      A week before Thanksgiving I went shopping for appliances. I live in an apartment building and I Mention several times that there are specific hours and days when delivery can be made. They assured me that they would indeed arrive at the hours and days I mentioned. Of course, 2 days before Thanksgiving I receive a message about the delivery and the hours that it is not possible to make a delivery at all!, I call the service center where they say that they will write to the carrier that it is not possible to carry out the delivery during the hours I received. On the day of the move, exactly 3 hours before the building closes the option to me, I call the service center again and they assure me that the movers will arrive before the building no longer allows it. Half an hour before I can no longer receive the products, they admit that they will not arrive at the time I requested. The audacity to ruin the holiday for my family and I is just crazy. I completely canceled the order, my holiday was ruined and we had to spend it somewhere else. DO NOT BUY FORM HOME DEPOT!!!!! They don't care about their customers!!!!

      Hoping this review will wake up H.D Just horrible service & the blame has been pushed onto another " Tough Shed" since October! Fed up with phone calls while at work to sign final satisfaction Docs to release funds, when H.D is sitting on our credit. Not happening! Received e-mails non stop to call with listed phone # and counting 5 C.S. come up with some lame/ created excuses! Here's your CASE# ********! Next step, BBB? Please figure it out & train your employees! None will take any responsibility

      Will hold money from debit card return for up to 2 weeks. Ridiculous. You people are thieves. I should get apr on that if you holding that long. Go to Lowes I always get instant refund return on my card whenever I need.

      DO NOT HIRE HOME DEPOT!I made the mistake of doing a kitchen remodel with Home Depot and it is a complete ONGOING nightmare. The contract started in March 2022, the contractors didnt show up until July (theres a whole back and forth about that. They set a date and no showed twice.) The contractors that showed up were a ***************** and his girlfriend he was teaching. They were a s*** show all their own but Home Depot did not send them with all the pieces to the kitchen! I have only a few cabinet doors, the lower cabinets and pantry unit are completely open and I have broken drawers still. Pieces of the top cabinets have fallen off because they were just wedged into place?! These contractors left a bunch of edging and told us we could do it?! I have called multiple times to find out when the project will be completed and ** told someone will get back to me. Here we are in November 2022 with no word. The most recent catastrophe happened last night. Apparently when the contractor pushed the fridge back into place in July one of the wheels ran over the water line to the ice maker. We didnt know until today because the line finally burst OVERNIGHT and flooded my kitchen!! We have brand new floors that are now ruined because of cheap contractors Home Depot likes to hire. I have also made two change orders before the work even started, meaning I changed the plan of the kitchen which was money back to the loan. Those change orders have yet to update to the loan so I am paying interest on over $800 erroneously. I have called dozens of times to get the loan fixed. *********, owner of the loan, says Home Depot has to fix it on their end. Nothing is being fixed. This whole experience is devastating. Do not use Home Depot for any home improvements.

      I have been a Home Depot customer for many years. August , 2022 I was a victim of fraud. Someone used my HD credit card information to purchase items. I never let anyone use my credit cards. HD charged me $417.85. I received a letter from HD stating I my money would be refunded. I have not received my $417.85 refund.

      I DO NOT HAVE A OPINION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. IT IS ABOUT THEIR CREDIT**** OFFER. I WENT THERE TO PURCHASE A GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE CASHIER ASKED ME IF I HAD THEIR CREDIT ****, I SAID NO SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ME A TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR DISCOUNT IF I APPLIED FOR ONE. SO I DID. THEN I DISCOVERED THAT IT COST ME NINE POINTS OFF MY CREDIT RECORD BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY CHECKED IT. WELL THE CREDIT **** OFFERS ME NOT MUCH, EXCEPT A LITTLE MORE TIME TO RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS. IF YOU DO NOT PAY IN FULL EACH MONTH THEY CHARGE AROUND THIRTY PER CENT INTEREST. YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING A **** OR MASTER****. I SURE MESSED UP BY FALLING FOR THEIR SPEIL I GOT THE **** AND DISTROYED IT AND HOPING MY CREDIT RATING WILL CLIMB BACK UP. JUST SAYING FORGET THAT HOME DEPOT CREDIT ****. IT IS NOT A GOOD THING. HIGH INTEREST ETC. GETS YOU ON THEIR MAILING LIST THAT IS ALL IN COCLUSION JUST SAY NO TO THEIR CREDIT ****

      Should be ZERO STARS!!! We ordered a microwave online - the dimensions listed online were WRONG. When they came to install the microwave, it didn't fit. The installers REFUSED to take it back and said by making a note on the delivery invoice, we could return it. That was a LIE! Home Depot will not take it back. NEVER SHOP THERE!

      Honestly, I have been doing a kitchen remodel since FEBRUARY and it still isn't done. A manager came out and did a punch list with me before the counter top install and after my old countertop was removed more issues with the cabinet refacing were revealed. Almost $30k for cabinets, counter and appliances and now his email is bouncing and I can't get anyone to email me back. It will be a year at this rate before everything is finished in my TINY 8 ft x 8 ft kitchen. I went the better part of this year without a RANGE. Had to use a hot plate. Wish I had seen these reviews sooner but I trusted Home Depot. Never in a million years occurred to me I would have an experience like this. If i can't get response from them I'm engaging my attorney. Two items I ordered for the cabinets still haven't been installed, there are ragged edges on the cabinets, appliances installed wrong and my wood floors are totally scratched up.

      We ordered new kitchen cabinets 6/7/22 and countertops 6/7/22. During this process we had to have private contractors raise a ceiling and move a wall. That part went by accordingly. We get the cabinets 10/5/22 someone shows up says the wrong cabinet size has been ordered and one will not fit. So we are waiting on a reorder received cabinetry on 11/9/22. And I was quoted an install date of 1/17/2023. I have managed to get at least an earlier date of 12/27/22. And now we still have wait for the countertop templates and then cutting and install. Then the Flooring install after. We are looking at a 10 to 11 month kitchen renovation. And customer ********************** has failed to try and make any resolution or compensation for the time loss and money we are spending to feed a family doing take out. When we were promised this would be done before Thanksgiving or Christmas.
