      The staff at the *********** Depot were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I needed, helped me get it to the register and then into the car. They were knowledgeable about the products and patient with my questions.

      I bought a washer and dryer. The dry is a Maytag, and dumps lint down the back of the dryer each time I try to pull out the trap to clean it. Even if I do it every load and it's a small amount. The store manager said they CANNOT tak it back because it outside the 48 hour return window. There is no way I could have known this would be a problem with in 48 hours. I ask him to make an exception and he told me he COULD NOT. I told him he would not, not could not! Purchased at ********************* in **************** DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES AT HOMEDEPOT!

      I have had two major projects with home depo for my home, each one paid off on time and have great credit. I received an email that my credit score dropped 14 point due to home depo decreasing my credit line by ******. When I called I was advised that it was because I was not using my card ( WE ARE IN A RECESSION) I had a credit score of 792 prior to this. I have been using cash not cards during this recession . I can promise I will not do any more big projects with them and will not longer shop with them. This type of business practice is shameful and extortion - if you do not use your card, be in debt with us we will change your credit line--not because you pay your bills on time and have great credit with us---but because we want more debt from you--

      I had a major problem with the military discount program. After many weeks of intermittent contact with HD my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I'm grateful to HD for the assistance. For a major retailer to deal with an individual that needed assistance speaks well of that company. Thank you Home Depot.

      I was asked twice in my first few minutes if I needed help. The second ******* ****, I told "yes." He helped load some 2 x 4's, selecting good ones. I had picked up some discounted lumber, which the cashier rang up wrong. **** happened by and said, "Don't worry about it. Go load your stuff and I'll take care of it." Are you kidding me? He took my receipt to customer **********************, got my refund and brought my receipt to my car. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, ****!

      I purchased a Home Depot for father for Fathers Day . Attaching to the gift card was activation receipt as I usually do in case there was any issues him using the gift card. Low in behold , there was! And too boot , Home Depot would not accept the activation receipt , what the they requested the actual receipt on a gift card . A gift I purchased for my father! ????????? anyway screen shoot the receipt and sent it to him because my father lives 3 1/2 hours away . Now , Home Depot is still giving my father the running even after I sent the ORIGINAL receipt to him. Telling my father he needs to go place where he purchased the gift card . He lives 3 1/2 hours away and I purchased the gift card . It was activated as I have proof from the receipt and paid for!!! This not right and unfair . I would love explanation! Would like my bank statement also? Omg .. I cant wrap my head around saying this to a paying customer . As a billion dollar company you should be embarrassed. Thanks , *****

      *Terrible Experience with Home Depot Kitchen - Avoid!**We purchased a kitchen and installation from Home Depot, and its been nothing short of a nightmare. The cabinets and doors arrived in terrible conditionscratches, dents, and missing paint. For 11 months, we tried to get our money back, but Home Depot kept sending replacement parts that were in even worse shape!The Home Depot project team clearly has no skills in managing projects. We escalated the issue to corporate, but they were no help either. After nearly a year of chasing them, we finally received some compensation, but it didnt cover the full cost. Eventually, we gave upit was impossible to deal with them. Now, were stuck with this kitchen, and its been an incredibly frustrating experience.If youre thinking about buying a kitchen from Home Depot, think twice. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

      manager ************ to Us he ask for receipts and photos of a compress wood we purchase and turn horrible we want it four our backyard fences and all the wood turn crooked we are unhappy we also bought screws, concrete all to have it installed and paid for installation now is the time we haven't heard from this manager to resolve.
