      Home Depot contracts with easily the worst third party company for appliance deliveries and installs. My delivery was set to be made on 12/4no 30 minute courtesy call was made when the company was on the way, no call was made when they arrived, and I wasted 4 hours waiting for a delivery only to be marked as missed delivery. They couldnt reschedule same day, even though it was their mistake and the Home Depot customer ********************** agent did confirm that there was no documentation that a call was made. They rescheduled my delivery for 12/6. On 12/6 a man showed up to install my new washer and dryer that hasnt even been delivered. I, again, call customer ********************** for Home ********************** and the *** told me that the warehouse forgot to load my washer and dryer onto the truck for the day. Again, delivery for the same day was not possible. customer ********************** offered to reschedule my appliance delivery and install on 12/10. At that point I declined and canceled my entire order. I plan to go to Lowes or Menards instead. I wasted over 8 hours dealing with third party company mistakes and staying on hold with Home Depots customer ********************** agents. Just go to Lowes or Menards and save yourself the time and frustrating of dealing with Home Depots customer **********************.

      If I could give a -1, I would give it. I recently purchased garage door opener (**********) in the amount of $376.00 on October 17, 2024, from a recommended company that Home Depot uses as third-party company. This garage door opener was installed and by November 11, 2024, my garage door opener stopped working. I am a 70-year-old senior citizen who was informed to go and perform several strenuous technical tasks just to have my garage door opener to begin to work again and I haven't had it a month. During this time Home Depot has been absolutely no help in assisting me with a refund or having my garage door opener fixed. I have been to the Home Depot location several times, spoken to people on the phone all for them to state that they cannot assist me further. This whole ordeal has been very frustrating, and I am looking for legal assistance at this time to get this matter resolved due to The Home Depot taking advantage of the elderly by recommending and selling products that do not function properly.

      Review for Home Depot Kitchen Remodel Services I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Home Depot's handling of my kitchen remodel project.On August 19, 2024, ***** from Home Depot confirmed installers would arrive on August 26 for my cabinet makeover. I followed all instructions, including emptying cabinets and clearing countertops.After the installation, I noticed several significant issues:Gaps in cabinet doors: Installers said these couldn't be fixed, which is unacceptable.Nails protruding: Visible nails in multiple areas pose a safety hazard.Poor adhesion: Glue was poorly applied, causing instability.Incorrectly cut drawers: Drawers were misaligned due to improper cutting.Cracked wood: Some drawer installations had cracked wood.On September 16, I formally reported these issues to *****. ****** ***** assured me they would be resolved.Over two weeks later, **** inspected the problems. Since his visit, I have received no updates or resolutions.On October 9, I followed up again. *** replied that ***** was waiting for materials and would schedule. I thanked her.Despite this, I have not heard back to finish the job. The cabinet drawer issue remains unresolved, and I haven't received compensation for a damaged microwave. There's been no discussion about compensation for the problems and delays caused by Home Depot.The lack of communication, failure to address issues, and poor customer ********************** are unacceptable. I am extremely frustrated and feel that Home Depot has not met expected standards.

      I received the delivery of a GE Caf Smart French Door Refrigerator on Wednesday, December 4th. There was a problem getting it through the door to my kitchen. The delivery driver told me that the doors to the refrigerator would have to be removed in order to get it to my kitchen and installed. They also said they did not have the tools to do it, so I should call to have someone come out to remove the doors and install. I called the Appliance Hotline number and was told the earliest they could send someone would be Saturday, December 7th (four days) I am very upset since the refrigerator is now sitting in my living room and my food is outside on my deck porch. I then called the Escalation number for resolution and was told the same explanation, and further due to the hostile environment, they would not be sending anyone out to complete the installation. I totally dispute there was any hostility towards the driver but am upset about the time it would be taking to resolve the issue. I am requesting from the corporate office that the refrigerator be picked up and my money refunded in a timely manner. Not trusting that Home Depot will do right by me, I have taken photos of the refrigerator in my living room everyday from today until it is picked up. If it is not picked up by next week I will do whatever I can to let the public know this how you do business with people that purchase appliances from your store. Untrustworthy and unreliable. I have to look at this refrigerator in my living room until they decide to pick it up.

      Dear Home Depot Customer ************************ hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an experience I had at the Home Depot store located at ************************************. As a loyal customer who has spent well over $100,000 at your stores, I have always appreciated the value and service provided by Home Depot.However, during my recent visit, I encountered significant confusion while attempting to check out. The self-checkout lines were not clearly marked for cash or card payments, and there were no registers with employees available. After mistakenly waiting in the wrong line for card payments, I sought assistance to pay with cash. Unfortunately, the sales associate directed me to another line, which led to further complications when the machine went down just as I was about to check out.When I asked for clarity on where to make my purchase, I received vague directions that only added to my confusion. After several attempts to find help, I requested to speak with a manager. I was introduced to Ms. ******* who, unfortunately, seemed too preoccupied to address my concerns respectfully. My attempts to explain my confusion were met with agitation, and I felt belittled by her responses.I was eventually assisted, but the manner in which my concerns were handled left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I am disappointed to report that Ms. ******** behavior did not reflect the values I associate with Home Depot, particularly considering my commitment to service during my 12 years in active duty military.I believe in constructive feedback and hope this message serves to improve customer ********************** at your store.       Placed an order for 10 bags of paver sand to be delivered. After the delivery day came and went and roughly 10 calls just to try and get a new delivery date I had to finaly cancel my order and demand a refund. As ever attempt resulted In an employ asking me to call back later or just hanging up on me.

      Ordered a couch weeks ago! On the day of delivery I was informed the couch could not be bought up to my apartment, so I kindly requested a refund, it has been TWO weeks and I still have not received a refund for this item! I was informed a refund would be processed after 5 business days! My mon and I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer ********************** and this issue still has not rectified. Please look into these beyond terrible and unlawful business practices. I will NEVER order a couch from Home Depot again.

      Home Depot offered a Cyber Monday Sale on two Milwaukee batteries. I drove to the store because the lady I spoke to at the store mentioned that they honor internet sales. Once I got to the store, the manager would not honor the sale price. I then started a chat with Home Depot via their app, they stated that they would no longer honor the price as it was a misprint on their advertisement. Product Information:Model # **-11-1813-**-11-1881 Cyber Monday advertised price was $169

      Ordered online for Halloween a skeleton from Home Depot back on October 11th with a guaranteed delivery date of October 18th. Not only did it never show, it never shipped. Their own tracking confirms they took my payment but did nothing with it. There was no communication and then I saw the charge on my credit card, 7 weeks later was still there! I had to fight with a bot online to get a live person to finally get the order canceled, or this would have stayed on my card for eternity. No communication, no product took my payment terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Too bad as they used to be a good company.
