      California Air Tools 15 Gal 2.0 HP Ultra Quiet Air compressor. 7/13/24 I ordered the above listed air compressor from Home Depot on line for $432.04 +***** tax for a total of $462.28. 7/16/24 I was provided a shipping from Home Depot saying order was shipped with Est Del 7/23/24. 7/22/24 Called Home Depot questioning the delivery date since the tracking # *** doesnt have possession of the package yet. The lady I spoke to opened a case # ******** and said check back in ***** hours. 7/24/24 Called Home Depot and was told no change and should wait another 24 hours. 7/25/24 Called Home Depot and the representative suggest that the order be canceled and an immediate refund. I advise him to do that since I could no longer wait for the compressor since I needed it for my business. 7/26/24 I bought another compressor since I could no longer wait. 7/26/24 just after 6 PM *** showed up and my residence with a compressor from Home Depot. I explained to the *** of the situation and he advise that I just refuse the delivery, which I did. Later that evening I called Home Depot and after much hassle I was transferred to ****** at Resolution Center. He informed me that *** should scan the return and he would then send an immediate refund. At 9 PM ****** emailed that *** still had not showed that the item had been scanned. 7/27/24 contacted the Resolution Center since the tracking number still showed *** doesnt have possession of the package yet. The Rep stated he would put me on hold as he called ***. He returned to the call and said he was on hold and would advise me within 24 hours on what he found out from ***. He then advise me then that it would take 3 days before any refund could be sent. As of today Home Depot has had my $462.28 for 2 weeks and am told that it is held up for at least 3 more days. No one has offered a resolve except to say they were sorry but I would just have to wait. NEVER AGAIN!!

      Bought extended warranty on appliances and they never sent me the documents so I emailed the company and ******************* the president. Completely ignored us. Shows how much they care about customers.

      For the 4th time Meka, (****************************************************************************) in lawn and garden has refused to ring me up because my company earned gift card does not have a barcode. I have been inconvenienced and made to go the front of the store. She has been advised and instructed my multiple managers to honor my gift cards yet has psychologically harassed by not ringing me up and having me wait for managers. Meka, behaved in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Also, she was training Ms ****** and refused to show her how to manually ring up my gift card. She closed the lawn and garden before 8pm and refused to get someone to assist me. Considering that Ms ****** is a new employee under her training, it not only signals to the new employee that this is acceptable behavior, it also shows Ms ****** that you can mistreat and harass your customers at ones leisure. Tonight, I experienced intensified anxiety and this is unacceptable. I do not have another location to visit. I spoke to the manager ******* and I let him know that if this happens again I will be contacting the local news stations along with the independent news reporter ********************* Live. Please work to assure that I will be respected and served as I will continue to make purchases at this store.

      I bought armchairs from Home Depot . They took money immediately because they promised to deliver it next day.Turned out they don't even have these chairs. They went shopping to some ************* and turned out that they just borrowed this money from me. Because they don't have these chairs.I called and asked for refund but they are telling me that they can't return my money until i return these chairs. The chairs that they don't have,So be aware, Home Depot use to be home improvement store but now it's just a plain thief Bed thing that I didn't check the reviews before There are NO good reviews.

      Went to Home Depot in Paramus Friday July 26. Got a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood and needed it cut lengthwise. After looking for help for 10 minutes I found a guy in a Home Depot shirt. I asked him if he worked in this department and could help me getting my plywood cut. He gave me a dirty look and went back to fiddling with something. I stood waiting ti see if he would help. He turned and walked off and disappeared. I found another rude worker but at least he found someone to help.This just helped prove to me what I and all my friends know. You don't go to Home Depot if you need help. I couldn't get over the rude, nasty people that I meet working at Home Depot. By the way I was forced to give one star on my review, don't get a big head, you didn't deserve it.

      I ordered cabinets online. These require assembly and are packed flat. I chose home delivery because of the anticipated size of the packages- I had ordered several others ( 8 ) previously also from Home Depot. I note that all other cabinets were delivered to my driveway and stacked in front of my garage door- without my having to give specific instructions or pay additional charge ( during COVID too!). The last 3 cabinets that I ordered were delivered to the bottom of my ************************************************************************************************ order to pull into the drive. Understand that I am over 65 years old and I am 53 tall . My arm span is barely long enough for me to grasp the edges of one of these boxes. Each box weighs 75#. I had to wrestle each box into the back of my car and drive them to the top of the driveway one at a time-only 1 would fit into the back of my RAV 4. When I ordered there was nothing on the website stating that delivery was curbside only and even so, curbside is still generally accepted as being to the door but not inside the door. When I complained to customer ********************** I was told that the delivery was curbside only and if I didnt want the items, they would come and pick them up. FAT CHANCE ! I had already paid and would probably never see the refund and not have my merchandise either! No more Home Depot for me. Lowes it is.

      On 7/22/24, we purchased a riding lawnmower. The mower was scheduled to be delivered on 7/24. We received a text that AM stating it would not be delivered that day. No explanation. At 9PM that night, we received a call from the manager stating we were sold the wrong lawnmower. The one that was sold to us "doesn't exist". We were told it was labeled incorrectly. To fix the issue, we would have to go to the store, "return" the lawnmower and repurchase the correct one. Until the refund went through, which could have be several days, we would be short four grand. Or we could wait until it cleared, then repurchase and then they would deliver it. Our grass is getting out of control and we don't want to wait any longer than necessary. I went to the store the following day, 7/25 to take care of the mess they created. The manager was helpful and we got everything straitened out. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, 7/26. It was made clear no one would be home and I was assured we would be made aware of what time they would be there so someone could go to the house to sign for the mower. We receive a call at 8:30 stating no one was at the home and it was being returned to the store. We were never given a heads up! I called the store to get this straightened out, yet again. When "customer **********************" answered, I asked to speak to a manager. I was repeatedly transferred to the wrong ***** and then disconnected. I would call back, ask for a manager, be put on hold, nothing. They then proceeded to simply hang up on me when I called back. They purposely hung up on me FOUR TIMES!! It was the same two employees, they wouldn't give me their names. They would giggle and hang up. And we have still not received any help. What is wrong with this company? We drop thousands of dollars, have to deal with their mess up, then be treated this way by the people they employ. Once this is over, we will NEVER purchase from them again. And I caution others from patronizing this store.

      Home Depot has owed my money like $650 since march. My son and I brought a fir pit and some chairs cushion. They have not given me my money back. They have stolen from me I am a disabled widower and demand my money back.

      The only reason that I'm giving two stars is that SOMETIMES I get a call back. This company's customer ********************** is atrocious and the quality of Installers is comical. The door arrived damaged in several areas. The manufacturer decided that it didn't quality for warranty. The installer left gaps between the new inside trim and didn't even secure the left side. He also BROKE my outside thick trim and glued it back on UNEVEN. I posted my concerns on ******** to find out that MANY folks have had major quality issues from multiple Home Depot locations that have not been resolved. This company obviously does not care about their customers spending hard earned money just to be left with damaged products and bottle of the barrel quality workmanship. Make this right Home Depot CEO!

      I was doing the first level floors. I went into the store to order the floors I needed in person to make sure I will get an exact delivery date. The order was around $3000. I got a delivery date of Monday July 15 Monday came and no floors. I called on Tuesday. They told me they were coming from the ********* store and they transfer me to *********. ********* told me they were coming from ************, ** and that they couldnt transfer me because it was out of state so they gave me the number to call. I called West Milford, and they told me that I had to call the store where I placed the order meaning Watchung again. I decided to call the 800 number and spoke to a lady who supposedly tracked the delivery and told me that they will be delivered Wednesday for sure. I call back Wednesday morning and they told me I was the fifth stop that it will be deliver sometime in the afternoon. I called back at 5 oclock and they told me I was the next stop. It was 9 oclock and still no floors. Thursday morning and they told me again that they were out for delivery again.I took it upon myself to start calling the stores in the area to find out where they had the floor in stock. I called the South Plainfield store and spoke to a very nice young lady who put me on hold for a brief moment and sent somebody to the back to make sure that they had it in stock. She changed the fulfillment location on the order and had the floors pulled right away I had to hire somebody to go pick up the floors and bring them. I literally had a crew sitting here since Monday getting paid to install floors with no floors. I had to solve the issue myself find where they had the inventory And requested they change the fulfillment location so I can figure out how to go pick them up. Needless to say, I lost all that money I had to pay the crew to sit around and wait for the floors. And Im still getting messages that my floors are out for delivery today.
