      Do not get your large appliances delivered or installed by Home Depot. We recently made a large purchase and it was delivered on May 10th. One of the items was a double oven that the delivery team could not install because of the voltage. It sat in the box for a week until we could hire someone to install the oven. Well, it was the wrong size and Home Depot refused to work with us! 2k is a lot of money. We would have happily paid for an upgrade to a larger size, but was told to contact GE. Be aware!! They only allow returns within the 48 hours even if its brand new/ not used/ not opened even if their own delivery people cant install it. Take your money elsewhere!

      A best and most friendly person I have ever met in Home Depot located hwy 6 and ************* , his name is ***** . I was waiting for someone to help me out to exchange three pro pain calendars. ***** was busy with other customers but somehow he managed to help me out. He unloaded them and loaded back into my car truck. I offered him a little tips but he answered me sir, it is my pleasure to serve you with respect, and he didnt take my money. A big day today for me in aged of 69 years. He should be employed off the month for month of May . I am an active restaurant manager in **** at ******. Congratulations to ***** from my heart.

      If I could give No stars...I would...I made an online order for my business on May 17, 2024 for delivery. Delivery was set for May 21, 2024 between 6am-8pm (all day) delivery time ( Order #WJ55328163). on May 21, 2024, I waited all day from (6am-8pm) and no delivery...no call that the delivery was delayed. I called the ***** Home Depot number 4 times that day and they could only tell me that the delivery was en-route. Home Depot said they could do nothing for me until the delivery was attempted. At 9pm, I spoke with the resolution department and ask that my delivery be canceled and refunded to my credit card. The representative said they could not cancel my order or refund me until the delivery was attempted. Home Depot told me to call on May 22, 2022 as they believed the packed would be delivered a day late. May 22, 2024...no package and no call from Home Depot. I called again and they said they didn't know where the package was and still could not refund my credit card until the package was delivered. May 23, 2024..no packaged was relieved and I still have not been refunded. I am also filing a complaint with the PA State Attorney ******'s Office...this is fraud and deceitful practices if you will not refund customer's money when they don't receive their product. Resolution: I want compensated/refunded immediately!Respectfully,*******************************

      I'll never buy anything from them again that requires delivery. They are charging me $600+ for furniture that I never received. The shipping company, Maersk, confirms that I never received the item. Despite multiple phone calls, Home Depot refuses to investigate. I'm simply out $600+.Home Depot does not care at all about their customers. They have millions of them, who cares if we disappoint this one.

      Purchased a refrigerator in February from Home Depot and it was delivered in March. From day one, It makes a really loud knocking sound and I am concerned about a fire. It does this every 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. I have reached out to ** for a refund and to Home Depot. I just want my money back to purchase a new refrigerator and not from Home Depot who said that I needed to reach out to ** which has been done. I have been waiting for a resolution and cant get anywhere with ** or Home Depot. I just want my money back so I can get a new fridge and have them remove the ** refrigerator. I have been fighting this for weeks

      Worse customer ********************** I ever encountered!Young lady at customer ********************** on phone, never looked at me . Just pointed to whatever she wanted me to do. When I asked her could I have her time? She waved my Bill in the air and said hows that?I wanted to leave no star

      It would be 0 stars if I could. Their return procedure after THEY send the wrong item is criminal, and now I am out almost $900 due to their mistakes time and time again.

      I saw a manager belittle an older female employee for taking to long in the bathroom on break, when I let him know that it was inappropriate to have that discussion in front on a customer his response was She approached me. I have shopped there for many years and have had awesome service in the past, Im really stunned that would be talking place there.
