1 starRecently resigned from this company and according to their corporate website I was supposed to be paid my vacation hours I had been given from my anniversary from working with them, instead they only decided to pay the amount from my anniversary date til the day I resigned, stating I only gain that many hours, when it's clearly earned from working the previous year, was paid only a 1/4 of what I should been paid which violates their own SOP.The Home Depot

1 starFraudulent subscription services that I never signed up for. Using old credit card numbers from past online orders. I had to go in and cancel all these expensive orders and it resulted in overdraft fees and anxiety.The Home Depot

1 starTo whom it may concern:We went to the Homedepot in ********** 5/6/2024,To do a return of 11 boxes of tile. Did not have a receipt but did state we had a pro account . Asked for a manger and ******* came and had the worst attitude and refused to even try and help. She told us to list it online and sell it there. Stated she could not help us. We told her that it was her job to try and help us return these boxes of tile she said no and stated she WILL NOT help us. She would not even try to provide any help. We called the 1800 number and they found our receipt and emailed it to us and said we could return it. We then went in back to the store and another manger name **** helped us with no issues. We thanked him for his willingly and professional help. He went above and beyond. ******* is the worst person we have ever dealt with at Homedepot. She is the face of your company and is representing in the worst way. Very unprofessional!!! She forgot the cardinal rule the customer is always right. We buy so much from this company for so many years. She needs to be trained in customer service or removed from her position. She has no class in the way she speaks. 1 starWe have had the worst experience in my life with Home Depot and my kitchen cabinet makeover. ITS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF AND THEY STILL HAVENT FINISHED!! Just about everything that couldve went wrong has. Starting with The man who did our kitchen measurements, who didnt even know what he was doing after being here 4 hours , then called me that night and asked me to measure something he forgot? What?? Im in the bed!! And I dont know how to do all that!! I shouldve known then, but I kept on giving them chances. I got cabinets with no doors, half of a countertop install, their supplies is my garage and and they started on this project in March 2023. Its not really Home Depot who does your makeover. They are just the middle man!! ****, if I had know that, I would have found my own people. Its a nightmare. I have called, emailed, texted, and have gotten NO answers!! Its one of the biggest mistakes Ive made and I dont want anyone else to suffer like us.Review fromRicky R

5 starsI would like to inform how good the customer ********************** is at ********************** in ****************. There is a closer Home Depot to my home, but I choose to shop at the Home Depot in ****************. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If I'm going to make a large purchase I prefer to do it at the ****************. Take the time to visit the appliance department employees will make sure you are taken care of. 1 starterrible Three Thursdays in a row promising specific time and date of major appliance delivery No showed three times in a row, and claimed they did not have the items in their warehouses. SO why promise delivery?Billed me any how. Called and told to go to store. Went and was told, OH NO, that stuff was ordered on line so store can not help. have now spoken with 9 different people at home depot on the phone. Many promises made, some pretty simple, like I will call you back on a date certain.No-one ever, ever, called me back Start from scratch each time. Now have been rebilled IT is 2 1/2 months later. The people in the stores are very nice. The company is incompetent to handle customers on the phone or in writing and seems to care little to nothing. Would not shop there at gunpointThe Home Depot

1 starWe ordered multiple appliances. We were doing a remodel on the kitchen. We did not inspect the appliance in Home Depot's time frame. Long story short. I talked to Home Depot Corporate Office. I explained my dilemma. The representative from Corporate acted concerned and told me what I wanted to hear. In the end, Corporate was just covering their own assts and lied to me. Eventually, I talked to GE. Thank god they understand & are truthful. They are handling my problem in a timely manner. The Customer id satisfied, As far as Home **********************, yes, go to ******.The Home Depot

1 starBought new granite counters for both our bathrooms. We also bought three new sinks and sets of faucets. The quote we got included plumbing. When the plumber showed up ********** had told him one kitchen sink instead of three bathroom sinks.Since the counter tops were being delivered the next day we had to have the plumbing done, but assumed it was just an honest mistake. We would also need to have the plumber come back the day after the counters were installed to hook up the new faucets.That's when we found out ********** was going to charge an extra $1500 for plumbing even though the mistake was theirs.At this point we were stuck. If we had known it would cost us a total of $2200 for plumbing we would have found our own. It was a Saturday and we were stuck.When we complained to ********** they said sorry, we wrote up the order wrong. Oops. What we thought was a reasonable plumbing charge of $750 ended up as more than $2200. FOR THREE FAUCETS.Never trust **********. We won't.Review fromroger e

1 starPurchased a dishwasher that was a display model and had it deliver om May 3 *****. We had it installed on May 4***** and it did not work. We went to the ********** store to talk them and was told it was not Home Depot's problem and we had to call the Kitchen Aide service department. Asked to speak to the store manager and at first said he was on the way to speak with us but was stop by a customer and would be with us in a minute. When a another person showed up and told us that the manger was in a meeting and we could not talk to him. We were never informed that the dishwasher could not be return because in was on Clearance. Nothing on sales receipt or posted with dishwasher. IT was never mentioned to us until we try to return it. Worst customer ********************** from a Store manager I ever encountered. No repair service tech in our area and it will take 3 t0 5 days to find some one to work it.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased an ALL Weather Handy Home Products Shed from the Home Depot website. The website showed 10x10 to 10x12, each shingle color is a different size for the same price.This is common as less popular colors are more affordable due to low sales. So I selected the Gray Shingle shed since it showed as a 10x12 and I said, I would accept the ugly color for 2 more feet of space. It was supposed to be built with home structural quality and rated for 140 MPH winds. It was to include ******* Strong structural ties that needed to be installed during the build. Same details on the website still to this day, and you will NOT get ANY of what is listed there. I received no ******* Ties at all, and the cheapest roof material that is rated for only 60 MPH according to the packing. I complained to the builder and they threatened me to cancel my order. Every question was answered with threats. Called Home Depot hoping they would assist, but they did not. They also only offered to cancel. I told them you can't because it is being built right now as I am speaking to you. I called Home Depot multiple times, I went to the store, and neither the store nor Home Depot.com support did anything and said I was nuts because the shed shed order showed NOT SHIPPED. I managed to get the builder to at least let me go buy better roofing material. In the end, it was not built using strong home construction. Uneven, built 15" off the ground, which with my medical condition I cannot load none of the heavy items I was going to. There is a lot more to this story and not enough space here for the home story. In short, I have had to spend on material and tools to correct as much as possible, over 10K on top of the 5k for the shed. Home Depot did little to take care of me or correct this. The shed is built unevenly and now appears to be tilting to the right. Qoute to level and lower the shed is 4k. I need an ADA ***** which would be over 15' long, so I can put in my heavy items.
