      I went to Home Depot last week shopping for some paint. So I reach for a paint can to read the instructions on it as I tilt the can it poured all over my paints and boots. No one in that department help me at all they completely ignored me. I had to walk up front to get some help and that when I ask to speak to a manager. ********************* is the manager I spoke to he act like it was my fault he asked me did you notice the lid was not on all the way. Then he took my information and told me someone would call. I'm still waiting I just want Someone to take some kind of responsibility but I guess that doesn't exist at Home Depot in ******** **.

      I ordered custom bathroom vanities that have now been sitting in my garage for 3 months, I have been given 2 installation dates the last one was cancelled 2 days before and now I need to wait for a new installation date and they are saying it will be about 2 months at the earliest.I say WTF!!! How can this be okay?? I would give NO stars if that was a option

      Terrible delivery service!! I was getting a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer delivered. They actually pull up to my driveway, I can see them. Then my phone rings, it's the manager back at the office and he's telling me that the delivery guys will have to reschedule because they don't want to deliver in the snow. They want to reschedule for 6 days later..........WTF!! I had family arriving that night for 10 days, I needed the appliances latest, that day! They weren't even willing to work with me, they just drive off! We were completely at their mercy. Nothing to do about it. It's so unfair and utter BS! All because the delivery guys were big Kitty's! Pitiful!

      Purchased a washer at home depot and within a year it flooded my home. I did purchase extended warranty and was told they could not do anything about it. Told me to call g.e and am still waiting 5 months later. Never again. What a rip off.

      I wish I could give this company 0 star review. I live in a 1950's home that I hired Home Depot to install windows. Let me start with DO NOT hire them the contractors they sent barely spoke English and were young kids. My house needed asbestos due to the original windows and this was not completed. The guys shattered the windows and went all over the yard due to NO tarps laid out in-case this happened, let me add I have been picking up glass since June when they were installed. The trim that was put up had green paint on it and certain ones didn't match, the chaulking was HORRIBLE, the ledge on the inside of the windows were butchered that they all had to be replaced, they ripped the trim on the outside off instead of cutting around the window, it was so bad that I had to go to higginbothams and purchase Zip tap to cover the cracks because the rain was going inside the house!! They had to send another crew to come out and fix all the issues and they did such a sloppy job they had to come back 3 times. I had to fight with them to give me a discount due to everything that had happened. They have the worst contractors and employees that handle this department and NOW I'm having to call and get my loan fixed bc instead of putting 24 months interest free from the date of install which was June 2022 as agreed they did 12 months from the time of the meeting in November and charged me $2300. Don't waste your time or money!!!

      Ordered new ** washer and wanted old riser( **) to be put underneath new washer. Delivery people couldn't even understand English or speak it. Threw the old riser onto the porch after my wife followed them to their truck. Rescheduled delivery and they said delivery was attempted albeit nobody ever showed up even after they said they would be here in 20/15 minutes. Knotty pine had deep scratches as well as my laminate floors. All they ever said to my wife was " not my work." Even called here a w**** in Spanish.( My wife understands a few words as she lived in ***** some time ago. Third attempt same thing. Riser still on the porch where they threw it and it's snowing and rain her in ********. Called again and now the 4th attempt to get them to fix the problem. Also, they even hooked up the water hosed wrong. Hot to cold and cold to hot. Mistake? I think not! Home Depot has some serious delivery issues. My advise is to not purchase anything you need for delivery from this business.

      My order number is WB29056988. I have waited 2 weeks for my furniture delivery which I paid nearly 809 dollars for. Now the store tells me the delivery was lost. How do you lose furniture? I want the furniture I have been for so I can use my porch during the cooler months. Home Depot needs to respect my business and rush order it.

      Home Depot is a scam and not helpful. Purchased a ******* microwave from Home Depot for my parents, they sold me a microwave that dont work. Made the purchase on 10/27 it was delivered on 11/2 with no installation, while receiving the microwave they just did a quick look at it and thats it. I get to my parents house to install it I find out the microwave dont work ( it does not start ). I go back to Home Depot, they said we cant help, and said the ******* warranty has to take care of it, ******* claimed its a delivery damage and Home Depot cant refund it because they are not able to get their money from *******. Invoice # H6214-20114. Again the worst help and customer ********************** at Home **********************.

      We ordered 74 cases of tiles from Home Depot ********* store (**) (5 different types of tiles) in August with a delivery service. The tile showed up unannounced (mid September) (no heads up at all) on the job site, right before I had to fly out internationally for 2 months. The tiles were wrapped in plastics tightly (couldn't see what's inside) and delivery people claimed all the tiles were there. We blindly trusted them since we trust Home Depot service and we were ******* to go to airport. Who would think there were actually only 12 boxes in the wrapped plastics and 62 cases of tiles were missing here? After we are back from the trip (November), we opened the plastic wraps immediately, only 12 boxes of black tiles were there, the rest of 62 boxes of tiles are missing. That's a huge difference. We called home depot Watertown people, they initially claimed that their system was upgraded recently, couldn't locate the order. After a week of waiting, they said the order delivery was handled by *******************************, told ** to contact them instead. After numerous hours of holding and being switched from one desk to another desk, no one want to talk to us, ********** store refused to do anything about it. They said based on their system the order was fully delivered (except a few missing box of black time), they said it's our fault not come sooner and told us to rebuy all the tiles. I agree I should have checked the delivery immediately, but it was dropped off on site unannounced on the day I need to fly out internationally. The delivery team claim everything were there, so we trusted them. Who would thought someone made that big of mistake, delivered only 12 cases of tiles, but claimed74 cases of tiles were delivered. Now it made me no choice to rebuy all the tiles. This is so frustrating. I never would thought Home Depot delivery service is this unreliable. So disappointing. I would not buy anything here anymore.

      No delivery, no answer, no solution. Today is 11/14/22, on 6/25/22 I ordered a refrigerator with a delivery date of 7/2/22. They said they had others in front of me and I should call back after summer was over. I waited patiently and now in October Im calling and they say is a different problem with ******** To wait for ******* 24 hours to call me back, never called. I keep calling Home Depot to see how could i get my refrigerator. The only reason i never canceled is because i got a good deal. But 4 months did it. Never again. And this is not the first time. At this moment I got two out of three windows i ordered.
