      For years I've had a commercial account and for years I haven't gotten any points or rewards and for years i've been calling up and trying to straighten it out and for years they keep telling me we opened up a ticket and then nobody ever calls me.

      Wish I could give less than 1 star.As a longtime business customer who's spent tens of thousands at Home Depot, I'm appalled by their recent treatment. I placed a large order, only to have packages inexplicably returned to the sender. What followed was infuriating.For over a week, I was given the runaround by customer **********************. Despite clear evidence of their error, they refused to refund me. Each call resulted in empty promises and blatant stalling tactics. They were obviously trying to exceed their return policy window to keep my money.Their deceitful practices forced me to initiate chargebacks on my credit cards. The fact that a "reputable" company would push a loyal customer to such measures is disgusting.This experience has exposed Home Depot's true colors. They value short-term profits over customer relationships and ethics. Their willingness to burn bridges with a high-value client over one transaction is telling.I warn all business owners to avoid Home Depot. Their predatory practices will impact your bottom line. There are far more reliable suppliers who won't treat you like a walking wallet.Home Depot has lost my business and that of my industry network. I'll spread the word about their duplicitous behavior. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss take your money elsewhere.

      I purchased a bunk bed from Home Depot and the send the delivery through *****. Package was shipped in two boxes. ***** delivered the 1st box but delivered the 2nd box to a different city. I contacted Home Depot several times with no resolution but wait for *****. When ***** stayed at theres nothing I could do. Home Depots only option was for me to leave the 7 foot box on my porch for ******************************************************************* 14 days or I had to rent a truck to return the item to the store so now I am out a month of time and now I have to spend more money to return an item that was their fault and their shippers fault

      We ordered a refrigerator from the **************** Home Depot on Friday, August 30, 2024 and were given a delivery date of Saturday, September 7. They told us the delivery company would contact us the day before to set a time for delivery however that did not happen. We were not contacted until the day of at 1 PM and told our fridge would be delivered between 3 and 7 PM. Around 6 pm we were still 8 stops away so we contacted Home Depot Appliance Delivery Hotline and were told that they were running late but would be coming between 9:42 and 10:42 pm. Then we received a message that theyd be there an hour later than that. And it never came. Sunday we contacted the ****** Home Depot store manager and we were told there was nothing they could do until Monday. Its now Monday afternoon and Ive called twice today so far and are still waiting for an answer as to when our refrigerator will be delivered. We have zero faith that we will ever get this refrigerator and we have a 2 year old at home. We both work and this is very inconvenient as we will now have to make arrangements a second time to have someone there to receive this delivery, should it ever come. I would highly recommend you purchase your appliances anywhere but the Home Depot. And I would highly recommend that Home Depot use a different delivery company, as this delivery company clearly has zero consideration for the people they serve.

      I recently bought a washer and dryer from this store. I was told that the unit price for each was $648, with a $100 discount. However, when I looked at the receipt, I was charged around $1,531.38. They added extra charges for things like a power cord. Is the power cord not part of the device? There was no actual discount when I added everything up. It feels like this store is scamming me. I checked a similar unit at ******, and the total was about $300 less, including everything. I wont be buying from this place again

      I have never written a negative review about any company but this time is very different. I've been flipping homes for over a decade and have NEVER been treated with such incompetence like this before.Tried to order flooring, delivery was a completely different brand and product. Returned it.The flooring got picked up days later and they had to charge my card another $3,000 dollars before being able to place another order for the flooring. The second delivery was again wrong.3 weeks in, I had to start all over again. Charged my card another $2000 to $3000 and THE 3RD ATTEMPT WAS WRONG AGAIN. So at this point, 3 weeks after I was supposed to get my flooring I have 3 orders totaling $9,000.00 on my credit card. I told them I would just grab something in stock at the store for the same price. I tried to pay over the phone but the card system was supposedly down.Had my runner go to the store to pick it up and the store manager refused to honor the discount. My runner was waiting around for over 2 hours just for them to tell me to **** off.I had to call customer ********************** again. At this point I've spent close to 6 hours on the phone total over the course of a couple weeks, and another 2 hours for my runner totaling 8 man hours on my end just to rectify their 3 failed deliveries. When I finally got a hold of the store manager to try and get the flooring in store, I was told they would not honor the discount they previously told me they would do of 50%. Again it's been 3 weeks late and I had to charge my card $9,000 for something that costs *****'s literally cost me thousands of dollars waiting on the flooring. Of which only a discount of 1300 was given, after a promise of $2,000. After all this, they still had the audacity to charge me for delivery and now my credit card has a total of $11,000 charged for their mistakes.3 failed deliveries. I'm on my 4th now hopefully they get it right. I will post an update if I need to.

      I purchased a refrigerator and scheduled a delivery for of 9/6/2024. They were going to install and remove the old refrigerator and attach the water line. When the delivery crew showed up the guy pulls out the refrigerator and saw I had a copper water line and said he couldn't attach the water so they wouldn't deliver the refrigerator. My current refrigerator isn't cooling properly so now I food that is spoiling and I spent time removing all of the contents inside my refrigerator only to be told I would have to replumb my house in order to for them install the new refrigerator. Really? You would think that I would have been told that I would need to call a plumber in order to install their refrigerator at the time of purchase at which time I could have gone to Lowes who installed my current refrigerator with no problems. I haven't received a refund yet so I will probably go dispute the charge on my credit card. They are a real nightmare. Stay away.

      We paid almost $3000 for an ** refridgerator. The delivery person pushed it through the door instead of taking doors off which resulted in scratches. Home depot told us they could send us a new one or give us $150 off. We said we will take a new fridge. They said sorry we don't have anymore of these. So we ended up keeping the scratched refridgerator. They gave us $200 which was ok but for $3000 we would have rather had the new unscratched fridge. 2 days go by and the fridge becomes very loud. Always has a loud hum. I tried to level the fridge. Come to find out the top is extremely bowed. So the level will not work. I talked to a lady at the store. She said to call a number. We called the number and couldn't understand what she was saying. I went through customer ********************** messaging on their website. They made me wait 4 days to tell me to call ** to get a contractor to take a look at it. All I want is this refridgerator returned. Take your $200 gift card back and the refridgerator also.I shop here in ******* all the time and the employees are always great. It's too bad their head office customer ********************** is terrible.

      I could not communicate with the delivery guys. - Neither spoke English - I wanted to raise (on casters) my new conviction stove when it was installed in my kitchen. - According to the delivery guys, "I" have no voice in the setup, the Home Depot already decided for me. - Instead of lifting the stove to set on the rollers, they had to install an 'anti-tip'. - I was made to feel like someone else just paid $1,000 for that stove. - I can hardly wait to see what they pull when they install my new dishwasher. -

      Unacceptable Delay and Poor Service Regarding Refrigerator Delivery Dear Home Depot Customer ************************ am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my refrigerator purchase from Home Depot.On August 20th, I selected a refrigerator with the assurance of the quickest delivery option, which was scheduled for August 24th. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not arrive as promised. When I contacted Home Depot, I was informed of a delay and assured that I would receive a call back with further details. Regrettably, I never received this follow-up call.Since then, I have spent numerous hours on the phone with your customer ********************** team, each time receiving a new delivery date, only to have it rescheduled the day before. The latest update has pushed the delivery date to September 11th.We have been without a refrigerator for weeks, and this prolonged delay is severely affecting our daily lives. We would have cancelled our order and selected a different appliance by now if we had known about the continued delays. It appears there is a significant disconnect between Home Depot, the delivery company, and possibly **********. This situation has been managed poorly, and the lack of clear communication and resolution from Home Depot is beyond frustrating.I request immediate action to expedite the delivery of our refrigerator or provide a satisfactory resolution, including potential compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious issue.
