having a working refrigerator for one full week on top of everything else. Person in the store was helpful in doing everything but the phone call I had to make and the answers I got did not solve the problem of me losing money and time due to an error that was completely out of my control and completely the responsibility of **** Depot all I ask is that it is resolved correctly and that I am reimbursed for everything I had to go through in this situation I hope **** Depot makes this right.The Home Depot

1 starHOME DEPOT hires out their delivery people. They show up won't take off a simple door to do an install. They left the new washer combo i purchased so i had to find a new person to install it . It took longer than the rediculous 48 hours they claim you get. My washer came missing screws and would not drain. Now they want to service a brand new GE washer and dryer. I said no take it back. BIG SCAM 48 HOURS OR YOU KEEP THEIR JUNK. THEY DONT WANT IT BACK WHY SHOULD I? WThe Home Depot

1 starVery poor customer ********************** after purchase. We purchased a washer/dryer set with 5 year warranty and full installation. (Paid cash & for a disabled person so arrangements had to be made for an additional person to be present for delivery.) Delivery and installation people needed to attach a 3 prong electric cord for the dryer, they incorrectly wired the cord which caused a small fire but eventually we thought it was corrected and working. The next day we tried to use the washing machine and it banged very loudly when turning. (it is level) We called and are supposed to get a new washing machine. Later, we put then wet clothes into the dryer and it turned on but did not heat and the control panel would not respond. It says it is caused by an electrical shortage. We then went to the store and the manager said they could not help with the situation they just sold the appliances, we need to call the 800 number again. When we called the 800 number, the first thing they said was we need to have the store take care of it. When I told them the store said to call the 800 number, they responded and by saying that the store should have dealt with this but they just don't want too. Both the store and the 800 number (home depot) blame the situation on the 3rd delivery service, which they chose not us. They do not try to expedite or assist with the situation.The Home Depot

1 starHome depot has a 48 hour policy on returning appliances, and makes it impossible to accomplish that. Purchased a $2000 ******* bespoke refrigerator. I rrfused it a delivery but since Home depot has third parties that hire illegals to deliver good, it's not possible to communicate with the delivery people they don't speak any English. Went into store within ************************************************************************ They never did when I contacted them it was hard and fast past the 48 hours. Not a care that I had given written and verbal notice within the time frame. I personally will never buy another item from home drpotbThe Home Depot

1 starI ordered a washer and dryer. Did not come with bottom as ordered. Then said they would bring bottom part and install. Came out again and arent able to install. Then said need to order new washer dryer and they will come installed with bottom part on it and pick up other order and refund. *** comes out here third trip and doesnt know about return and says it was canceled without telling me days ago. Now calling back and they say need to call store as past return time. I called same day as all deliveries and was given incorrect information every time.The Home Depot

1 starI ordered moving boxes April 7. They said they would be delivered by April 19 latest. The shipment is lost and they want to go through their internal processes. Not resending the shipment or reversing the charges. Now I have had to pay twice for boxes because I cant wait for their processes.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a washer/dryer set from Home Depot for my new home on March 19, 2024, and it was delivered promptly on March 21. However, it wasn't until April 11 that I finally had the chance to use the dryer, only to discover a concerning clicking noise emanating from it. I felt it's a product defect, so I reached out to *** the manufacturer, and provided them with a video showcasing the issue. They inquired about any damage to the product. Then I realized there's a dent on the left back side of the dryer. No one touched the dryer except the delivery guy from Home Depot. So ** directed me back to Home Depot for resolution because the damage likely occured during the installation. They won't be responsible for the repair or replacement. Upon contacting Home Depot, I was informed that due to the elapsed time since delivery, they couldn't offer a return or replacement. Instead, I was advised to wait until Monday to allow them to contact ** for inspection, as the manager was unavailable until then. We have to wait for **'s inspection and go from there.However, I'm concerned about the possibility of ** refusing to conduct the inspection. In such an event, I wonder how Home Depot would proceed to address the issue.The Home Depot

1 starDo not work with them. Started a very large project with them. Placed an order online well in advance of the project. The day prior to the start the store began delaying the delivery with less than a 24hr notice. Caused me to have no material on site for the contractors. Eventually ended up switching to lowes. They had horrible customer ********************** on the issue.The Home Depot
