      I had my kitchen renovated with new cabinets and appliances by Home Depot last year. I've had to call Home Depot's plumbing contractors multiple times to fix the piping work they did under the sink. Water was leaking into the cabinet. The sink has already overflowed in my new cabinet twice. The cabinet is now damaged. I've been calling Home Depot customer ********************** for over a month now. Each time I call I get a nice customer ********************** rep who types up my complaint and says they are elevating it and yet no one from Home Depot calls me with a remedy. I've been washing my dishes in a bathroom as I can no longer use the sink or the dishwasher. On my call today the customer ********************** rep said that my case is under review, however, they don't understand why I haven't gotten a call back. He recommended I go back to the store I originally ordered my kitchen from to see if I can get a remedy there. This is a nightmare and it continues

      Home Depot in ******* is managed by an egregious individual whom refuses to accept and legally comply with the federal and state disability act and regulation. Employee provided 2 requisite doctor's notes advocating for considerations for the employee based on physical limitations and was ridiculed, denied and discriminated.

      Purchased a bathroom vanity at Home Depot and asked to be delivery. First, it was promised on Friday, July 12, then Saturday, July 13th, between 9 and 12:30, then, 4:30-5:30 pm.Received an email saying it was delivered, but NOT TO THE MY HOUSE. Stayed over 1 hour on the phone with home depot customer ********************** and they wanted me to call personally, yes, personally the delivery company to find out where they delivered my bathroom vanity. I declined, since I'm the Customer, not home **********************. On my own, I investigated for hours, spending my time and my gas looking gor the house that was delivered since i received a phyo of the delivered house. The vanity was delivered at *************************************** arriving at this rude old man's house, I told him he had my package. He closed the door on my face and told me to get off his property. I called the police, and a neighbor across street came and retrieved my $800. bathroom vanity. Stressed, I have health issues, finally retrieved my package. Home Depot sent me an email to track my package and probably 2-3 days to have an answer. That is ridiculous. Refund or discount should be given for my problems and health issues and police involved in this matter. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

      I bought a wallpapere to install after two weeks they give me my money back and without explanation they don't give me answers of anything,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my client got angry I had to buy the paper in another store and I don't pay for the lack of preference of HOME DEPOT STORE .......... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I LOST A DAY AND A CLIENT ..........................!!!!!!!!!

      Less than 1 star honestly Dont purchase ******** windows through Home Depot. DONT DO IT!!!! Almost $19K and 2 years and the job isnt finished One window had to be made 4 times before it fit!!BEWARE. BEWARE

      Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Home Depot Order Return Im deeply disappointed with the recent experience I had with returning an order from Home Depot.On July 4, 2024, I placed an order for 50 boxes of vinyl flooring at the *****************, ** store (*****). The order, delivered on July 9, 2024, had a completely different color than the sample shown in the store.As there was no return option in my Home Depot account for in-store orders, I called Customer Support at *******-****. They directed me to contact the store directly. Heres where the ordeal began:Long ********** and Misrouting:I called the stores customer support and was put on hold for 20 minutes before being told to contact the ******************** My call was misrouted to the ********************* and, after another 15 minutes on hold, went to voicemail. My message was never returned.In-Store Visit and Rude Service:On July 12, 2024, I visited the store. The Customer Help Desk directed me to the ******************** where an associate named ***** rudely told me, "Go talk to the Customer Help Desk, don't talk to me about any returns."When I asked for the store manager, ***** again directed me back to the Help Desk.Unhelpful Store Manager:The Customer Help Desk told me there was no job-site pickup option and I needed to bring the items back to the store.The store manager, ***, was shockingly unprofessional and said, "It is not our problem. You have to figure out how to bring the product back to the store."This level of customer ********************** is unacceptable. The runaround, combined with the rude and dismissive attitudes, has left me extremely dissatisfied. My order number is H6917-255574. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve service quality at your ***************** store.

      We bought a refrigerator and a washer from Home Depot. It was the wrong refrigerator and we told the guys who delivered it that it was not correct and to take it back. They said they couldnt we would have to call first. And they left with the refrigerator unset up in the middle of our small kitchen. The store manager said they would pick it up in four days. We have no refrigerator for four days so that means the food out of our old refrigerator will go bad. When we bought this refrigerator no one said that the return would be like this.Also they only price match with *****. Sounds to me like they have a con going on.

      Went to the Home Depot in ******** NC looking for a rechargeable screwdriver ( 7/7/24) in am for a gift when I ask TWO different employees were they were I was told by both somewhere over there and they walked away. The first girl I ask I saw her a few minutes later she didnt even acknowledge me because she was on her phone. Wont go back there. NOT helpful!!!!!!!

      Ordered a Ryobi 80V Electric riding lawn mower with 3 80 v batteries on August 20,2023 after being assured there were local repair shops which could repair it if any problems. We received it during the end of September. it mowed fine during October 2023 and during the spring mowing in May and June, but the mower deck stopped working on July 1st during a mowing. This means it worked for only 2 1/2 months. The tractor kept running fine. Home Depot refused to assist me with this problem and told me to work Directly with **************, which has been one nightmare after another. Never answering the phone after 1 1/2 hr on hold. THE CLOSEST REPAIR PLACE IS 130 MILES ONE WAY IN ********. I do not consider that local. I am a disabled senior citizen with no way of getting or feeling it is my responsibility to get it to ************, **. Between Home Depot and Ryobi they need to transport their lawn mower to get it repaired or reimburse me for the $5000 spent on a lawn ornament. Home Depot should never sell anything that they won't support.

      On 6/21/2024 my PNC debit card was declined. After making THREE attempts with my PNC card, knowing I had sufficiant funds to cover the purchase.So I paid with my credit card from my Credit Union.After seeing the transaction posted on my PNC account, I confronted Home Depot in person. Home depot would NOT issue me credit on my PNC card because thay said there was no such transaction on their end. I showed the manager PROOF of me paying TWICE, PNC debit card and Credit Union credit card.I had to dispute my debit card charge, which Home Depot said didn't exist, and PNC credited my account.HOME ********************** HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD AND THEY OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THEIR ACTIONS, OR SHOULD I SAY THEIR INACTION.
