      Unacceptable Delay and Poor Service Regarding Refrigerator Delivery Dear Home Depot Customer ************************ am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my refrigerator purchase from Home Depot.On August 20th, I selected a refrigerator with the assurance of the quickest delivery option, which was scheduled for August 24th. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not arrive as promised. When I contacted Home Depot, I was informed of a delay and assured that I would receive a call back with further details. Regrettably, I never received this follow-up call.Since then, I have spent numerous hours on the phone with your customer ********************** team, each time receiving a new delivery date, only to have it rescheduled the day before. The latest update has pushed the delivery date to September 11th.We have been without a refrigerator for weeks, and this prolonged delay is severely affecting our daily lives. We would have cancelled our order and selected a different appliance by now if we had known about the continued delays. It appears there is a significant disconnect between Home Depot, the delivery company, and possibly **********. This situation has been managed poorly, and the lack of clear communication and resolution from Home Depot is beyond frustrating.I request immediate action to expedite the delivery of our refrigerator or provide a satisfactory resolution, including potential compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious issue.

      An open letter to The Home Depot.Dear The Home Depot,You are not a bank, stop having your overworked and under-trained employees push your, "Home Depot Credit Card." Again, you are not a BANK, you are a HARDWEAR store, and 90% of your customer base are not interested in getting a Credit Card from you or any other giant retailer. If you are interested in having a Credit Card, you as a multi-million dollar company should open a bank department in all of your stores, with qualified bankers to run credit checks on those who are interested in your Credit Card. Instead of having under-trained employees sucker the elderly or financially illiterate into owing you thousands of dollars. If you, a multi-million dollar company are not able to pay your bills, perhaps it is time to reconsider what your upper management is doing.Again...YOU ARE NOT A BANK! YOU ARE A HARDWEAR STORE! STOP PUSHING YOUR STUPID CREDIT CARD ONTO YOUR CUSTOMERS! WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN A SUBSCRIPTION-BASED RETAILER!       I ordered a range top at 1pm on Kabour Day, I called the store at 8:30 the next day to cancel the order and they said they cant cancel. Too late they said even though its less than 24 hours

      Couldn't get any assistance in paint department, tried calling store for assistance and they would not answer. I layed on counter because I have back problems! Suddenly 4 or 5 employees appeared. I asked for assistance for a color I needed, they all said they couldn't help. They ALL just wanted to argue with me. Went to the front desk and they were not any help either! Requested a manager, he had the same bad attitude that every employee in the store had. I NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!

      Your customer ********************** is worthless. I placed an order with HD on 8/29/24for fencing material and put it on my HD credit card which has a limit of ******* and my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 8/30/24. At 10:00 pm the night of 8/29/24 I got an email where HD canceled my order. I called at 7:00 Friday morning and had the girl at home ************************** resend in my order and paid with my bank card. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. I called and spoke with ******* around 8:30 am at the store and she said it would be Monday before it could be delivered and I changed the order to pick up. They never sent an email or text or call to tell me that. I have used Home Depot for years and I have to say your customer ********************** this time was horrible. She said the puller said it would be ready by noon and they would text me. I called the store at noon and was put on hold for over 25 minutes and no one picked up. I used my husbands phone while I was on hold on my phone and called the 800 number and was speaking with the lady and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and finally got to speak with the store manager and he said to come to the store and they would have it ready for us. This order was over ******* and when we first tried to order over the phone on the 29th and the girl said HD cannot take a phone order that it had to be ordered online because I was not a business. This is ridiculous. I now know why everyone I have talked to about HD now uses Lowes. I am extremely disappointed. I should have ordered from Lowes. I only have 2 days to get my fence done which was the 31st and the 1st and because of HD bad service I have had to pay the guys for their time to sit here at my house waiting.

      On July 20 I ordered items from Home Depot online for delivery. My order #WJ60429991,had been hand delivered. However, was not completed, further more the delivery person male said that is all he was give? there were two items missing from the order.1.) Hot shot 20 oz ant spray& 2.) Tide 132 oz Original detergent Total amount $ ***** minus tax I have filed a dispute with my bank, and home. depots manager . I have not received an response to my claim ****** *******

      We ordered a lawnmower online and when it t was received, the oil that was shipped with it, in a ziplock bag, had leaked all over the box and mower.We have been trying for a week to have it picked up and are told we have to wait another week!! We had already been told it would be picked up Wednesday, then it was changed to today. Now it won't be til next Wednesday!! This is unacceptable as we want it removed immediately!!

      In July 2024 I have requested ****** ******** shades from Home Depot through their designer ******. Later, ****** sent their designer to meet me and decide on the products then after we made our pick. The installer "they call him Master Installer" came and "took measurements of the windows". After installing the "expensive" vertical blinds, they were taller than the window and Home Depot and ****** refused to fix them and told me to cut them or deal with the shades by myself (so much for hiring designer/installer/professionals) and buy famous products from "so called professional designers".Also the agreement was to have the headers to be flush with the wall but they installed them 1.5 inch outward.After complaining to Home Depot and ******, they said nothing we can do and there is no reimbursement to offer.Just wanted everyone to be aware of this and make sure to protect themselves and their money when going with these entities !!. **** K

      FRAUDULENT LIARS. BUYER BEWARE. If possible I would give 0 stars. Please read and be warned!!I bought sliders and an exterior door. Exterior door has scratched, rusting area; other scratches. Sliders wrong color (my errordidnt catch when order placed). The installation done looks like the person had never done it before, and it cost me $3,500.00. Im fairly certain the person who I was told was doing the install did not in fact do it. A barricade was put up to contain sawdust etc (which I wasnt told about) so that I couldnt see the areas they were working on, or who was doing it, until the job was finished. The man I spoke with at the end of the install was NOT who Id been told would be doing the work. Quarter round and trim cut too short. Big blob of white caulk in my oak flooring to cover gap, trim corners not mitered correctly. Trim damaged and cheap quality. Large amount of white caulking all around exterior door on my red brick. Left broken glass all over our alley, sawdust and screws, various extra parts left on the floor in my home and deck. As soon as I was allowed to see the sliders I said Oh nothese are wrong! I was told no problem, just call the store, theyll take care of it. The first of many lies.I spent a month dealing with the local ********, IL store, and corporate. I made multiple phone calls, talked with multiple people, sent multiple emails. The manager at the local store told me Id have to talk to their door expert. When I was finally able to talk with the expert he laughed and said he didnt really know anything about doorsId have to talk to the manager. And around and around it went. ****, lies, and more lies. I was told ** get a call from the installer to have the work redone. Never happened. Was told they would take care of replacing the sliders for me. In the end they were going to charge me more than I originally paid to replace and reinstall the sliders. Theres good reason they are so poorly reviewed.

      Worst customer **********************!Salisbury MD Purchased 2 door locks yesterday. Asked to have them re keyed to match. Showed the tech the receipt and was told it would be 45 minutes. Left my name and number to call when they were ready. 20 minutes later they call and leave a voicemail that it's done. Called me 2 hours later and when I answered I told them I'd be back for them. Went back today....Ande got pissy because I didnt come right back when he called so he reset the locks to factory and restocked MY locks that I'd paid for on the shelf. Manger says no one is available to rekey them again so I'll have to come back. Apparently they think I have access to free gas an nothing better to do with my time than go back and forth multiple times because their employee has a buur up his butt!
