1 starThis place gets no f****** stars from me. Do not shop here period!! I live in an apartment building and my car was stuck in the snow. I contacted these people to order a $12.00 snow shovel. They wanted $99.00 to bring it to me!!!!!?? I'm like are you people stupid!! So I contacted Lowes, they only charged $5.00 To bring it to me. Don't EVER shop at home depot, they are a** holes. $99.00 really!The Home Depot

1 star******** company! I will from now on never buy from Home Depot, nor recommend them to anyone. Bought appliances and paid for installation. No problems until crew came out to install dishwasher and I was told they could not install dishwasher, but a plumber would be out within 24/48 hours to install. This was on Saturday. I called Tuesday morning and was notified that Home Depot does not provide plumbers and it was up to me. I debated and was told they would now be trying to get their plumber out or notify me if a local company was going to provide services. I was then told that they would provide $100 towards installation. I said that is not what I agreed to when purchasing from Home Depot and had I known I would have never bought from them. Not to mention, dishwasher installation will be a lot more than $100, so that is unacceptable. It's been 3 or 4 hours and have not heard anything. If this company had any class, they would have A. told me about installation, or B. voluntarily compensated me for installation. This is a multi-billion dollar company, what a joke.The Home Depot

1 starBought a Refrigerator it was damaged upon arrivel, they replaced it but in doing so they damaged my brand new kitchen flooring that is valued at over 3k. Their delivery company ***** will not make good on replacing my floor. They sent the claim to their insurance provider which is ******** who is also not willing to replace my floor, they offered me $500.00 which I would accept if I could have it repaired for that amount. However the floor cannot be repaired because the material used is no longer manufactured. I can only completely replace the floor. This has been going on since August and I am sick of getting the run around. I will NEVER purchase another item from Home Depot.The Home Depot

1 starI bought some flooring around July 2024. I called home Depot and cfi the installer company. To let them know my issues while the floors was being installed. ****** from *** came to my home I just wanted a refund on the incomplete job. I didn't want no one else to return to my home again. I called corporate they called home Depot. Home depot stated that they emailed something to me to signed for some of my money back . I told them I didn't receive it. Why I'm getting some of my money back that's not fair!! I was told to look in my spam file I did ..nothing! I paid over two thousand dollars the first time I even paid for someone to come to my home and measure but I still end up buying more supplies..then I bought more floor for over eight hundred then stair nose molding for eighty four dollars. Then I bought some white trim. I been paying my home Depot credit card bill for something isn't my problem. I have been trying to resolve for months. They have gaps in my stairs they put white trim where it didn't go. I have big gaps by the walls that they said can be cover by trim. Not to mention the first day they arrived we got into a disagreement because they Said I didn't pay for the job. Why are you here then ?if I didn't pay I told the ***** It's been frustrating.The Home Depot

1 starUnfortunately I agree with the earlier reviewer regarding the Home Depot. I have been shopping there for 30+ years and my past experience was the last straw. I will never shop there again, taking my business to ******. The Home Depot in **********, CO ordered and installed the wrong carpet in my home and refused to correct their mistake. The carpet sample we gave to the carpet **** was beige but they installed a gray carpet by the same name. Can you believe it -- they have an instore sample of a beige Groovy carpet but they installed a gray Groovy carpet. The associates who I spoke with -- ******** and ***** -- were very polite but refused to make the situation right. I even offered to split the cost with Home Depot to have my basement repainted to match the gray carpet and they refused to even do that. After 30+ years, my relationship with Home Depot is over.The Home Depot

1 starHome Depot's protection service is a complete fraud. I bought a ******* refrigerator four years ago, and since summer, I've noticed it hasn't been maintaining its temperature, with humming and clicking sounds coming from the back. I contacted Home Depot's customer ********************** in November to set up an appointment, but after three no-show appointments, a technician finally arrived on the fourth try. He was from Eastern Europe and couldn't communicate effectively; he just repeated what I said. He claimed he fixed the fridge, but the next day my case was denied. I contacted Home Depot's headquarters, and a representative helped reopen my case, but it ended with yet another no-show appointment. I sent an email to headquarters asking for financial assistance for a new appliance, but received no response. Meanwhile, their scheduling service keeps asking me to set up another appointment. Don't they realize that people have to take time off work to wait for these technicians who don't show up? This situation is ridiculous and unjust.I am long term HD customer for over 18 years getting everything from them , but this is THE END .The Home Depot

1 starI am a 64 year old electrician. Bought some supplies which included a roll of 12/2 romex that had to be unlocked by this younger tattooed young man. After he gave it to me he asked me if I was going to become a track star with it. In other words run away with it. I told him no, I have a home depot card in my pocket. I called after I left and reported it to an assistant manager. This was around 10:50 am on 12/28/24.The Home Depot

1 starLet me start with this: I will never do business with Home Depot again and you shouldn't either! Order Samsung Bespoke Induction Range and matching microwave on 12/19. Original delivery date was set as 12/26. Two days before this date I got notification that it's moved to 12/27. I took day off for delivery on 27th. At 8 AM got confirmation that delivery window was scheduled as of 1-5 PM. Removed my stove and drove to local landfill. Around 2 PM I got text that they are headed to our residency. At 5:08 PM, got notification that they missed delivery with attempt. Called customer ********************** and got statement that we were not at home. My whole family was at home, and I have "Ring" recording to prove that nobody stopped or ring a bell. After being transferred to 4 different **** and supervisors, I was promised that somebody will call me and see if they can do anything. Another lie, they never called back. Got notification that delivery is moved to 12/30 which basically mean that we don't have stove for 4 days during holidays. Next day I managed to talk with local manager. This guy is rude, unprofessional and interrupted me multiple times during conversation. I offered to pick up my stove, but he stated that's not "their practice". He advised that it would be best to wait for delivery on 30th. When questioned if he can guarantee that range will be delivered on 30th, he responded like real smart aleck. Order##WJ72737962 and #WJ72746158 are canceled, and I will never again do any business with Home Depot. Local store is ********** #****.The Home Depot

1 starI went to Home Depot to purchase something and one of the girl at the self checkout was very very rude. She was so rude and so was one of the managers. I dont know his name, but he was also rude. My husband is a military veteran and I was trying to purchase something and she was the rudest person ever her name was ***** on route 20 in ********** I would never shop there again. She was very nasty. She was very unprofessional and so was the manager and I told him I was gonna leave a ****** review we told him my husbandI was military veterans. I was just trying to purchase something and we have different last names I also showed my id as well and she was still rude smart attitude. Ive never experienced anything like that in my life. Once again this was the Home Depot in **********, **** on route 20The Home Depot
