1 starPurchased a brand new eletruclux washer drier for 3k from Home Depot... ************************* was my escalated rep. *** stopped replying after I asked if we can expedite my order after they brought me two separate bad units., I ordered this unit on JUNE 1ST its not JULY 10TH and I still dont have the 3000$ unit I paid for, heed these words DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT. USE LOWES. I lost 7 vacation days taking off work waiting for the delivery contractors, ive had water all over my laundry room because they can't install a washer. RIDICULOUS that she stopped replying given that I have paid money and been very cool so far, well not any more *** ORDER#WG63543642The Home Depot

1 starWeve been shopping at this Home Depot for over eight years. Eight years of Consistent horrible customer **********************. For years, you cant even get to the products you want to buy because the ladders and stock is in the middle of the aisle its always been a mess. The biggest mess has been in the lumber area in the back its not even safe. Forget about asking someone a cut lumber for you just forget about it. Its not gonna happen. Its never gonna happen. I never bothered making a complaint because I never thought its would matter and then one day I was able to walk down the aisle Its completely clean. The poor Lumber was taken out and put on the cart painted purple. I actually felt like I was in a real number yard. I said to myself, someone has respect for us as customers Well, that joy is over now every time I go to Home Depot is pure h*** Im back to h*** When the cashier doesnt know how to figure out what kind of plywood I have they asked me To get the sku and the price. Im the customer every time I put my hand in my pocket hand them money that money is going into their pocket, but they have no respect for the customer. I see six employees I have a question I walk up to them and they walk away from me so theres a woman at the pro counter and she points to a man. She said to him help her so he looked at me. I said ** looking for 2 x 4 x 10 please, he took his hand and pointed to the wall of 2x4. I had to say your idea of helping me as pointing to a wall of 2x4 he said I will help you. He took me to the 2 x 4 x 10 which was on the other side by the 2x6. He did not offer to help me.During the time of normal helpful customer ********************** I was happy to be there. I think I hate it more now than ever before. Its like a breading ground of ignorance, hatred, prejudice and laziness. We have an option of leaving a complaint with the district manager, but if its been like this for eight years, how much help is a district manager going to be?The Home Depot

1 starI placed a carpet order at the ******* location on 7/1 and fully paid for the order. Midtown canceled my order and transferred to the ******************* location without my knowledge or permission, the order was scheduled for 7/8 delivery, I get a call on Sunday 7/7 from the ******************* store saying they couldn't fill my order, I was completely confused and thought it was spam. I called Midtown and spoke with customer svc then a Mgr and nothing could be done. I called the corporate office and was told there was nothing they could do and I had to go back to the store and place the order again. Keep in mind I had carpet installers showing on today and there was no carpet! Is it fair that because of home depot they can't get paid? I have purchased over 10k with home depot over the last 30 days and still have more to order. I will not be using them for additional orders and will advise everyone I know not to use them.The Home Depot

1 starI purchased a fridge and a water line. I had massive problems with the delivery and damage to my house. They could not use the water line. I wanted to return the line and they wouldn't let me. I wanted cash back only in store as I paid off the Home Depot card and do not plan on using it again. They refused to refund me the ***** in cash. I just want cash for the return. They stole my money, took the water line and never gave me my cash back. This place is a sham and a joke. Do not do business there. I gave them 1 star because I cannot give fewer stars. I would do negative stars if I could. This is no way to run a business.The Home Depot

1 starI was not given enough room to type my issues, they are so detailed and complicated! May I just say Home Depot has the most incompetent sales and delivery staff. Three times my refrigerator delivery was canceled and changed with little or no communications to me. We went without a refrigerator for two weeks, lost a large amount of frozen foods and spent a lot of money maintaining ice in our ice chest, not to mention the anguish we went through. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR TREATMENT LIKE THIS! WE WILL NEVER MAKE A LARGE PURCHASE LIKE THIS AGAIN; PERIOD!!!!The Home Depot

1 starThis review is specifically for online purchases and distribution. Last year I bought birthday gifts for my sister, they arrived damaged with a weird goop covering the items and the clamshell packaging was cut in half and sharp. This year we purchased a new fridge because ours broke. They said it would arrive two weeks from then on a Monday and gave us a one hour time frame. We took the day off and bought groceries on that Monday in preparation. They called us and said we were the next stop. Then they said it was delivered when it wasn't. We called and they rescheduled it to two days from then. Half our groceries went bad and when it arrived there was a huge dent in the front. We chose to keep it because they paid for the groceries and gave us a discount and we were desperate for a fridge. This most recent time, we chose to replace our oven and microwave. Bought it two weeks ago and they said it would be delivered today July 6th 2024. We called them at 11 to make sure it was coming and they said we were the 10th stop and they were on 5. Our window was 11-3. At 2 they called to reschedule to the 16th when we already moved out our oven and microwave. We ended up going to several stores to find the oven for pickup. We came home early from celebrating the 4th to take care of it. Luckily we found one. We're never ordering from home depot again.The Home Depot

1 starWe bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from Home Depot. They rescheduled our delivery 5 times. We ordered the items a week ahead of time and in took over a week after the initial delivery date to get our items. We were told to reschedule delivery ourselves instead of just resetting the date themselves.The Home Depot

1 starOn May 26, 2024, we purchased a refrigerator in store at the *************, *********, MD store. We expected the delivery June 1, 2024. No one called the day before to let the customer know about the delivery and the customer waited for the delivery. When calling to find out why it did not show up, customer ********************** said that there was a "Clinch in the system and the order was canceled." Waisted time to wait for the delivery and again having to re-order the refrigerator. When finally the order was going to be delivered and still no previous phone call to let the customer know it was being delivered on June 15, 2024. When the delivery men came, they insisted that the space was too small and they were concerned about damaging the wall. The new refrigerator was placed outside and never brought in by the delivery men. The customer had to obtain a neighbor and himself to take out the old refrigerator and bring in the new refrigerator. There was no problem in getting the new refrigerator in the space that the delivery men said that there would be a problem. Delivery men should be well trained for such deliveries or they should not be working for such a large company!! Customers pay for this good ********************** and obviously Home Depot does not provide adequate customer **********************. From the very beginning, Home Depot has faulted on their customer ********************** and the customer should be reimbursed for all their anxiety and the customer should never have been subjected to such lack of professionalism by such a huge company as Home Depot. On top of all this, I have tried to reach a supervisor 3 times and have been disconnected all 3 times. I can understand 1 time, but 3 times! Obviously, Home Depot truly does not care or want to hear what a customer has to say about their products and customer **********************.The Home Depot

1 starOur experience with the customer ********************** has been awful. It first started with Home Depot telling us that our flooring had arrived to store number 0130. When we arrived to pick up our flooring, we were told it had not arrived. We went back and forth until we cancelled the order and reordered only to have part of our order missing once delivered. We tried reaching out to store only to have them hang up on us after being told they would place me on hold in order to speak to a manager. We called back and no one would answer the phone. We then called the ***** Home Depot number and the call continues to drop. I'm quite disappointed in this company as I've always loved shopping with Home Depot but after this I'll never shop with them again.
