      Purchased GE washer and dryer on sale December 8th 2024 that was to be delivered December 11th, 2024. Paid for removal of old appliance, and delivery and set up of New appliances... Home Depot installer discovered the new one was broken when they set it up... They then took not only my old washing machine that I owned, but the new machine I also owned as I had already paid for it... They said they would replace it on Monday December 16th 2024...a little late but tolerable ... The Friday night, December 13th before new expected delivery I received a robo style call stating delivery date had been changed to March 10th 2025... Not even close to delivery date I purchased... so now Home Depot took my old washing machine... they took my new washing machine...they took my money... They also took my trust... I have no washing machine... ***** in "Resolution " said even though Home Depot would not be able to deliver the machine I paid for I would receive a full refund... I was disappointed but at least I would then have my money back so I could purchase another washing machine.... That has not happened... Home Depot has yet to refund my money...I have no trust left for Home Depot... or in purchasing any more appliances from them in the future... My old washing machine, gone...My new washing machine I paid for, gone... my $1744.97 gone... missed time at work for delivery gone... They did finally return $256.54 that was for delivery, set up, and hull away of my old washing machine which I wish I still had... because now I can not do laundry at home anymore at all...       I have been a loyal Home Depot (HD) customer for years. However, I am doubtful about continuing large appliance purchases through HD because of the protection plans administered by ************************* (APP). Recent interactions with APP regarding two major appliance issues have been time-consuming and frustrating. APP administration/management of the protection plans is horrible. (The appliances were purchased about a year ago.)

      Have been a loyal never late payer for 20+years. Accidentally missed a credit card payment as they changed how to login and pay since they use citi credit. I payed my entire balance the next month. Home Depot doesnt forgive a missed payment no matter how small the amount is or if its the first miss in 20 years. I will not be shopping at any Home Depots any longer as theres other options for my home improvement needs. Beware of this non customer friendly company!!!!!******* *.

      Customer ********************** for online returns is a joke. We bought 3 pallets of flooring and had several cases leftover from the project. Took them back to the store for the return and customer ********************** called .com because their systems was unable to do the return. The product was in great condition and I had the receipt that said return before Dec 29. After more than an hour the associate said that they could not take their product back (return of cases) because it had to be the whole pallet returned. Never did it say anywhere online or in the receipt that the whole pallet had to be returned. Granted this product is still being sold in the stores as to date. They could have bought them back and resold them by the case. Later I called customer ********************** for Home ********************** and they could not explain why they could not buy their product back as a case but had to be the whole pallet (28 cases). You can buy a box of tiles and return a unit of tile from the box and no questions asked. We will not ever make another purchase from any Home Depot again.

      Ive been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years. The last couple of years Ive noticed Customer ********************** has gone downhill significantly. I cant tell you how many times Im in the store and none of the registers are open, but theres a line halfway across the store trying to do self check out. I dont get that. Many of the orders I have made have been problematic, with missing parts, wrong shipments to my house, and unwillingness to pick up damaged equipment that was delivered to my house, and store managers who wont come to the front when you request it. The Customer ********************** team is always very nice, but they seem unable to truly address the root of the problem. Its very frustrating to have my time wasted and deal with what seems to be significant managerial incompetence. I hope they improve, but I wont be shopping there anymore.

      Your mohawk vinyl flooring called traffic master is pure junk... Look at all the reviews on your floor covering. Why home depot doesn't look at reviews on the products that are horrible. costing people thousands of dollars. One ****** off consumer., Your store is selling inferior floor covering. I have been a contractor for 40 years and the company is selling junk from *****... Corporate monopoly,, At least have some of your manager look at reviews on the products, I have to give you a one star because of your money grab!!!!!!!!!! WOW LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON CORPORATE GREED.. JUST HORRIBLE. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS LIKE I SAID. YOUR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF INCLUDING ME..

      Appliance home delivery is terrible. Waited home all day Saturday...they finally cancelled after 10pm, only after I called You would think I'd be their first stop Monday, right? Wrong. Back to the end of the line. Told I need to wait 10 more days. Delayed my holiday trip home, because one of the 4 items being delivered is a gift. If they cancel again, Christmas is ruined.

      Supposed to have two doors installed today that were paid for in October 22nd. Not done and no phone calls returned to us as promised. No more business from us after this project is completed, if it ever does get completed.

      If you are going to buy any appliance and have it installed, hire someone known and trusted to you to do it not the contractor through this Home Depot. What they did to my kitchen should be criminal.After delivering a set of new kitchen appliances, their installation crew destroyed the plumbing to my sink, stripped the supply line for my gas, put 10 holes into my cabinets and still only managed to get the microwave up with a single screw, and scratches my hardwood floors. In the process they broke the dishwasher and managed to bend the microwaves metal. Home Depot wont come back out for over a week and their insurance was supposed to be in contact within 48 hours and crickets.I will never buy another thing from Home Depot and I think all consumers should be aware of the criminal operation the New River Valley stores have operating. At this rate it looks like I wont have a kitchen to cook in for Christmas. I am beyond livid.

      I purchased a ******* refrigerator from Home Depot (***********) on 11/27 (Order #H1906-267198). It was scheduled for delivery on 12/4, but the delivery team falsely claimed it wouldnt fit through the door, left it in my garage unboxed, and departed. My friends later informed me that removing the fridge doors would have allowed it to fit.I contacted Home Depot (*****), and they acknowledged the error, promising rescheduling to 12/10, but no one came. After wasting my off day, I contacted them again, and a new team came on 12/12. This team was honest, confirmed it fit, but discovered that the fridges doors were damaged, and the water dispenser was detached. ******* is now refusing to replace the fridge, offering only to replace the doors and repair the dispenser.This has caused significant inconvenience:I wasted three days waiting for deliveries and used my off days.The fridge remains in my garage, taking up space.I was lied to by the first delivery team.I was not informed of the canceled delivery on 12/***** compensate, I request a full replacement of the fridge, an expedited resolution, and a credit or gift card for my lost time. Additionally, if not replaced, I ask for an extended warranty to address concerns about the products handling.
