      I purchased a large order for a shed build on a Monday at the *********** ** store to be delivered to my home. The order was scheduled to be at my house 4 days later on a Friday. I received a call on Wednesday that the order was going to be split between 3 store locations and with the first delivery being Friday and the remaining 2 on Saturday. I received my Friday delivery and only 1 delivery Saturday. My last order from the Rochester Home Depot didnt show. I called the store and they told me the soonest delivery would be Wednesday. Its bad enough I had to call, but waiting almost a week and a half to complete my order is ridiculous. According to the Rochester HD a truck driver didnt show, so now I get bumped to next available slot.HD shows me again how unprofessional of a company they are.

      I went to return over some guttering to my local Home Depot which was purchased on my HOME DEPOT CARD and they told me that they could not allow a return because their THIRD PARTY return system would not let them authorize it. As a home owner I have spent nearly $100,000 at this particular Home Depot and I cannot believe they wouldn't let me return my items just because it has been too long. Because of this I will no longer spend anymore of my money at Home Depot and will drive the extra 10 minutes it takes to get to the Lowes Home Improvement instead.

      We drove hours away to buy a generator after hurricane ***. We drove all the way back home and the stupid Ryobi generator didnt even work, just pulled the string and it stayed out. We then go to a local Home Depot when it opens back up and they would not give us refund but would exchange it. We exchange it and get home and this one just starts pouring gas all over the floor when you try to start it. We then go to **** and purchase a generac generator that worked perfectly. We tried returning the Ryobi again today now that stores have their computers system working. They will not let us return this $900+ broken item they sold us that had never worked and was actually the second broken one. Never shopping at Home Depot again.

      I ordered a tub online for almost six hundred on October 3rd 2022 and and was told it would be delivered to my residence on the 11th as of the 13th I had not received my order nor had I received any calls or emails or texts about the order and home Depots own tracking system still showed it was due to arrive the 11th I called customer ********************** and they told me it had been shipped and they couldn't tell me when it would arrive or where it was ??? The next morning I called and was told their system was down and they couldn't help me and I may want to contact the shipping company directly but would not give me any contact info for the company I had to look it up using ******* at that point new Penn shipping only told me they did not know where it was either and to get back in contact with home Depot. I have yet to receive my order or be refunded an still can't get any answers.

      I have been waiting on the Peru, ** Home Depot to install a refrigerator that they dropped off in my garage for over 3 weeks now. The day they dropped it off they said they would be back to install it because it was one guy alone and he couldn't bring it into the house by himself. Since then, they keep making appointments and not showing up. I've had 4 different days taken off work for their appointments and the excuses are nothing but lies. They are going to be there, someone is sick, their trucks forgot and went home for the day, they just no show every time and it's ridiculous. At this point, I'd like my money back and I'll buy a refrigerator from a company that has any sort of customer ********************** but since it's sitting in my garage they think I should bring it to them even though I didn't put it there. I've spent hours on hold with both the local store and the corporate call center and have been able to reach no one who has any intelligence or abilities to solve the issue they caused. Today I finally asked if someone from the store can at least come do it and was told they can't because they are doing inventory. Meanwhile, I'm here with no working refrigerator and ZERO help from anyone.

      Purchased carpet from HD and installer came with the wrong carpet. 2 wks later they showed up with the right carpet, but not enough to complete job. Bedroom was pieces together with 4 pieces. I was not given the option to buy a 15 ft roll that would have cover floor with no seams. ******** care was horrible, inexperienced agent could not resolve. Horrible process and customer has to fix. I hired them to do a job and I have spent hours trying to get it right. Its still not right. Highly recommend not to use box store for this type of work. Its not their specialty and HD runs it through to many contractors. The same as cash promotion is not worth the trouble. Stay away!

      Home Depot water testing solicitation is extremely misleading. I was approached in store to answer a few generic questions about Home Depot. I asked what for and I was told they just wanted know what I thought of the store. They told me someone would call me to verify my answers and that I would receive a gift card. I asked were they soliciting for anything, they stated NO! I received the call and they asked about the answers to the five questions that were asked. I said they were correct. Then they proceeded to inform me that I can choose one of two gifts for taking the survey. One was a $20 gift card and one was a, in home, water test. I told them that I did not need the water test because I just had mine done by another company. She proceeded to tell me that I don't get the $20 gift card unless I agree to the water test. I told her that Home Depot personnel should not lie. It is not about the $20 gift card this complaint is about the dishonesty of the staff at Home Depot. There is a Lowes across the street, which we use as well, but based on the character of these staff members makes me hesitant to use Home Depot due to lack of trust.

      Sold my washer and dryer to someone else!! Now it is backordered and I have to wait a month. Zero customer support through process. I had to initiate all phone calls about where my washer was. Ridiculous. Dont ever waste your time going into a Home Depot store again.

      the washer and dryer shopping experience was ok, I knew what I wanted beforehand so it was an easy process, the delivery on the other hand:had to reschedule it 6 times 1st the delivery team did not want to take the old machines because they had no space, if you are dropping something and picking up the same you have the space 2nd the machines were damaged when they arrived 3rd they only delivered the dryer because the brand I purchase had no washer replacement so they issued a refund, and I had to purchase the washer again 4th they schedule to deliver in the middle of a hurricane even though I warned them 5th the delivery team, again, refuse to take the old machine away, something I pay for 6th delivery completed this was a frustrating experience, I purchase the appliance because the one I had were giving problems, and I did not want them to die on me, it nearly did, it took 7 to 8 weeks to deliver and the stress it added to my days was not welcome
