      I purchased applicants and used delivery service in Home Depot. The delivery service is unprofessional. 1, the y split one delivery to two, but could not keep the promises and let me waiting for a hour without calling me.2. the delivery driver hanged up on me when I called them. 3. They entered my house without wearing shoe covers 4 the driver did not follow their guideline to call 30 min before delivery 5 dryer machine was not installed properly, vent was extremely bent and they refused to fix it.I would not recommend to use Home Depot delivery service at all as they are not professional and could not keep their promise.

      In the past 2.5 months I have had nothing by issues with Home Depot, from shipping incorrectly labeled doors, to their customer ********************** lying and telling me I needed the incorrect door handling, then not received a refund and having to argue to get my refund on an item they sent incorrectly labeled. The last straw was today, I ordered a door which I waited over 2 months for., paid an installer only to discover half way to installing the door sent was defective. The front exterior door had a bow on the left hand hinge side, which made the door about 3/4 inch uneven. A crooked door. I contacted customer ********************** and all they offered me was to process a return and a whole $100 GC. I paid 4xs that amount for a partly install and now have to pay someone to remove the defective door, I have holes on the perimeter of the door because the installation was unfinished as I refused to keep a crooked front door. And Home Depot refused to help me or take any responsibility for the fact that I am dealing with this issue due to their poor quality dealings. They refused to send someone to help me and apparently if I would have used their installation services, this wouldnt have been an issue as if that would have changed the doors condition. I will never give Home Depot another cent and I am taking this issue as far as I need to have their c*** rectified.

      TL;DR: Don't have Home Depot install windows/doors in your house.We ***laced all the windows our entire house (34 total). The *** windows themselves we bought are awesome, but the services side of home depot is a complete disaster. Our sales *** told several lies. The installation crew was never on-time and rarely provided proactive notification of their tardiness, often times arriving 3-4 hours later than the provided arrival window.They managed to completely fry a significant patch of grass in my front yard. 1/2 of the windows were ordered the wrong size and had to be reordered. One other window was ordered at all in either of the first 2 orders and had to be ordered in a 3rd round.The installation took 6 separate visits of the installation team to complete and if it wasn't for our diligence and insistence, they would have left the windows with missing caulk (both inside and out), missing child locks on one of the 2nd floor windows, and cheap mulbar covers that started peeling off less than 2 days after they were installed.Communication from the entire services team was awful with no proactive reach out to us at all. The project which would have been completed the first week of June had things been done correctly, wasn't complete until almost Halloween. On top of all that they refused to provide any compensation for the hassle and the avoidable mistakes that were blatantly obviously their fault.*** windows are fabulous, just buy them somewhere other than Home Depot unless you are able to complete the installation yourself.

      Don't bother believing the shipping dates. Never going to be next day. I will never do it again. Oh and they dint want to have you leave a review for them as the hide the link for it on their site VERY well. Going to see if Lowes does better next time. Tired of companies promising things and never living up to it

      Do not trust them to get something to you in the time they tell you. They didnt even ship it till after it was supposed to be delivered. And then sent it by ****. I am done doing business with them. Customer ********************** didnt even care.

      The Home Depot store #**** fail to help after waiting for more then 30 minutes when to customer ********************** and ignore me asked several floor employees and said that thats not the are call corporate and told me the only thing they can do its call the store and put me on hold then hanging the phone at me definitely never buying again in Home Depot going to start buying my stuff in ******* or Lowes very disappointed

      Home Depot has greatly disappointed me with their home installation services. I was told during a sales pitch that a back splash would be installed about 10 days after a counter top install. Its been 2.5x longer than that and Im still waiting. The scheduling team has told me they would call me back and they havent. I have to keep contacting them and get non-answers every time. Go with a better company.

      I BOUGHT A GE WASHER ON MY HOME DEPOT CARD IN SEPT AND HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING RIGHT. I HAVE CALLED 10 TIMES TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN ME CREDIT FOR THE RETURN. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER AND A REASON WHY MY ACCOUNT IS NOT UP TO DATE. I HAVE GOTTEN 4 OR FIVE LETTERS FROM HOME DEPOT, ONE SAID I DIDN'T RETURN THE MACHINE, ONE SAID I DID, ONE SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PICK UP. TO TOP IT OFF TODAY I RECEIVED A 6 PAGE COPY PRINT OUT, NOT AN ORIGINAL. AND IT'S SHOWING THAT THE WASHER IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE GOOD CREDIT WITH HOME DEPOT, ***** AND ******* IN THIS TOWN, BUT I'M NOT PAYING ANOTHER ***** TO HOME DEPOT FOR A MACHINE I DON'T HAVE UNTIL MY ACCOUNT IS CORRECTED, EVEN IF IT MAKES MY CREDIT BAD AND IF IT DOES I WILL BE TALKING TO A LAWYER.

      I use your on-line shopping to find just about everything I need, only to find the things in my search are mixed in with a bunch of other unrelated stuff. That makes it so annoying, It's hard enough to to find what your looking for, let alone having to go through all the unwanted.Also the app is extreamly "Jerky" when you are trying to search through the App. Other than that, you have a great selection and reasonable pricing. I would use the app more often if only it were more Friendly.
