1 starThis store consistently over charges!!! 98% of the time. The bar code price on the item does not match the cash register price. We request an audit & the managers has to come & re-ring all the items. The price can be off hundreds of dollars. This is at the contractor register. 1 starOrdered a fridge and washer and dryer on Dec 31st. We were told it would be delivered on Jan 15th. On the 14th they reached out to say it was coming between 3pm and 7pm, no one showed up. On the 15th we got the same message but that thwy were 5 stops away so we were hopeful. At 7pm someone called to say they were behind and it wouldn't be coming that day as promised and we would have to move back to Monday. We asked to cancel the service and instead they told us they could send it out on Daturday the 18th. We decided to give them one last chance. On the 18th when we called to confirm our delivery time we were told that no one put it on a truck and we would have to now wait until Tuesday. It's an absolute joke. We canceled our order and when somewhere else!!The Home Depot

1 starDo not use this company, I bought a counter top through them for thousands of dollars and now they will not fix it I have only had it 6 months and its falling and has marks on it. Home Depot called this morning and now said I have no warranty any longer and I have to deal with a falling counter top with marks in it. Please use your hard earned money somewhere else.The Home Depot

1 starI went to Home Depot in October to buy a sliding door. I thought it would be a simple process was a custom order so they hadto order it. They didnt know if the parts that the Measure person that ordered was correct. I had to wait for a Measure person and the date Installed date was November 28. They told me the door was damaged. It actually stayed on the floor once it was received and the installer nevercalled to give me a date to install. They dont ordered another door which took until January received on January ************************************************************** solar, which told me Thursday ********************************* October and I already paid for it on the credit card now the 17th is here because they scheduled Friday 7:30 AM and they told me it wasnt this Friday next Friday they never showed up today. Im so discussed it with this company. Customer ********************** is horrible. I paid for the item back in October $1000. Dont use this company.The Home Depot

1 star************************ is a fraudulent business. They provided me a tracking number for my online order, after 17 (SEVENTEEN) days the tracking number finally shows delivered, I get home and find *** has delivered an item I did not order. The item I did order from HD is nowhere to be found. Contacted live support and they refused to honor the refund policy posted on their site. Order was made via giftcards so I have no way of receiving a refund anyways.The Home Depot

1 starGot ripped off today. Went to return a door I paid 73 for, before cash, got back only 67. According to customer **********************, the difference was all tax. The door I went to exchange was cheaper and I ended up paying 75 after tax when it was 69. Make that make sense. No one could explain it. Im done with this company. Keep your pro account! Im opening a new account with my local building company! *******! Box stores are garbage! They dont give a **** about the little business just trying to earn a buck. Instead they rob them in every which way they can! Crooks! Every cent counts and 6 bucks cost them a long time customer! Im done!The Home Depot

1 starAppliance Installation is horrible! I will never recommend or use Home Depot appliance installation again. Ordered 4 appliances, dishwasher, fridge, micro, range. First delivery, worker said leaking valve need plumber, refused to install d/w, didn't take boxes of range. Second ******* plumber said no leak and then took 3.5 hours to install d/w and chipped countertop in 3 places. 3rd visit to pick up boxes. 4th delivery of fridge and microwave, microwave literally ROCKS, a cup of water will slide towards the microwave door, worker also refused to take boxes, 5th appt to fix microwave installation - fingers crossed.The Home Depot

1 starOrdered a stand up freezer. It was delivered while my wife was home. They first were going to leave it in the box outside the garage. After my wife's insistence they placed it inside the garage but did not unbox & install it. This was purchased with white glove service so it should have been unbox & installed. After contacting Home Depot they offered to send the same 2 guys back out. I declined this as my wife having to deal with 2 lazy sub-contractors twice in one day is too much. It has been years since I purchased anything from Home Depot and it will be years again or never from Home Depot on the next purchase. Home Depot rating-0 stars.The Home Depot

1 starI bought a kitchen range on 1/9. It is considered a drop in range which is not very common anymore. Regular basic ranges are around $700, the drop in is 1700, okay. I have several complaints but my major complaint is that I paid cash for it. Including extras and longer warranty my bill came to almost 2300. I mistakenly ordered in white and called them the very next day to change order in black. They said they cant exchange that. They can only refund my money and have me come in and pay for the black one. ****. Now if you pay for your purchase with a credit card it will take 4 to 7 days to show up. But I paid cash. Now since my purchase was over 1000, they need to refund me by check and that will be mailed to me in 6 to 8 WEEKS! They said its because they dont have that much cash in store, which I doubt. I told them I would give them a few days to get it together.. NO. I talked to 6 different people and got 6 different answers from, the entire refund would be by check, to, I can have ************************************* a check, to someone on the appliance hot line that said if I paid in cash that I would get the entire amount in cash back. No where do you have on your door or receipt does it say they do not give cash back. This is totally unacceptable, you have high jacked my cash! I could deal with refund by check,. But 6 to 8 weeks is totally unacceptable.The Home Depot

1 starhad ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot for my new home. They arrived outside the window, did not contact me in advance they will be late, was in a rush and damaged my front door and wall in the laundry room. Since I was late heading out due to their tardiness, I did not see the damages after I came home. I tried to follow up about the damages and they said you signed for it that all was ok. That is why the delivery men were ******* for me to sign it and leave for their sloppy work. I wouldnt trust buying appliances from them again. Both broke down (including the motor on one of the appliances) and other was a few months after the warranty. It has been such a pain!The Home Depot
