      I ordered an item for delivery online. Was told it would be delivered on June 5th of 2024. Sat at home all day waiting on delivery that never came. At 3:00 p.m. called customer ********************** was told it had shipped and was on its way. Had them send me the tracking information. When I went to *** tracking, found out that the label was created after my phone call and *** had not even picked up the package yet. Checked the next day with *** and still not picked up. I ordered this to be delivered this week due to being out of state next week. This is the second time this has happened when ordering online. Will not be ordering from home Depot anymore online. If I need something, I will go pick it up. If I order online it will be through ****** or some other company.

      We went to home Depot in ******* *********** because we want to do hardwood flooring and we check there stacking products that available for all customers, review parts and figure out which one is better finally we select one color hardwood and walk to customer ********************** she looks for credit card ctr.... Fill out paperwork and sign paperwork. After all this done my job company financing went down and start laid off too many employees 160 people's laid off one day so this suddenly happened then I went back to home Depot and ask them to cancel my order because my job is not secure now and I don't know when I'm getting laid off so I don't want to do hardwood right now so I cancelled my order after this home Depot send email about we have to pay 1000 dollars for stacking I really don't understand why we have to pay for stacking this is my bad experience from home Depot we didn't even know home Depot charge for stacking parts why customers pay stacking if anyone's know what stacking for and why customers need to pay for it. This is very bad experience with home Depot we didn't even think about this stacking charge that home Depot collection from customer I don't know how many customers go through this situation with home Depot very bad experience with home Depot we don't know how we're going to pay ***** dollars to home Depot for stacking stock this very bad.

      Horrible to do business with. Still waiting for an AC unit we ordered in April. Its now June and 88 degrees. Never again. The first order came and was the wrong AC unit. The second unit got lost and here we are at the 3rd unit. It was supposed to arrive today, June 4thbut nobody knows anything. Worst experience ever. It would be easier to fly to ********** and pick it up ourselves.

      I am a Vietnam Veteran who has been a customer for years with Home ********************** and traded with them a lot and also signed up for their veteran's discount. Recently I purchased a dryer with an extended warranty and upon being told the total price I asked them as to why I did not get my discount.I was told at that time that the veteran's discount did not include appliances. After being taken aback with that I indicated that why would Home Depot advertise for veterans to sign up for the discount just to be told it doesn't include appliances. After trying to get an answer that made sense, I have paid off my account, closed my account and will not trade with them ever again as this seems to be a bait and switch to get you to think you will get a good deal.

      If we could we would give them a 0 star review!! PLEASE do NOT buy any appliances from Home Depot!! If you have to return or cancel a delivery because of there fault and lack of communication with the customer, be aware that you will NOT get your refund immediately or at that moment as they have some very strange system that handles refunds for appliances at there stores!! We made a BIG purchase and was told it would be delivered on a date then a few days later we get a text that it's been rescheduled for a week later. We went into the store after speaking to someone over the phone at there store to go into the store to get our refund, well we didn't get our refund, because of there crazy appliances procedures that our refund was pending so we had to leave the store without a refund until the pending cancellation is approved by the vendor/brand! They won't refund us until then and God knows when that will happen!! Be aware also and if possible to check with vendor/brand of item purchased that the item has been cancelled as we got a called by the vendor/brand and the items were not canceled by Home Depot as we where told at the store by the 5 HomeDepot employees, supervisor, and manager helping us at the store. Now we are worry that the other item from a different vendor/brand wasn't cancelled either!! The people that helped us at the store at first didn't acknowledge us and had a bit of an attitude! NEVER again will be buy any appliance from Home Depot so be aware consumer that you will be dealing with a MAJOR headache and inconvenience to get your refund right away with them!!!

      I went to the Home Depot in ************** today to purchase a weed trimmer. The person there acted like I was bothering her in the trimmer section. I asked if she could open the "locked" cage so I could get my item. She asked "are you ready to checkout?". I only needed the trimmer. She also told me that she would have to follow me to the cashier. When we got to the cashier, she told her, he has a weed trimmer. I have never been treated as a potential thief in my life. I will never, for the rest of my life, enter a Home Depot anywhere no matter what the reason. Everyone is not a thief and this kind of absolute lack of respect for a paying customer is not where I want to spend my money. Amazon doesn't treat their customers this way. So long forever Home **********************.

      Went to Home Depot in ***************** on 6/1/2024 . Had a question about paint was told to take some samples and come back which i did went back that afternoon was told by a different employee that this color couldnt be made in a quart !

      Back in October my work purchased a refrigerator with an extended warranty. Over 3 weeks ago the fridge stopped cooling and the manufacturer's warranty did not cover any repairs as the fridge is being used in a commercial building. My boss called Home Depot and originally was told by the rep said they would send out a temporary fridge free of charge to only then change their tune to 30% off a brand new fridge. I am trying to figure out what the point is of buying an extended warranty if an appliance stops working correctly for no reason. The extended warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures plus product breakdowns during normal use along with a 2 day service guarantee, but I have yet to see a technician come out to look at the fridge.

      I paid for a vertical blind installation from this Home Depot. This was absolutely the most frustrating experience Ive dealt with in a long time. I had to reach out multiple times just to get someone to come out and do the job installation that I paid for when I was told I wouldve been contacted within 24-48hrs after paying for it. After my fourth attempt of contact I was finally able to have a date scheduled. The individual that came out was extremely unprofessional. He installed the blinds crooked and gave me an attitude when I pointed it out. When readjusting the blinds he caused damage to my wall. I had to contact Home Depot again only for them to send someone out to fix the issue. The second individual that came out was nice but he wasnt able to repair the damage properly. I contacted Home Depot for a refund and was turned down. So not only did I pay for a poor installation job I will now have to pay someone else to have my wall repaired due to something that wasnt my doing. This was some of the worst customer ********************** Ive ever experienced in my life.
