      Horrible service with buying appliances. Ordered Wshr/Dryer and Refrigerator on same day - 2 months later we notice a credit on our card for the Fridge - Home Depot CANCELED our order FOR FRIDGE ONLY without calling/texting or notifying us in any manor. We called to get an order back in place and spent 4 HOURS on the phone and they did not want to price match what we had originally paid.Waited another month (so now 3 months in) the W/D arrive and the tech does not turn on the gas therefore dryer wouldnt work so had to make a call and another service appt. Then the Fridge arrives with a wonky door. Called to have a replacement fridge order placed. Waited another month (now 4 months in) and the next fridge arrives with the SAME problem. So the delivery driver said to not accept order and keep original Fridge and another replacement would be sent. Never got a call - spent another 2 hours on the phone - supposedly order placed and Whirlpool/kitchenaid w/call within 48 hrs. AGAIN NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE! CALLED HD again, THAT ORDER was CANCELED YET ONCE AGAIN AND NOONE can tell who/why it was canceled. THATS SEEM FISHY (LIE) TO ME YOU CAN SEE WHOS BEEN IN *********** NOW I had to place ANOTHER ORDER and PAY for another fridge (yes they price matched) and then I had to place a RETURN order for the original fridge. So now new fridge to arrive now mid Nov (5 months in) and return fridge to be picked up same day and then I have to WAIT 3-4 weeks for the Credit on my card for the returned Fridge. I dont know how HD can have such HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WHY ARE CUSTOMERS ORDERS BEING CANCELED?!?!?!?!? AND WE ARE BEING PENALIZED AND NEEDING TO SPEND SO MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE AND DOUBLE CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD AND NOW WAIT FOR CREDIT?** NO I WOULD NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN. THIS PROCESS TIMELINE 6/22 - 11/13 (IF IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES AND IN GOOD CONDITION)***COSTCO FOR ANY OF MY FUTURE APPLIANCES!

      Ordered product online paid 60 dollars to have it delivered earlier than store shipping pickup. Been waiting over a week by this point. Looked online supposed to be delivered on oct 18 was not. Called customer ********************** and was told it would be here that same day before 8pm. 7pm rolls by, called back was told it wasnt gonna be delivered until next day. Next day, no package called again spoke to logistics company and was told its not gonna be delivered until Monday the 21st. I ask why? they say because we cant deliver to a military base on the weekend they wont let us on base I say I dont believe that because ********** etc. are allowed why wouldnt you be? They hung up. Call the store in *** where my product is supposed to be and they tell me the vendor still had the product in ****. Confused at this point and possibly the worst experience Ive had with buying a product online and having it shipped. ***** the guy I spoke with from customer ********************** was very helpful that was the only upside to this experience. Doubt I will be ordering from Home Depot anymore. online shipping process is horrible.

      I ordered and paid for a washing machine on September 2, 2024. They said it would be delivered the next week. I got a text every week delaying the order and promises with no action. I canceled the order on October 8 2024 and now they are giving me problems with the refund. They keep saying 5 more days. This is horrible business and I will never walk in that store again

      I went to rent a truck as usual. I gave my contractors phone number. Apparently he had an overdue bill. They linked his number to mine and refused to rent the truck to me. I called headquarters. They told me it was their policy and hung up on me. My credit is perfect and have rented from u haul many times. I hardly knew the contractor. This completely unfair to me.

      I ordered kitchen remodeling materials on August 16, 2024. It said that materials will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Kitchen closets arrived exactly within 6 weeks. However, countertops do not arrive yet till today, as of today October. It takes 2 months, 8 weeks but nothing yet. I tried to cancel it but it said it is too late. It is terrible experience for me.

      Billing and penalty fees are incorrect and criminal.Home Depot creates erroneous ******************** call customer ********************** to get ************* talk to (seemingly) nice people, who agree with the error and indicate they will send you a revised billing statement.But Billing disputes are ignored, and they don't send a corrected billing ************, late fees just keep piling up.Talking to customer ********************** is useless.

      I received a notification that my online order was ready for pickup. I waited an hour and then drove up to the store. Upon arrival I went to the order pickup location and logged on the home depot app to let them know I was in slot 4. The app responded with my order was on its way. After *********************************************************************************** slot 4 waiting for someone to bring my order out. Mr **** asked for my order number and name; I gave him the information. The he as for my personal information and I asked why because the app has the information. Thats why I used it; is the app broken. He said the app is not broken, I needed to provide the information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me he couldnt get me a supervisor until I gave him my information. After 5 requests to speak to a supervisor I said so I am a customer requesting a supervisor and you are refusing right. He than put me on hold for ************************************************************** During this time I went into the store to the help desk. They told me they have no notification that I was at the store at ******. Their system must be broken, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that he would check into the system. I informed him that this was the second time this has happened. The corporate complaint service was more concerned on making me be wrong about not giving my information to Mr ***** instead of saying Mr **** couldve just connected me with the store and that would have solved the issue fast. Some time following the stripe process is not the correct process. There has to be a better way

      We spent a total of $45,000.00 dollars having our kitchen remodeled with Home Depot **************** store. I should have gone with my gut when the inept kitchen designer lost our entire order. We told him that our daughter was pregnant, and it was critically important that the kitchen be finished by the latest, the beginning of September, because she was moving back home, and she was due to have the baby in September. This liar said that would not be a problem. He gave his word that the work would be done by that time. I requested compensation for all the pain and suffering my wife and I were forced to endure. I was told that Home Depot had a policy regarding compensation. The corporate office would not discuss compensation until all the work was completed. The work was finally completed, more than a year later. I was now told that compensation was left to the store manager, ****, the person that was involved, the entire time and well aware of everything that went wrong, and the corporate office had no policy. This is such a conflict of interest. My wife and I started this process in the ********************* Depot, the first week of May of 2023. The work was not completed until the end of May of 2024. This dishonest, dishonorable, lowlife of a man offered $500.00 cash as compensation. When we refused, he then offered an additional $300.00 store gift card. When I tried contact corporate leadership, I was told what the store offered for compensation is the final offer. These are facts; the Home Depot corporation does not cares about customer **********************. They only care about taking your money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LET HOME DEPOT ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! Please pass along this information to your family, friends, and anyone that you care about. I can't make Home Depot do the right thing. But, I truly hope that I can save some people from suffering the way that my wife and I suffered because of Home Depot.

      This morning on 10/10/2024 at 11:30 am I went to home depot ******* Fla ***** to get a cylinder of propane they were not doing exchanges, you had to buy a cylinder and they were charging ***** dollars plus tax when it only cost ***** with exchange.. I cannot believe that a big box store has the audacity to price goug at such a sensitive time when everyone is going through very difficult times..I truly hope that they are held accountable
