1 starThe Home Depot in ********************* specifically management for the power tools is very Prejudice and does not follow law one has on religious obligations that an employee has. He has singled out one employee and written her up and has treated her very poorly and harass her for simply praying. Other employees also have been treating her poorly and have continuously harassed her as well. Previously she had no problems until they hired on this new manager as well as the new hires. I really hope all these people get fired as this is not how you treat a hard working employee.The Home Depot

2 starsTO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT. HOME DEPOT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER ********************** I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE TALKED TO AT LEAST 7 PEOPLE REGARDING THE ISSUE I HAD WITH THE ***** I PURCHASED. I MADE THEM COME AND PICK THE ***** UP AND PURCHASED A ***** SOMEWHERE ELSE..I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I HOPE THAT OTHER PEOPLE TAKE MY ADVICE. AND DON'T BUY ANY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM THEM. ONCE AGAIN I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ********************** NOT IN THE STORES BUT IN CORP. 1 starI had a second window project started with Home Depot Hyannis MA, after the business failed me with the first project. For more than two months now Ive been calling ******* **********, the sales person, and his direct supervisor, ******** C Leitrim, also emailing them, trying to resolve a billing issue, and neither one of them is responding neither by a phone call or email. Very unprofessional and lame non-existing customer **********************. I would never consider Home Depot for any project ever again. The first window project was neglected, and costed me months of paying mortgage on two properties without being able to move in as Home Depot Window sales person never placed my order, which I found out 6 months later after I signed the contract and paid 25% down (almost $4000) which Home Depot refunded 7 months later after it was clear they failed me as a customer. Ive paid interest on that amount which they held for 7 months and I wasnt compensated in any way. This time they did not even offer an apology for their unprofessional behavior.The Home Depot

1 starHorrible customer **********************. On 3/1/2025 a dishwasher was delivered, it did not work after install because electrical panel had issues. Tried to return in store the next day and was told they would have to schedule a pick up. Pick up was scheduled today 3/6/2025 and nobody showed up. When called to inquire they said that they have no record of a return and we only had 48 hrs to return. Now they want us to reinstall for a service tech to look at it. Already bought a different machine and just want them to return this one like they promised on 3/2/2025.Review fromAndy G

1 starUnacceptable Abussive and violent Treatment at Home Depot #**** Van **** CAI'm extremely disappointed and distressed after being falsely accused of stealing a drill at the Home Depot store in ********. On December 31 2024 I completed my purchase and exited the store, only to be confronted by three aggressive employees (LP ****** ****** and another unidentified individual).Despite my protests, they detained me in a backroom, yelled at me, and confiscated my phone. The cashier's negligence had left the drill unscanned in my friend's car, but instead of apologizing, the staff chose to harass and intimidate me. Im under stress since 31 December 2024They took photos of me and my personal information without my permission also the security guard from his private phone took photos of my sensitive informations. I was humiliated and threatened, and my multiple requests to call the police were ignored .they kept me 1 hour , I explained to them I m a contractor I spend a ton of money at home depot never I had any problem but they ignore they discriminate because English is my second language .To make matters worse, a woman standing outside the door yelled at me, saying "Can he be quiet? His voice is annoying me. Can he stop? His voice is bothering me. I dont like hearing him talk. Can he stop talking NOW?" Her unprofessional behavior added to the chaos.When I asked for her name, I was told "You don't need to know her name." It's appalling that Home Depot employees feel empowered to mistreat customers without accountability.This was my original review . Unfortunately, instead of addressing customer complaints, they create traps and **** down those who complained. No spare, tire service rep. ** out of *******, had no clue where I was on the interstate, three hours later truck that was sent the wrong location showed up, no tire available till the morning, I found an available tire at another shop. 1 starI ordered a digital gift card from the website and have yet to receive the digital gift card. My complaint is that it is advertised as receiving the digital card within 1 hour and it has been 24 hours currently. When I called to check on the order I was told it takes up to 24 hours to receive it and to call back after 24 hours. Why is it advertised as less than 1 hour if it is really up to 24 hours as stated by the representative who said they cant help until after 24 hours. This is very upsetting.The Home Depot

1 starI feel your pain ***** S Home Depot could not follow ****** map to deliver oven. Took off work to meet them and talked to them who stated they could not locate house in a very small town. I cancelled order after telling me they could not deliver since they could not locate house. I ordered from LOWES who could find the house and delivered the oven. I had the oven order cancelled with Home Depot and yet it is still on card trying to collect for it which I did not receive product. I am remodeling a mobile home and will need card for supplies but extra 800 to 900 charges for nothing are crazy... Help Thanks ******* MThe Home Depot

1 starUnprofessional, Arrogant, and Completely Disrespectful Attitude On February 25, 2025, I purchased materials online for my front yard project and chose home delivery. After completing the payment, the system showed that the delivery would arrive on February 27. On that day, I called the store twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon to confirm the delivery time, and each time, I was assured that the delivery would proceed as scheduled. However, by 9 PM that evening, I had still not received my order.The next day, I went to the store to inquire about the issue and was informed that there was a system error. The earliest available delivery time would be in five days. Given this delay, I requested to use the stores rental truck service. After discussing with the on-duty manager, it was agreed that the store would cover the rental costs.However, when I returned the truck that evening, the on-duty manager, Orshee, informed me that the store would only cover the first 75 minutes of rental, and I would need to pay for the remaining time myself.If the store had clearly stated from the beginning that the truck rental was charged by the minute, why did they repeatedly assure me that all costs would be covered? Additionally, unloading an entire pallet of bricks, sand, and stones without professional lifting equipment takes extra time. If the store had considered these factors, shouldnt they have explained the rental time policy in advance?I am extremely dissatisfied with this stores delivery system. Moreover, I find the arrogant attitude of the management deeply disappointing. As a customer, I made all the necessary arrangements to complete my project, but due to the stores mistakes, I suffered unnecessary losses. Instead of providing appropriate compensation, they chose to shift the blame. I fail to understand how a business can operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction.The Home Depot
