1 starHome Depot is what it is, we know the *** and downs of big box stores, however recently they have jumped into the on-line business and do a terrible job meeting there delivery advertisements - which if you talk to them are only estimates...I was planing on taking a ride this weekend but my new battery that was supposed to arrive yesterday did not arrive, I had a little wiggle room, but not going riding this weekend as the battery is not here and not going to be on -time, I did get an "I'm sorry", so sad. HD On-line take a hike, I will use other merchants in the future!JeffLThe Home Depot

1 starWent to the *************** store today for vegetable plants. A worker was taking inventory off the shelves and tossing them into a cart. When I asked why she said the boss wanted new inventory put out and she was told to throw away the plants that were there. Perfectly healthy plants that could have been donated to a food bank instead of tossed in a dumpster. I asked if l could take them and she told me no they needed to go in the trash.Real nice of home depot to waste healthy vegetable plants that a food bank could have used. I will shoo there ever again.The Home Depot

1 starI had 3 kitchen appliances delivered on the 7 of may. They dropped off all three, I had installation for the dishwasher and haul away. They dropped the dishwasher and the wrong in wall oven in my hallway of my house. I installed my refrigerator. I started on the oven and they sent an electric oven when it was supposed to be a gas oven, mind you it was packaged in a gas oven box. I call and after calling delivery **mpany and the manufacturer I was told that the gas oven is on back order until may 30. I ask for the in**nvenience that they haul away the old oven to make it right! They said cant do. So I was instructed to call their plumber ** to schedule an installation for the dishwasher, which was scheduled for the 16 of may. The 15 of may I get a message that they will cancel my installation of the dishwasher on the 16 because the dishwasher will be delivered on may 30. This voicemail was left at 1935 and Im ***** feet in the air back home. Agent left this message after hours when I **uldnt call back and **rrect them. At 7 am the 16 of may I called them and told them the errors were made, the best they **uld do is reschedule for next Tuesday but I work so my next off day is Wednesday. I seen this movie before, something will go wrong and I taken off work again. No not falling for the banana in the tailpipe! On top of all of this they scratched my hardwood floors! This delivery **mpany is giving Home Depot a bad reputation! This need to be made public!The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a refrigerator and everything was delivered without any problems. 5 weeks later the refrigerator went out so I called Home Depot and they sent someone out 3 days later. It was deemed defective and was told I will get a new refrigerator in a couple days. It has now been over 2 weeks and 2 failed deliveries due to them coming a day earlier then was told. Now their next attempt I am being told their truck is too big to be left outside on the street. When they had no problem delivering the first time. So after talking to the delivery company and Home Depot they cant get a driver back out until the following week. This is now going on 3 weeks that me and my family are without a fridge living out of an ice chest with 3 kids a wife and myself. Our food and drinks have been going bad and constantly getting thrown out and wasting so much money having to go out to eat just so we dont wast food. I spent $1,400+ on a refrigerator just to be living out of an ice chest for 3 weeks so far. And Home Depot cant get a loyal customer what he paid for. This is the worse service I have ever had to deal with.The Home Depot

1 starCustomer ********************** is completely awful. Employees refused to help with pavers. The employee brought the pallet **** over and doesnt help load the pavers onto the pallet ****. My husband asks about taking it out to the truck and the employees exact words were oh Im not doing that, you are. And walks away. Here we are pushing this pallet back through the store to get to check out another employee is pushing a stack of ten carts through the store and left it in the middle of the walk way and then walks away. So I then have to help my husband move the carts so we can continue on our journey with this ****. We get to the register and this nice employee was trying to get an employee to help us with our pavers because he says its a liability for us to be doing on our own. We wait and wait and finally someone comes to help but he complains the whole time. He did not pull the ****, he had my husband do it. Then WE loaded the pavers into the car and the employee stood there and waited for us to be done with the ****.The Home Depot

1 starI ordered two appliances to be delivered to my home. First delivery failed because the truck got into an accident, second they arrived and realized my appliances were not on the truck. They came again a third time, hauled away my items and then realized the appliances were not on the truck. I called the customer resolution team who basically told me "it's not as bad as what other people are experiencing", when I've missed three days of work waiting on these appliances because the delivery window is so long and unpredictable. I ended up canceling the order, to get told that a refund will appear on my account in 7-10 business days. 11 business days later, still no refund. I call in to speak with a manager, Home Depot says they have to send the items back to ******* in order for me to get a refund, they said they don't know how long it will take. I request a manager, and they transfer me to *******. I call again and request a manager, who says she will do a "quick pass" and it should be resolved in ***** hours. Home Depot has been holding on to thousands of dollars for weeks. Terrible customer **********************, terrible escalation pathways. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the delivery of my packages, and despite my efforts, I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution.I placed an order with Home Depot, which included a high-value item, a lawnmower worth $3000. While I am grateful to have received the lawnmower portion of my order, I am dismayed to inform you that the rest of my packages are missing. 1 starSAFETY VIOLATIONS GALORE at store 1803 in **** ID!No appropriate carts or helpers help move product.Such a disappointment for a nationwide store. Only conclusion is management is seriously lacking. No carts to carry large items, no helpers to assist, and perhaps most concerning, blocked fire exits visible from a street view.SAFETY IS OF NO CONCERN OF THE **** IDAHO STORE!Manager/s should be FIRED for lack of concern for their customers and employees!WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!SAFETY SHOULD BE A PRIORITY, BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT UNDER THIS MANAGER!!!Wish there was a ZERO or NEGATIVE rating.
