1 starJust spent over an hour hunting all over Home depots web page to leave a review at one point there was so many rabbit holes open but you always get sent back to the ** phone number. (useless) . So you'd think searching for vinyl plank flooring would be a breeze? ahhh- no.you search a certain size plank and of coarse the results come up over a hundred listed none the size of the plank you searched for. Then you click on a color and suddenly your sent to a different page and then like magic your requested size is listed but on 2 out of hundred? So you note the brand name of the product and you search for that, and you guessed it every size under the sun but the sized you found on the other page is there? So then you search the brand name with the size and there it is, same old 2 choices, You then realize in your account that lists your nearest store they knew suddenly by the way they had 59 boxes in stock of what you were searching for for the last 45 minutes? Conclusion: even if you know what you want and search for it , they the (**) will make your life a living **** trying to sell you something you don't want or need.Review fromBranik B

1 starI ordered a set of appliances (4) from Home Depot and scheduled a delivery time of one month from my purchase date. (So they were there when I closed on my house with no appliances) Fast forward to the day before delivery an email was sent to me letting me know that the order was re-scheduled to be delivered in another month. I contacted their customer support and was told that the items were back ordered. (There was no mention of this when I bought the appliances.) The only options I was given were to 1. Cancel the order, or 2. Wait for it to come in. The customer support was awful. I have a house with no appliances. The only logical explanation is that they didnt set aside my items at the time of purchase and filled other orders with my appliances. I used to love Home Depot but I wont be going to or recommending them for anything.The Home Depot

1 starTerrible customer **********************. Sold an incomplete item and was told that Home Depot will not send the item needed for the item to work. But on the bill of lading, it clearly states all of the items needed for the item was delivered.The Home Depot

1 starI had an online return. It consists of 6 4x4. I had them delivered as I do not have a truck. The delivery guy put the bundle of wood where it could get rained on so I moved it under my carport meaning I had to unbundle it. I called for a return on Thursday (6/27) and they said a guy would be out here today (Friday) to re-bundle it for pick up Saturday. So I stayed home from work today and nobody showed. I called the store and after being on hold for 10 minutes I was hung up on. I called back and the guy I spoke with said that the bundle guy was not scheduled today. I told him that I was told hed show up. Then he said he could come out Saturday and schedule the pick up for another day. I asked him if there was a timeframe as I need to stay home from work. He said he doesnt know and he doesnt do the scheduling. I asked to be transferred to someone who can help me further and I was put on hold again. Another person picked up and after a long hold told me that they could come out Monday to bundle it and pick it up Tuesday so now I have to miss TWO days of work to meet these people for a pick up as I still did not get a clear answer for a pick up time. I was told 3 different days and 3 different stories by 3 different people.The Home Depot

1 starThe credit department are frauds and steal from customers. $1.83 that was not paid by end of promotional balance, never notified and promotional balance that is no longer listed on app, turned into increasing interest charges that now stands at $484.16. I pay every month to eliminate each promotional balance on time and pay more than the minimum payments. Also have been a customer since 2017. Moral of my problem is the home depot company turned $1.83 into $484.16 on a customer who has been loyal.The Home Depot

1 starThey contracted practicing contractors that did bad craftsmanship and wont stand behind it Basically spent too much money on things needing repairs shortly after and they are still trying to figure out what they think they are doing ?And no connections to BBB? Why are they even in business ripping off others hard earned money?And why am I having to complain about it CLOSE THEM DOWNThe Home Depot

1 starI ordered 2 sheds from Home Depot and unfortunately they used a delivery service by the name of ********** ********* and Home Depot have stolen $500 from me! ********* only delivered one of the sheds and they are unable to find my other shed. Since my initial inquiry about my shed on 6/7/2024, they have not called me to update me on their "search of the warehouse". And when I try to call, I am unable to make it through a call without the agent disconnecting or putting me on forever hold. The 2 sheds were under one tracking number so as far as Home Depot is concerned, I got my full order. Home Depot said because the tracking says it was delivered, they can do nothing for me. I didn't say it was delivered!! I don't know what I could have done differently. I know that going forward, I will never purchase 2 big items together because now I am in a situation where I cannot prove to anyone that I did not receive the other shed. But I assure you I am out $500 and I have NO SHED!!!!!!!! Home **** told me to dispute the charge and then when they answered the dispute of course they told the credit card that the item was delivered. So no relief from the credit card. I feel as violated and powerless as when my car was robbed in *************. I am just in shock, this was a really big purchase for me. I agonized over it and finally pulled the trigger, I never thought this would be the outcome.The Home Depot

1 starI received a 10% coupon thru my email and when the cashier scanned the coupon, the system showed as invalid. This happened twice with me and also happened to my sister.They said I need to call the 800 number. What a service. :(Why sending an invalid coupon ??????? Bad serviceThe Home Depot

1 starI worked there for over a year. Worst customer ********************** ever and they do not treat their employees very well. They make promises and do not follow thru. They sell merchandise they do not have and then once paid for they send them to another store. They do not support there employees the way they should and they wont hire anyone. They never have enough employees working.The Home Depot
