      I went to the location on ************ in *******. I went there just to get a price adjustment. There was a woman in front of me and two people behind me. The woman at customer ********************** asked the woman ahead of me and the two people behind me what they were coming in for but not me. There was only one person on the register, and she was not. The man behind me went to another register and the woman behind me she instructed to go on the other side and that she will be next. The guy at the register told me to step forward because I rightfully the next person in line. The lady that was initially at customer ********************** returns and started yelling and said why is she still in line she has an online pickup order. The guy the was helping me was very calm and continue to help me with my transaction. She then started yelling about a box that was in the customer ********************** area. They guy again calmly said I don't know what you are talking about. She then proceeded to help the lady she tried to put ahead of me and started making snarky remarks about why the guy didn't help this lady before me. My transaction only took a minute and as it turns out the lady had other questions and issues besides her online pickup order. I really could not understand why she would allow this lady to go ahead of me when she would have been next in line anyway. This is one of many reasons why I had stopped going to Home Depot because of the nasty people that work there. The guy that helped me was absolutely excellent, the other person needs to work on her attitude.

      Delivered a new appliance. Employee let them in to drop off then they left. Didnt finish stripping the appliance down and move the anti tip tag to top of stove to cover handle. Im in there a week later to turn the unit, start stripping the tape and card board and plastic off the handle. The handle is smashed and scrapped in the middle, Home Depot wont let me talk to the delivery people, and will not assist or remedy the situation as they have a 2 day policy. Staff is rude and disrespectful, and there delivery information is a lie they do not inspect for damages after delivery they maliciously try and hide them and home you dont see it in time.

      We are paying forever vynil windows we ordered with instalation. It is about ***** but product and installation was traumatic. Windows are falling on our heads time to time and installation company was hiring non English speaking unprofessional workers we are not even sure they had permission to work. Company damaged our walls and basically everyone from a person signing contract to a manager are taking money for very bad service. Shame and scam.

      Ordered a Whirlpool Washing Machine online from Home Depot. After waiting a week for installation, the delivery person refused to install and offered a drop shipment notwithstanding my payment for an installation. No relief from telephone call that was with a Home Depot customer representative to resolve the issue. Accordingly, Home Depot did comply with their purchase obligations and the shipment was returned. Reordered with ****** for the same price and with a very satisfied professional installation. Not dealing with Home Depot ever again! Valuable ******

      My husband and I were looking at doors and appliances at Home Depot in ***********. I'd put down my wallet and lost it in the store, but this store team was great and quickly located my wallet. They even verified my driver's license matched. **** ***** ******* and ******* were super helpful... and have my sincere thanks!! No one would take a tip so hopefully this 5-Star review helps generate a bonus for them.

      Really bad service online and really bad delivery timing. I order a table a week ago and now they want me to wait another week so I can put a complaint and they haven't send it yet. I would never again buy something from them.

      The Home Depot, ****************************************************************** On Monday I went to Home Depot to pre-review two bathtub shower doors with the bathroom order dept person. On Tuesday I returned with cash to order the shower doors, but the person who takes the orders was out, and I was informed that there was no one else to take my order & told to come back on Wednesday. On Wednesday I returned again to make my order, but now the person I needed was busy doing something in the back of the store and couldn't help me, even after requesting the person to return to the help desk. Then, another person tried to help but said what I wanted was now unavailable. No one there on-site is trained on helping customers with special orders! I left completely frustrated and drove directly to Lowes hoping I would find what was needed. ***** not only had what I wanted IN-STORE, but $75 cheaper per unit ($150 total) and a better product from the *************** I'll never use Home Depot again for special ordering.

      After reviewing my current balance on my Home Depot credit card, I noticed that the promotional "no interest" period had ended. My original balance was reduced and paid down from approximately $5400.00 to $3,683.96 on my card. However, an additional $3,361.56 in INTEREST was applied after the "no interest" promotion was over. This is 59% interest charge! My interest rate on this card is nowhere near that high, and this charge is excessive.The company NEVER DISCLOSED THE INTEREST RATE WOULD BE AMPLIFIED TO 59% .THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. I am very angry and frustrated about this price gouging. Unacceptable.

      Im incredibly disappointed with my recent experience ordering a cabinet from Home Depot. The cabinet arrived with noticeable damageincluding chipped and dented areaswhich was unacceptable given that it was a brand-new ******* make matters worse, Im on a tight schedule with my countertop installation set for just two days after delivery, which left me with limited options. When I contacted Home Depots customer **********************, I expected a more reasonable resolution. While I appreciate the agents willingness to help, the initial offer of a 10% discount for keeping a visibly damaged cabinet was far below industry standards. After some negotiation, they increased it to 15%, but considering the damage, inconvenience, and the fact that Im now left with a compromised product, this still feels inadequate.A replacement was offered, but due to the timeline, that wasnt a viable solution without delaying my projectsomething I couldnt afford. I expected better quality control from a company like Home Depot and a fairer resolution given the circumstances.Whats more disappointing is that Ive always believed Home Depot to be a strong supporter of the veteran community, but this experience has made me question that. ***** seems to do a much better job supporting veterans while also delivering a higher standard of customer *************************** experience has left me questioning whether I can rely on Home Depot for future purchases, especially for large home improvement projects. I sincerely hope they improve their quality assurance and offer more reasonable compensation when issues like this arise.
