      Horrible customer **********************. Made an online purchase for pickup and the app sent my order to this store which is 45 minutes from my house. I attempted to have the order changed to one of the 50 freaking stores between my house and this location but the genius working behind customer ********************** explained to me that this multinational company cant figure out how to make this happen. Evidently one Home Depot is not as good as the rest. This Home Depot obviously doesnt believe in customer **********************. Home ********************** in general suffers from their success they have forgotten the customer in all of this. So if customer ********************** doesnt matter to you then I highly recommend this establishment however if you are looking for a company who still cares about their customers go to Lowes they definitely treat veterans better. Home Depot has got the last dollar from me.

      Can I do negative stars, we ordered a dishwasher and stove to be delivered and installed with the old appliances removed and hauled off. Today was delivery day, they were not employed by Home Depot, one individual gets out of the truck I show him to my kitchen he then wanders around my kitchen with his phone the whole time, never brought any tools in and finally refused to pull our old equipment out claiming my brand new plumbing did not meet Home Depot standards and I needed to pay someone to install a separate line with shut off to my dishwasher. WTF!!!. Then they drove off with my new appliances still on the truck. I WILL NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot, customer ********************** was not helpful siding with the delivery people. I have since cancelled my $2000 order and gone to Best Buy to get my Dishwasher and Stove.

      Our ******* washer is under warranty and needed repair. We put in a Service Request and never a call from a Service Provider. It was handed over to ***************** who handed it over to 2 service providers who dont call and dont answer calls. No one seems to care that this service request is open for over a week. We ended up ordering our own parts which cost $300 and installed them. At a minimum we should be refunded the cost of the extended warranty we bought for $160. This warranty should have covered the parts and the labor.Also, reported this to investor relations and customer care.Thank you.

      Home depot has gone downhill big time. Can't deliver anything on time and customer ********************** is awful. Safe yourself the headache and go to Lowes. Somehow they always deliver when they say they will.

      We purchased Home Depots extended warranty on a ********* microwave which they pitched to us as a seamless refund if the product failed. It quit during the warranty period. The extended warranty company, Allstate, has said we may have to wait for a repair person to come to our home OR we may take the items back to HD (already done that - no luck) OR respond with a receipt and documentation to an Email they would send which we never received. This is horrible customer ********************** apparently designed to frustrate the customer into just giving up.

      Won't stand behind what they sell. Neither will their vendors. I can't reach a real person. Been a customer for decades, they are not interested in "Customer **********************" or retaining customers. They have lost 80% of my business with their "Self Checkout". Today's experiences were the final straw.How they ever got a good rating from BBB is a reflection is beyond me...Home Depot, don't give me the very same response as you have to everyone else. I am through.

      We installed carpet through Home Depot in Jan 2023. By *** 2024 it looks worse than the 20 year old carpet at my parents! Matted everywhere and unraveling at the edges and doorways, huge seam in the hall (where there isnt supposed to be one) even the seam is unraveling. Ive been jumping through hoops since January 2024 to get some assistance and its now MAY. I know (based on other reviews that there have been plenty of situations like this;) yet Home Depot acts as if this is the first time anyone has ever complained about their carpet. Its been nothing but Home Depot, Crew2 and the vendor passing the blame. Weve had the installers in; they said it was a manufacturing defect, then an independent carpet inspector came and determined it was the installers fault. Now were waiting for the installer return the call after they figure out a solution. As if they have options other than FIXING THE CARPET.

      Spent 8 grand on doors. Were installed in winter. Come summer when the kids began going outside I realized that the door does not open. it sticks and seems t be stripped. I called ********** a dozen times they laughed and told me it was the manufactures issue. I no longer can have access to my backdoor. The millwork **** is horrible and they can not do their job.

      I ordered a fridge back in February from Home Depot with a set delivery date of 4/26/2024. We waited around until 6:45 PM on 4/26/2024 until we finally got a call saying the delivery would need to be rescheduled. We could see on the tracker that there were still 4 stops ahead of us at that time, meaning 4 customers got rescheduled. I expressed my disappointment and the delivery company was extremely rude and tried to hang up on me after I told them that it was a little ridiculous considering that I had ordered this 2+ months in advance. I was told that I would get an updated delivery time the day before on Sunday, but never received a call. I called back to appliance delivery on Monday morning to understand when my fridge would be delivered and at that point they told me between 3-7 PM again. I asked if I would be first on the route since they had already missed me and they said they did not have that information. So again we waited around until 6 PM and didn't hear a word from anyone and had to call them to get information. This time they said they would again need to reschedule and can't deliver until Friday 5/3/2024 but couldn't give me a delivery window. I explained that we are in a new house without a fridge and need it delivered so we can have food. Also, we will be out at an event on Friday night and can not be there, if they even show up this time. The manager said they would escalate to delivery team to move it sooner and give me a call back. I never received a call back. I called again on Tuesday 4/30/2024 and asked to speak to management and the manager told me that delivery said they could not move it up. This manager was not very helpful or very nice and did not seem concerned at all about the situation. So now I am stuck asking family members to come be at the house on Friday night, just in case home depot deliver actually shows up.

      I will NEVER order online from Home Depot again..... Ordered and paid for delivery.... order was wrong - the wheel barrel should of had 2 wheels because that is what I paid for..... but I guess counting for 2 wheels is beyond what home depot hires for......sends me the wrong stuff, I have to FIGHT THEM to pick it back up and deliver the correct things.... and then FIGH THEM again to return the shipping I paid for because THEY messed up the delivery.......the wheel barrel they delivered was not even put together CORRECTLY and I had to fix it......2 days later STILL fighting the local store to bring me my order.... well we don't have one assembled.... then put it together.... we have a man power issue... then make the manager put it together..... the manager is out of town for training.....whut..... man power issues but they will spend someone's yearly salary to train some idiot on something that wont matter in the long run because managers dont stick around.....Finally get the product and the guy that delivers it is an rude jerk......Complained to the Store, no one cared, wont give me the District managers Name, number or corporate email address..... had to talk to 4 different people at the SAME store to get it resolved..... no one knew what the others were doing and I had to find the replacement FOR THEM......
