      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the kitchen installation project I ordered from Home Depot in April 2023. The entire experience has been a nightmare for my family and me.Despite numerous contacts with both the Pittsburgh store and Home Depot's home office, the project was only completed in June 2024. For over 1 year, I was leaving without a kitchen, sink and stove due to the unprofessionalism of your store employees, suppliers, and contractors. In an effort to expedite the process, I even was agreed to install four broken cabinets, under the promise of from Pittsburgh HomeDeport that I would be reimbursed for this effort.The situation was exacerbated by repeated reorders of cabinets and other parts, with incorrect sizing from the outset. Deliveries were consistently late, and the wrong personnel were sent to my home. The stone company had to redo the countertops and wall panels multiple times due to incorrect measurements taken by your staff.I called managers from all involved companies, including Home Depot, to my apartment to review the work performed. I have sent numerous emails and pictures of the project in hopes of resolving these issues.I have attached some pictures for your review and would like to request compensation for the distress and disruption this situation has caused my family over the past year. Additionally, I hired my own contractors to complete work that your team declined to finish.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

      Country hills Home Depot. Im only giving 1 because you cant leave it blank. In stock quantity online displayed more than what I needed. 30 sheets of drywall. I get a call day of delivery (order was put in a week in advance) advising most of their drywall was damaged and they dont have the quantity I pre ordered, they only have 22 sheets. I request a refund for the 8 sheets and agree to take the 22. Delivery day, I receive 23 sheets of drywall, 9 of them severely damaged. It takes me over 24 hours to contact the service desk. The 1800 number is unreliable, they suggested I call the store directly the following day. I share that Ive been calling for the last hour straight, her response, they close in two minutes. I then try the chat option, got blown off by two people after being prompted that they would look into it. When I finally speak to the rude staff at customer ********************** he knows exactly who I am because of the order. When I advised him of the damage his initial response was, well we gave you an extra piece of drywall to make do for the other damaged pieces. When I asked him why he would think this was okay, he said because his manager approved it; and they assumed I wouldnt mind fixing it myself. I ask to return it, he then abruptly tells me they will pick it up with no timeframe and advised I have to re pack everything back up, before hanging up on me, while I was mid sentence. I have yet to get in touch with someone there and its been 72 hours.

      I ordered a Frigidaire Refrigerator and Gas Range from HomeDepot on September 11, 2024. First attempt at delivery was October 5, 2024. We were given a 4 hour block between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The delivery company, I found out later, was FSA delivery. First of all, the delivery person stated that the Refrigerator should fit but he was afraid of damaging the appliance because he had a new partner he was training and didn't want to be responsible damages. I suggested he bring it in to see if it would fit. My husband took off doors in our home. The delivery person then decides to take the doors off the old refrigerator then states, it's going to take too long and he has another stop. So he said he would bring the stove. We waited, then I saw he just left. I called HomeDepot and that lying delivery person said we argued and we canceled. Then forged my signature. We never saw appliances or paperwork. HomeDept convinced me to give it another chance. Fast forward Oct. 9th, 7am - 11 am window. They get here and now we are told we have to disconnect the water source and gas from the stove and remove the doors and drawer from fridge. The last delivery people removed the doors but not the drawer. These new people said they aren't allowed to disconnect the water and gas source. It clearly states in Home Depot's email to unplug, clear out items, and show where the gas and water sources are. Nowhere does it state we have to disconnect the water and gas source. That's why we paid them. I even stated I would take just the refrigerator but he wouldn't remove the drawer. I asked why did the last people remove the doors if you aren't supposed to? Finally, I decided to cancel and be refunded. We purchased our last appliances from Home Depot. No problems. They disconnected, removed the old and connected the new. I dont understand these issues. They were in such a hurry. This is probably retaliation from the first delivery. Now, food spoiled, still no refrigerator. Never again. Wow.

      I currently have a flooring install with a contractor that Home Depot selected and have still not had the job done each time the subcontractor is citing structural issues however even though they are a renovation company they cant repair the issues that they claim are preventing them from doing the install today will be the fourth time theyve come and the fourth time Ive had to pack and move things from the two rooms that are supposed to be worked on and incurred additional expense to get these items fixed by other companies I had do the work I had a similar experience with my appliance install something else kept being required to finally get it done it doesnt seem to me that they are good at large home projects and they seem to expect my house which is almost ******************************************************** 200 dollars toward repair expenses but their credit card company has already sent me a bill with a payment due this was a second chance but Im now formerly and finally done Im waiting for their Corporate office to call me back as Im getting nowhere with the local store

      I rented a shop vac The vacuum wasnt clean when they gave it to us, its clogged with some sort of hair thats preventing suction. To be fair they gave us 60% discount even after telling them we didnt use the vacuum at all.

      Home Depot is the worst company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I purchased sheet vinyl flooring from the store in ********** six monthes ago and paid them over %****** to them to have it install. The floor is still rolled up in my hallway. The company they hired walked off the job because I am 75 years old and unable to move items off the top of my fridge while he watched.. Not to mention he only spoke Spanish. You could feel the "RACISM" coming from him as soon as I opened the door and saw I was African American. He immediately called Home Depot and lied saying I was being rude to him. They canceled the project which I have no problem with but why are they trying to hold onto my refund? I'm not going away and I am seeking Legal Assistance to get this matter resolved.

      Today I returned a piece of equipment I rented from Home Depot. I pulled into the loading area from the wrong direction by mistake and an employee throws his hand up and starts mouthing off at me. I parked and got out and said is something wrong, he proceeds to ask if I could read and if I had a drivers license, I had entered the wrong way, I apologized and said I had made a mistake. Once in the tool rental area I was helped by another employee, we proceeded out to check the equipment I had returned, she unfortunately needed the guy to help her in which I just had a confrontation with. I asked him if we were ok, he just ignored me. Once to the equipment I was told I parked in the wrong spot, I responded I couldnt get the trailer in its spot because another trailer was parked 1/4 of the way in the spot he wanted me in. I was told I should be charged a cleaning fee because it was in the wrong spot, then I asked why he was being an ***, he told me he was working on his day off helping people like me, AN ENTITLED PIECE OF SHIT! I immediately asked for a manager and was told I would need to go to customer **********************, and said to make sure I was charged the cleaning fee. I told him if he wanted the trailer moved to move it himself. The manager apologized several times, I would like to know how this is going to be handled! This is my second bad experience at the ********* store. The employees name is ***** Petite. Im sure Home Depot doesnt approve of its employees calling its customers "an entitled piece of shit!" I served my country in the ************ then retired from the City of *********************** were I too served the public! I dont appreciate this treatment, I spend my hard earned money with this Home Depot, however today was definitely my last!

      I had a frustrating experience with my recent purchase. I bought a dishwasher on 9/22 from Home Depot and the day it was delivered, it was broke. We called immediately and was told that the manufacturer would have to classify it as broke. We have been waiting for a proper solution since. Specific individuals at Home Depot have been rude and lack basic customer ********************** skills on how to listen and empathize with customers to work through situations like this. Their only concern is, "we have done our job". When asked about returning the appliance , I was met with, "we don't take appliances back.". So even though a broken machine was delivered and classified as so, I cannot get my money back." Will be seeking legal advise on this matter to get clarity on this. Reading through the comments, it appears this is a common theme for this store. Perhaps additional training is needed on how to empathize with customers. Perhaps Home ********************** needs to rethink their partnerships with these manufacturers if they will continue to provide inadequate service/expectations to their customers.I have been promised once again, I will have a new machine next week. Let's see how this turns out.

      This is reporting about Fraud. Referring to the Razer Gold cards.I purchased the card, found parts of the pin to use this card and could not.went back and they refuse to refund or replace the card. no signs saying final sale, no support, no refunds, you will be ************ support from Home Depot or RAZER.when writing to Razer they said it was ******* not know how since the pin was not readable. they refuse to inform me of even where or what the money was spent on.This is smelling so high to FRAUD.

      Horrible service. I purchased a refrigerator that cost ******* we received it and the seal on door is damaged. Contacted them within the 48 hour window. They were supposed to come out the Wednesday sept 25 between 1-3 and no one showed up called got rescheduled for the following Saturday..again no show. No call no email nothing..called again rescheduled for last Wednesday they never gave us a time or a window for us to be home and we have to work they called and they were almost to the house. Well I was 45 min away at work couldnt leave so we rescheduled again..for Friday oct. 4 just got a text they cant come today again I took off work..now this is the 4th time they have not showed up. Now its tomorrow morning at 7:45 am. I requested anything after 10 well they cant do that but they can inconvenience me the last 4 times but when I request a time frame they cant do that. I will NEVER EVER buy another appliance from them.
