      Horrible inventory management!!! Home Depot's Online site displayed a product I wanted was in-stock at a store location near me and it was NOT! What a waste of my time and luckily I have a Prius so limited gas! Additionally, I was dealing with a Customer ********************** rep who explained there was this same item in a store location near me and ordered the item for pick up only to have the order canceled due to no inventory luckily before I got on the road. Keeping your inventory accurate to me seems SO BASIC but for Home Depot it is not only a challenge but a failure.

      We just spent a ton of money to order a brand new kitchen. We open our BRAND NEW CABINETS and we found where when the white was applied to our cabinets they did not make sure that they took off debris from the front. They painted over things that are now under paint and it looks ridiculous! Our pantry has a huge scruff on the side. There are some nicks. There is a finger print that looks to had been left when the paint was still wet. I will also be addressing this with the store. This is absolutely ridiculous. To spend hard earned money and to get this a project that still has to be refinished. Apparently I should have just built the damned things myself.

      I scheduled an appointment for my cabinets to be refaced. The appointment was supposed to be at 6 o'clock in the evening on a Thursday. The cabinet specialist called 50 mins before the appointment time and said that he wasn't coming and that sure enough the scheduling team would contact me to reschedule the appointment the next day. No one ever reached out! I do not recommend Home Depot services at all!

      Ordered 4 tons of pellets. Received an email the night before delivery that the order would be delivered between 6 am and 8 PM. a 14 hour window. I called the store and was told that if I had wanted a more narrow window of delivery that I would have had to pay an extra fee. I never was told that and asked for an approximate time of delivery even within a 6 hour window. I was told they had no way of getting in touch with the delivery truck to do that. and that the only thing they could guarantee was that the delivery would be made by 8 pm. There are other sources for merchandise that Home Depot carries and obviously Home Depot has poor customer **********************, unreasonable policies and customer retention and repeat business is not their priority. Beware. Would have left a zero star rating if able.

      I purchased a ******* Electronics Dishwasher with an extended warranty on 12/7/2019. The machine has been in continuous repair. The most recent was on 9/2/2022 machine died in mid-cycle filled with water. I called and requested service. it took until September 21st for someone from Service Quick to stop to repair. The repair person replaced a part on the panel to manage to start up the machine, but instantly the machine displayed an ** error. This ** error is not the first time displayed, ongoing issue. I had multiple technicians out to fix the problem in the past but have been unsuccessful. The technician stated he wasn't able to look into the ** error because he didn't have the proper tools and that he would need to report this and have another technician come out to review and repair. It is now September 29th and I receive an email from The Asurion Team stating the following: This is in regards to the claim under ************* for your ******* ELECTRONICS DISHWASHER. We have received a confirmation from the service center that the repair was done and completed, a part was replaced. If you still need service for the unit, feel free to reach out to us.How is this possible? I called Jem at the Escalation Team *************) in the Home Depot Protection Plan, since ticket ************ was closed she needed to create another ticket ************* to request ******* service to come out AGAIN to do a final inspection of the machine to determine if it is a lemon or able to fix.

      I would caution anyone on ordering appliances from Home Depot and using their installers. I ordered a refrigerator, over the range microwave and stove. When the installers arrived with my appliances on September 7th, they stated they couldn't install the microwave without damaging my backsplash. I don't know where they get their installers as the two young men seemed to know very little about installation - they seemed to be delivery men and I question how much training they were given in actual installation. I made the big mistake of not opening the microwave box then and there!! I couldn't get an independent installer to come until September 22nd. When he opened the box, which had not been touched since the installers left it in my kitchen, there was a huge dent on the front corner of the microwave. He also didn't understand why the installers couldn't just slide the old microwave out and the new one in, as it was the same ** model and size.I called the Home Depot store, where I made the purchases. I was transferred from the store to a Home Depot main # and was then transferred to another number at the ** factory and then transferred to another person at **. A very **** ** employee told me that because I was beyond the 48 hour window, I would not receive an exchange and must pay for a new microwave from a Home Depot store. I have had to reorder, pay again for a second microwave, and now pay a delivery charge. The microwave won't be delivered for a week (October 6), which is unfortunate because my home was scheduled to go on the market for sale on October 5th.This unfortunate incident and the **** attitude of the ** representative has made me decide that I will not use Home Depot or purchase any ** appliances for my new home. I have had a long standing relationship and charge card usage with Home Depot. I have purchased other ** appliances. Poor customer ********************** can destroy customer and brand loyalty. I would like to hear from Home Depot.

      I ordered on 9/12/22 A generator from Home Depot. The people I talked to said it was suppose to be delivered to me on 9/23/22. I look at the tracking info and it goes from ******* to Durham back to ******* and back to Durham. Finally got a hold of YRC trucking and they told me they tried to deliver it to XPO in Durham but they refuse to take it because they don't have room for the merchandise. the person at YRC said they were going to try to deliver it again on Monday 10/3/22. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I even said I would come pick it up, but *** said it is on a trailer and I couldn't pick it up. Home depot has already charged me for this item. This is the worst on line service I have ever had to deal with. I would like someone in management from Home Depot to respond to me ASAP. This is bad business! I run a business and spend a great deal of money with Home Depot but now I will use other sources before I buy anything from HD in the future.I opened a case with HD Tuesday 9/27 and again on 9/28. They said someone will contact me. But I have not received a call or email from anyone on either case. That's poor business. my case # ********. My order # is WB23657046.***********************

      On-line order did not arrive when it was supposed to for some bamboo fencing. After2 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted customer ********************** and they wrote up a case #. Still nothing, so I called customer ********************** again, will write up another case #. Still nothing. I call my local store and plead with them to help get me out of customer ********************** h*** They said it's like 2 different companies would try to help. Never heard back from her. Finally, I call customer ********************** one last time and I'm asking them to just cancel the **** thing and give me mt money back. This was a long drawn out call and the gal couldn't promise anything but would submit the cancellation. I received the bamboo fencing 2 days later, a total of 6 weeks late. What a customer ********************** nightmare. How do you guys stay in business with this kind of customer ********************** in this age of online buying. It was a train wreck. But I'm sure no one is reading this, and no one really cares, and that's why you're where your at from a customer ********************** standpoint.

      Chronically Understaffed! I went to the store 3 times on 3 different days to order a refrigerator. Left within an hour each time after not having anyone free to help me. I Spent my $6000 elsewhere.
