1 starpurchased a frigidaire refridgerator only 7 months old and unable to get repaired or rep;aced. frigidaire did sent out tech who could not repair and future promise to send tech very difficult to obtain, thought my 5yr warranty might help but I am at mercy of these to indifferent companies. Very perplexing g experience so far & still trying to get a qualified rep to come outThe Home Depot

1 starWhere to start? Placed an order on 5/23/24 for delivery on 5/28/24. 5/27/24 at 8:30 receive a text and email stating order has been broken into 2 deliveries and will be there on 5/29/24 and 5/30/24. Had a crew, dumpster, and several other details ready to do the roof 5/29/24. Have been told twice the material would be delivered a certain day, and have been rescheduled twice. At this point, Home Depot is now talking about delivering shingles on 6/1/24. Have been to store 3 times, on the phone for probably 2 hours, spoken to at least 4 different people, spent 30 minutes trying to get text support. Why bother trying to plan a job if Home Depot can't get the shingles there on schedule. Maybe the worst thing is that this is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 years. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I've tried to maintain my composure and be nice to everyone that I have dealt with. I imagine it is not anyone in particulars fault. It seems to be poor procedures and systems on Home Depots end. I run the risk of losing the job and customer, as well as alienating my ********************** crew and dumpster company. 1 starNightmare from start to still not finished after 9 months. Still fighting with them to make it right.Absolutely the worst! Spent about $7,000 on the purchase of 4 doors with installation. Purchase made in September of 2023. Today is May 29, 2024. Still fighting with home depot to get issues resolved. Order lost in system, wrong door ordered twice, incompetent salesperson failed to provide essential warranty information, NO VOICEMAIL - so every time you call you have to wait on hold, no follow up. Corporate customer ********************** also unsatisfactory. It's been 9 months of calls and calls and calls. Installs scheduled months ahead then cancelled by phone after scheduled arrival time passed. Nightmare from start to finish. ZERO stars.The Home Depot

1 starI recently made a purchase of two recliners from ****** one of their online. One of the recliners was used and returned, and missing all the legs. When the bottom part was turned over, it was filthy and full of dust, the electrical cord was untied and, it was evident that the chair was used and returned. Home Depot hired a Company by name of Retail Equasion, to determine if your items can be returned. They were ordered on May 14th delivered on May 21st. I have. been hung up on, and Home Depot customer ********************** cannot make the arrangements for the merchandise to be picked up. I am being forced to accept merchandise that was used, and delivered damaged. Home Depot refuses to resolve this problem, of fraudulent activity with its vendors. Lately the Home Depot is operating on a sort of rogue business dealings. Home Depot is misleading customers to believe that they have free delivery and free returns, but when you try to make a return, they put you through h*** People should refrain from making purchases from them on line, because of the vendors lack of customer **********************.The Home Depot

1 starThis company is a joke. You get a constant run around. The customer support is laughable... I can see why you have a 1 out of 5 stars when you have people such as the ones that fielded my customer support call. The reps are clueless, their supervisors are arrogant and rude. I had my called transferred to a supervisor named ***** ... who did absolutely nothing to help me. Order placed, picked my delivery date and was told May 28th. Now they are saying the 3rd. I took the day off of work to receive this order.... i wasted an hour on the phone with people that have no idea what they are doing.... Your company is full of useless people that have no idea how to assist customers... You have lost any future business from me and my family. Thanks for wasting my time and money.The Home Depot

1 starHome depot engages in the pernicious practice of spamming!Their emails have an unsubscribe link but they never unsubscribe you. Don't ever give your email address to home depot or you? Will be receiving several pieces of junk mail each day.I'm also sick of being told by home depot and others that unsubscribing takes three days. As far as I know, everything I do on my computer is done immediately. When I tell My computer to shut down it doesn't say "Thanks for letting me know. I'll shut you down in three days." Home depot and other spammers would like you to think that this is just the way it works. Actually, that's the way it works because that's how they made it work.Review fromGary A

2 starsWhen shopping online on 5/23/23 the website stated order within 6 hours 18 minutes to get it by Sat, May 25. Based on this, I ordered it. Now its Saturday and no delivery. Tracking number from ***** now shows ESTIMATED delivery on 5/28. My issue is not with the delivery process as I understand issues occur that legitimately delay deliveries. My issue is solely with the Home Depot website designed to mislead (bait and switch?) me so that I would place the order with them. On the positive side, the chat agent was very polite and apologetic and I understand that person would likely not be able to influence a correction to the website design.The Home Depot

1 starI was very surprised, disturbed and disgusted by the arrogance and discourtesy on my recent experience. This person who came to deliver was so arrogant and gave his name upon my request as he is untoucable which made me wonder most likely he is thats why he acted the way he did and there is so much more to it. the worst experince overall. 1 starI was a Pro X-TRA customer for several years. I am a member of NREIA, which offers a 2% rebate twice a year for all Pro-XTRA spend.Over the second half of last year, my business spent over $300,000 at Home Depot. Previously I spent over $1 million per year at Home Depot. The previous rebate period ended in December 2023. We are approaching the end of May, and I have still not received my rebate. Note - this is not the first time I have experienced payout issues from Home Depot. I was told regarding a previous issue that it would be resolved, and I never heard back from anyone again even after making multiple attempts to contact them.I am also told that my rebate is nowhere near the amount of 2% of my spend. HD requires you to register your forms of spend in your Pro-XTRA account, which I did. I have tried to communicate to HD Corporate multiple times, and I have not received a response. My NREIA rep has been unsuccessful in resolving this issue as well.What this appears to be is Home Depot misrepresenting the rebate program that they offer to NREIA members. This appears to be nothing more than fraudulent and misleading marketing to attract business customers to spend money at Home **********************. This program is run by lying crooks.I am staying FAR AWAY from this company and taking my business elsewhere. I encourage every NREIA member to consider supporting smaller, local companies rather than these greedy corporations that blatantly LIE just to get your business.BEWARE!!!
