      Customer ********************** disaster!I ordered the right gate and paid for it. They delivered the wrong gate. They will not refund my money until they schedule someone to come and pick up the wrong gate. So meanwhile I have this 16 foot 400 pound box blocking my drive while I try to get them to schedule to pick it up. I cannot buy another gate until they refund my money. This should have been taken care of by customer ********************** sending out a new gate and somebody to pick up the wrong delivery at the same time. Theyre telling me itll be a month or more before they could pick up the gate they delivered in error and then start my refund! Meanwhile they triggered fraud alert on my debit card by trying to process a second purchase of the right gate. So the reality is that they are holding my $2039.59 to secure their s**** up while Home Depot ***** in record profits and I cant afford to buy a new security gate until they refund my money or I take action against them.

      VETERANS BEWARE***** Home Depot does not recognize a Military ID as a valid form of ID, Go to Lowes or Menards, but all veterans should vote with their wallets, and shop at a store that values us veterans because Home Depot Does not values Veterans at all!!

      I ordered a shed June 28th for $1439.39 The shed was supposed to be delivered july 17. It is now August 16th.Homedepot cannot tell me where my shed is they refuse to refund me.I've tried to order another shed. Because I desperately need it.And they are telling me I will not receive it until september thirteenth. Which at this point I highly doubt I will receive. I've called customer ********************** several times and have been hung up on multiple occasions.They have lost my product stole. My money and refuse to refund what they lost. do not trust his company.

      I paid off my account and they keep billing me for the last five months. I called a supervisor and he was very rude. I did not get his name but I did let someone know at the corporate office. They said that my payment was late I said it was not late because I mailed the last payment on time now whether the mail people got it Lost on the road that is not my problem. I will not pay them an extra ***** every month I was on time I have a very good record, so why should I mess up on a payment that you did not yet you say you didnt get it or you say it was late I said it was not so these people need to get their c*** together or I will take him to court because I had a heart attack from so much pressure. I am a senior citizen, and I will not be taken advantage of stop senior citizen abuse who do I talk to about stopping these mailing payments and I did not owe.

      Home Depot is the worst. Ordered a beverage cooler. Never delivered. We asked for a refund. They said it was ***s fault. *** never picked it up. They then told us no refund because we returned 16 of 20 items in the last 4 years. Just horrible.

      The supervisor ********************* was extremely rude when I was speaking with an associate. I was purchasing things for my house and having a conversation with a different associate when she rudely interrupted and she was badgering me to buy more and If I needed help filling up my cart in an extremely condescending and rude attitude towards me. When I was nothing but friendly not what the company should have as a manager. Definitely need an apology

      Oct. 24 2023 I made a large purchase using a promo code for deferred interest under 24 months code. I normally went to the store to make payments but in June i called a payment in and found out my balance. I thought it was too much so i called and requested paper copies. My first copy was recieved 8/12/24 and found out they were billing me interest. I called customer care and ****** showed interest charged from may 2024. I told her about deferred 24 months. She put me on hold and then the call ended. I called back and spoke to ******* and was told i wouldn't receive any credit because it was over 3 months. I then went to the store and associate behind the customer ********************** desk called ********* and was told by ********* that no credit would be given. I went back to the store on 8/14/24 and spoke to the store manager, *************************, she called ********* and was refused credit. I believe home depot should honor the 24 months and be given credit for all interest charges which to this date is a total of: $1,283.98 and I'm still being billed interest which they should be paying.

      We have had an absolutely terrible experience with our Home Depot Window installation. Two of our windows were incorrect, but they installed them anyways! After 4 months they were finally installed them, and very poorly! Over 20 emails, that went without replies, we are still waiting on a customer ********************** rep to contact us! The team they sent literally showed up in an unmarked pick up, wearing Euro Soccer shirts, and still have no idea what company they were with! Not the HOME DEPOT services I paid in FULL for! The biggest issue is that the payment is required upfront, so please don't make the same mistake I did! Avoid the Home Depot for doing any work on your home!

      There was a voice mail left by a person named Lorena, no number or extension left in a voicemail and a mention of a follow up email and call which neither of these have occurred. I have lost all faith in Hone Depot as a company and I’ve never experienced such a poor level of customer service!

      I purchased a washer from the (order # 0 6 1 1 2 6 4 9 5 8) *********. At the store, he was told that the washer would be delivered on the 25th. I received a timeframe which was between 1230 and 1630 no one showed up when I called Home Depot they said that they were told that delivery company did not receive the washer. And then the office called me, they rescheduled the delivery on Aug 6th. However, no one showed up again. I called *****on the 2nd telling them that I have not received my washer so they rescheduled again. She said to me that the delivery on Aug 10th. However, I got the timeframe for the delivery on Aug 9th. So I wait for delivery but no one showed up again and also next day also no one showed up.I called again. They said again to me that they rescheduled on Aug 15th. And now the home depot call me again that they can delivery on Aug 16th instead on Aug 15th. Now I don't know should I wait for washer or just cancel it. I had waste my time and so stressful a lot. I never buy from *************

      Home Depot does not honor their work that they do. I payed for a dishwasher to be installed and it was done incorrectly. had to pay 300 for it to be installed correctly and Home Depot refused to reimburse the money spent
