      I would do -5 stars if possible. I placed an order on 3/26/25 and was delivered at 9am the next day. I paid $79 for the delivery of my order of gypsum board in the distance of 2.5 miles from the Home Depot location to my house because my truck was on the shop. I left an instruction for it to be delivered in the alley as it is faster and closer to the garage than in front of the house where there are cars parked in the curb and it would be easier for all of us and it was also about to rain and they left it leaning against the planter by the window. I asked them if they could unload it in the alley since they just started and the 1 of the guys said " but we already unloaded it. NEVER DO A DELIVERY WITH THIS BRANCH, THEIR SERVICE S*CKS ***** WITH THESE **********

      The Home Depot was contracted with to install a kitchen in my home before April 2023 and was now recently completed. This project went on for years longer than originally contracted with. They lost my original contract and all my blueprints and set up was erased due to employee turnover that meant several downgrades from my original plan. I bought appliances and couldnt return them. The communication was lacking, they spoke with the wrong people which lead to approvals without my knowledge and were not what I wanted. At several appointments, they showed up without the proper materials which lead to delays and last-minute cancellations. The measurements were not right in several areas. They made several promises that they did not deliver on and were rude. The final product was lacking including a chip in my counter, not all cabinets had restraints, drawings that did not match, my oven was not flush with the cabinets, there were several gaps and exposed wires that they did eventually fix, I did not get a dishwasher as I originally requested, etc. They were not careful with moving my appliances also that lead to scratches in my floor. They didnt use proper tarps when sawing and the sawdust clogged up my AC causing it to break and had to be replaced and stay in a motel. It damaged my water tank. There were bad chemical smells. The flooring was undone and had a lot of issues because the measurements were off. I did not get the dream kitchen I wanted and its very heartbreaking. There are still repairs I have to get done from another provider, so Im still dealing with this even though Home Depot is done.I lost out on many family events, had to deal with the stress and difficulties from not having a kitchen including more out of pocket expenses. I am very unhappy with how this contract was dealt with and the Home Depots treatment of their customers and ******************** as a whole. This has been an ordeal and I would not use their services again or recommend to anyone else

      This review is for the customer ********************** I received from Home Depot regarding my order. I purchased 60 bags of raised bed soil mix for $499 plus tax. However, they delivered the wrong product( potting mix), an order that belongs to a different customer, and only sent 30 bags instead of the 60 I ordered. I spent over an hour on the phone, only for the process to become even more complicated. Their proposed solution? Keep the incorrect product and receive a refund for only the 30 missing bagsjust $150. How does that make any mathematical or logical sense? Returning the entire incorrect order was an equally frustrating ordeal. They couldnt provide a clear pickup date or even confirm which third-party service would handle the return. The only reason I would not consider ordering this product again is to avoid dealing with Home Depots incompetence and horrible customer **********************.

      I signed up to have my AC tuned up from Home Depot Sunday March 23, 2025 between 2-6. ***** from rescue rooter came to my home. My AC was working before he came after he left the ** was not blowing he said I had to replace my AC for 10 to 15 thousand dollars. My AC use rs55 and that ***** isnt sold anymore and it is too expensive to get. Then he said you could lose your license if someone has to refill my AC. Scare tactics unbelievable and now my AC isnt blowing at all. It worked fine before he came. All for the good old prime of $29.99 they were going to bill me! Unreal there must be something that can be done about this!

      (STERLING STORE+ 48 in. x 34 in. Single Threshold Center Drain Shower Base with Shower Walls and 12- Piece Accessory Kit in White.I would be happy to give you each of the 3 order numbers. All conversations were recorded.)I recently purchased a shower insert from Home Depot see above, and arranged for a plumber to install it. However, when the plumber began the installation, he discovered that a crucial part of the insert was missing, and he couldnt complete the job. We immediately contacted Home Depot, and they told us that in order to receive the missing part, we would have to purchase an entirely new insert for $988. Only after paying for the second unit would we receive the missing piece. They also mentioned that we would have to return the original unit to be ************* this point, the plumber had already installed the shower pan, which meant we would be out $150 for the plumbers visit and $300 for the installation of the shower pan. On top of that, the $988 charge to our credit card would result in additional interest costs. With no other option, we agreed to return the first unit, reorder it, pay a second time, and schedule another plumber *********, the plumber is back at my house to install the second unitand once again, there is an issue. This time the back piece is cracked.. According to Home Depot, this means well have to go through the same process again: pay a third time for the same insert, incur more interest on the credit card, and pay the plumber for another visit. You guessed it, the third order came in cracked and now we had to purchase once again a fourth unit. We have complained to home depot, their headquarters and the vendor, but no one cares!!!!!!!So do NOT buy anything from Home Depot!!!!

      If I could grade a zero I would...DONT EVER order from home depot for delivery, the 1st was shorting me 2 lights which were inexpensive and things happen. The 2nd problem I ordered vinyl plank flooring waited all day kept getting texts saying it was coming 2 stops away then update said not delivered, I called them they said the product was never put on truck and waiting to be unloaded at warehouse, had contractor there. 3rd and last was today when they delivered my beams to an address in ********* (I'm 30 minutes from *********) Morale of all this is DONT trust home depot. So now I have to go through the trouble of finding them elsewhere.

      Stay away from Home Depot Home Services like door, window, kitchen installations. They are more than a nightmare. They are so bad that they will ruin your health. I have never witnessed such lack of caring and ineptitude in my life. After 6 months of being played, I am now going to cancel and start all over. Just stay away at all costs.

      I purchased a ******* Bespoke refrigerator from Home Depot which the sales person said that I could replace the glass colored panels. Unfortunately, ******* discontinued making the replacement colored panels, but they did not notify the sales people at Home Depot. ******* and Home Depot were effectively engaged in a false advertisement. It's important to know that one point in time that both ******* and Home Depot were selling the Bespoke refrigerator with 12 different colored panels. My neighbor bought one with yellow, green and while glass panels. Worse yet, there are no panels available to replace a glass colored panel if damaged. I felt it important for people to be aware of this situation.

      Where do I begin? I saw online they had a demolition hammer on clearance, and I'm currently doing my fencing and would have loved to have one. I went to the store and went up to the associate in that aisle, and he said one of the workers just took it to the pro desk because it was committed to another buyer. Went over and saw two of them, they said they couldn't sell it because someone else was buying it. Another employee told me they cant do that at customer service and if i see it and doesn't have a sticker on it i can take it.
      Nevertheless, I take one, and as I'm about to check out, this lady who works there grabs it while it's in my hands, snatches it, and says what I did was theft. I kindly told her that no one paid for it and that I was not stealing as I was going to pay the full price. She and four other workers gang up on me, saying that I'm lying and stealing. I discussed the situation, saying it is wrong of them to hold items for anyone like that. I decide to leave as i dont want to cause a commotion and as I'm leaving the lady runs up to me and says she took a photo of me and will be making sure i never return to this home depot and she will be informing her manager. ALL of this BECAUSE i was trying ti purchase a item legally that was in store. I felt attacked, especially physically, as she snatched it out of my hand and emotionally as they all ganged up on me. Every single employee was ****, **********, and very ********* to me. All I wanted to do was purchase an item that Home Depot put at a reasonable price, and I left the store in such horror. I'm a pro and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars, and my family and partners have spent well into the six figures. This is something I didn't expect to be treated like this.
