      Faulty products and no accountability. I requested and received replacement products for BEHR DECKOVER Summer 2023 after noting that many other people I know had used the product and had the same results e.g. peeling, cracking deck coverage after a year of installation. When I originally discussed this at my local Home Depot many years prior & was told I must have installed it wrong. I also contacted BEHR to receive the same "blame the customer" attitude. Summer 2023 I finally said something again to Home Depot/BEHR but didn't receive any assistance until they contacted me due to an online review I left. Hence, they did send me new product and they asked if they could take my unsatisfactory review down. I allowed them to do so. Summer 2024 after having a bad deck for more than 5+ years and now having the appropriate weather, new product to reapply as I can't just cover this peeling product with a stain or paint. I'm spending my summer again peeling/scraping my entire deck and having pressure washed it to have no success either. The product is very labor intensive to remove before I can reapply,I now find online that there was a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT about this product when I was originally questioning Home Depot/BEHR only to have them continue to blame me, not disclose the Class Action or that there had been any concerns with the product. Hence the replaced bad product does nothing for me but cause me more work for nothing. The Class Action has closed and was successful. It's one thing to be told as a single women it was my fault but to continue to NEVER admit there had been an issue with the product is ridiculous. I've now lost all confidence in both Home Depot and BEHR. BEWARE.

      ****** and I had an emergency because our Freezer stop working and we had many perishable items in the freezer so we decided to run to Home Depot to purchase a new freezer. ************** was the representative who assisted us with this purchase. He helped us with by answering all questions we had about the new freezer that we purchased. ************* was very respectful, courteous and he gave us all the info that we needed to buy the freezer. We are expecting our freezer to be delivered on 7/19/2024.

      Personally accosted and verbally attacked by self proclaimed manager ********************. Discriminatory remarks from an ****** aggressive individual with zero customer ********************** skills and a poor representation of himself and Home Depot. Even though I believe most of the souless can be redeemed, this individual is too far gone, having zero respect for boundaries or use of self observed authority.

      I Love the Home Depot in Holiday *******. I just had Zebra Blinds installed by ****** and it is absolutely a perfect fit! ***** in the blinds **** was extremely knowledgeable in his product and very nice to work with in selecting my blinds.We are very, very satisfied over all about the project. We love it!! Thank you Home Depot!!!**************

      0 stars to The Home Depot installers did a terrible job refacing our kitchen cabinets and Quatz countertops. Subsequently the Home Depot fired these installers they sent. We now have damaged kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. The Home Depot said they would do the entire job over however they missed appointments. They dont communicate properly and we are so frustrated with Home Depot not only that they are still forcing us to pay in full for damaged cabinets and a terrible installation job. We are so frustrated and we feel Home Depot should cancel this refacing job, take their damaged materials back and refund us in full. Please help , we are seniors. *************

      How hard can it be to actually deliver the order?Stop advertising next day deli when you dont have the capability.My order was next day delivery on 7/8/2024. It didnt arrive 7/9, picked up and not delivered 7/13, picked up and not delivered 7/15, picked up and not delivered 7/16. Nobody at Home Depot can help with multiple calls and one store visit. Why would anyone order a delivery from Home Depot? Will I ever get my item? Who knows.

      Ill leave 2 reviews. This one not great. I ordered play sand through the Home Depot app for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the ************ store I found it VERY confusing where I should park. Really no signs unless you are lucky enough to drive down the aisle with the curbside pickup. Took me awhile. Then I signed in and waited and waited and waited. Tried to call customer ********************** but it said an order wasnt made with my phone number even though I received a text message regarding my order stating it was ready. I finally had to go in- there sat my order at customer **********************. While she was nice at customer **********************- I wont be using your curbside pickup in ********* again,

      Equipment rental customer beware!!!! Home ********************** holds ******* as pending on your bank account for at least 72 hours for a small skid machine which cost ****** for 3 hours and we returned it washed and full of fuel. The employee is mistaken and will tell you that your personal bank holds the money, very untrue. My bank says that it is the company that is affiliated with Home Depot and home depot will say they have released your money, also not true. I am not waiting for my ******* which caused my account to bounce. NO ONE informed us at the time of rental that it was a ******* hold. Very unprofessional and they should inform their employees that they should NOT give out the wrong information to the customer. I can honestly say we would never have rented the machine from them and I DO NOT recommend anyone else does unless they can cover hidden costs.

      When went to the store there was no associate at the appliance section, waited over an hour then I basically needed to place my order by my self, Before delivering I was supposed to be called a half hour before but was never called, I got a call while they were on my property and was told they will be waiting for 15 min after 5 min they called me that they will be at my house in 15 min(they called me by mistake they thought of calling the next person) and they left my property

      I'd like to compliment one of your employees, ***********************************, he exceed my expecation as an emplyoee of Store 1218 *************** ********** 26. He was a true asset to me and my 90-year-old mom when we visited your store. He provided me with the professional information I needed to resolve my dilemma, which eased my anxiety. I felt grateful, supported, and honored to have met him that day. He was so happy to know that he was assisting a 72-year-old and a 90-year-old female with the problem they had in their home. Home Depot needs more employees like *******. As a small business owner, my #1 motto is customer **********************, and ******* got it right for me. I know he went home happy that day. Shurie
