1 starI purchased a Dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. I chose only to have my dishwasher installed and I would do the rest. Upon arrival a part that was needed to install the dishwasher was not added and it could not be installed. After informing me they did not have the part to be installed, the driver also informed me that I paid for warranties on all my appliances and if I install the refrigerator and stove myself my warranty would be voided. So I asked if they were going to retrieve the parts needed and install and also charge for the installs on the others so my warranty would not be voided. I worked it out with the store and made the additional purchases only to be told that they would not be able to install my items for 3 more days. So now I'm stuck with a living room full of appliances and the person who I was giving my old appliances to has to drive 2.5 hours home and hope he has the time to pick them up on the new install date. This is a huge inconvenience, they say they have no delivery trucks available when all they need is an installer to bring parts in a car and connect my things, no heavy appliances that would require a truck. I am so disappointed at this point that I just want them to become get this stuff and refund me. If I spent over ******************************************************************************************************************** the warranty is void.The Home Depot

1 starAppliance delivery is exceptionally terrible. No shows, no calls, multiple reschedule dates with no appliances. They use third party - unprofessional and incompetent. No ability or escalate.The Home Depot

1 starWe had a floating floor put in on 4-2021. I was put all the way up to the door jam and chaucked. We loved it. We had a Cat 3 flood damage. We had to pull up the floor completely and cut the drywall up 3 feet and move out. We went to home depot and purchased the exact same floor by ****. They did not do the exact same installation and put a transition piece at the front door and the back door. It is Not the same way it was installed by USIG the 1st time. So, buyers PLEASE BEWARE OF BUYING A FLOOR FROM HOME DEPOT AS LONG AS THEY HAVE USIG INSTALL IT. I know a guy that does great work that would have installed a perfect floor for $1500.00 on **** square. ft. area. I wrote to the **** and he offered "World Class Customer Satisfaction". I did NOT get that. So, the **** is a lier. *****, Regional Manager *************************, he also doesn't care about "World Class Customer Satisfaction" either. Neither does **************************The point is I will never step foot in another home depot store ever again. Nothing but a bunch of executive lies. I would rather go to Ace Hardware or ******. ****** always has better looking stuff than home depot anyway. I will continue to post on goggle, yelp and every social platform that I can find.I wish I could send you the pics that I have that shows how BAD the floor looks.I DONT AGREE WITH THERE "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" and I'm not happy with it and I don't agree with it.If USIG put in the 1st floating floor all the way up to the door jam. They can put the 2nd floor in all the way to the floor jam. That is what the **** should have made them do. To make us satisfied. Again, buyers beware when it comes to purchasing flooring from home depot. Go to USIG on ****** and Yelp reviews first and see there reviews. It is all 1 star. They are horrible and they make home depot look horrible. Home Depot will do nothing to help you.Both home depot and USIG is FULL OF CORPORATE GREED. They don't care about the customer at all.The Home Depot

1 starI went to the ****** @ ****************************************** to buy a new countertop for my kitchen. The whole purchasing experience was annoying, the employee rushed me and I had to ask him three times to run a coupon to see if it would work with the countertop. He kept saying he didn't "think" it would work but when he finally agreed to check, it did work. I felt like a burden the whole order, then I was told the whole process would take a few weeks. I ordered this early October and just now got the countertop installed. I have been without a home for almost three months since the whole kitchen was tore apart waiting on Home Depot. The third party countertop company was waiting for Home Depot to delivery the material for them to cut and install. I was told the material was in stock and readily available when I purchased this but then I had to wait almost three months for it to be in stock. I sent in several complaints to Home Depot before somebody finally called me back. I was told that they would get the material over to the coutnertop company and they would call me back each day until it was installed. I never heard back from them. At the time of the purchase, I was also told that they over estimated the cost of the material and I would probably be refunded or charged more if they underestimated. Nobody every reached out to me to tell me anything about this. Home Depot never apologized or offered any discount on this purchase, or even a simple coupon. They just said there was a processing error on the material. Thanks for making what should of been an exciting renovation, the most miserable time of the year for me. I recommend everybody to shop elsewhere so they don't have to suffer from this company's lack of effort.The Home Depot

1 starI currently have a large renovation job underway at my residence. The only reason I used Home Depot is because my contractor has been dealing with your store and I thought it would help logistically with this project.Big Mistake!!I have never experienced such **** poor logistical and communication for service in my adult life. Incorrect scheduling information, canceling orders without notifying the customer, no communication between the store departments on orders and products, bad deliveries and drivers causing property damage, the list goes on and on! *** spent entirely too much money for this type service. I wont even discuss the lumber that was sent to my contractors.Im being told its the vendors fault. No its Home Depots fault! You are the name brand where Im shopping. Its your responsibility to get things right and provide good customer **********************. If I wanted to shop from an individual vendor I would have gone there. Its Your Store, Your Brand and Your Fault where the buck stops.Ive heard the same complaints from other customers and your delivery vendors. Work on your logistics and find the proper software to properly track your customers request for service and purchases. 2 starsJust a warning to other folks shopping for appliances and finding Home Depots offers convincing. Dont. 1) Their information on stock availability and delivery estimate is meaningless. Youd think that if it says in stock and gives you delivery estimate 7 days apart - it means they actually have the appliance in stock. it does not. 2) they charge your credit card right away, regardless of whether they have the appliance on hands. And you can wait for your delivery long, long time 3) they only give you **************************** fact, when you order appliance they label it as non-returnable so I guess even 48 hours return window is not guaranteed 4) their delivery is outsourced to 3rd party vendor and there is a disconnect between such vendors system and HDs system. Once original delivery window is missed (and they chances are it will be missed) - there is no way to tell if/when they deliver it. It seems that either warehouse or vendor shipping is quite ungentle with the appliance. It can come damaged. Now, my story. I ordered two pieces of big appliance (washer and dryer) on 11/24. Order WB31148784. Card was charged 11/25z the appliance was sold as in stock to be delivered on 12/02 . 12/01 I got robo call confirming the delivery is tomorrow. The next day - nothing. Later *** getting we missed you message, which was confusing as I was at home all day. The message also promised that somebody will reach out to me in 24 to reschedule. Nobody did. I had to chat with HD customer reps myself. They told me drier came damaged and they couldnt schedule the delivery and it is now scheduled to 12/15 and promised that this time it will be delivered. On 12/14 I asked HD customer rep to confirm - and they did. The next day a delivery team arrived bringing me one damaged drier and no washer. They had no record of the washer in. I rejected the delivery and canceled my order the same day. Now I am waiting for my refund. HD used my $2.5k for almost a month for free.Review fromBronwyn S

1 starWORST COMPANY EVER. I orderd a stove online, and received a confirmation with only a day of delivery, no time range. I reached out proactively to see if there was a time window during the day, so that my husband or I didn't need to take the whole day off from work to receive the stove. I was told very explicitly via a Home Depot chat accessed from their website that I would receive the stove between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. I also left my husband's phone number and was told that the delivery team would call his number when they were 30 min away.NONE OF THIS HAPPENED, and we did not get our stove today.Only I was called, while I was busy at work and unable to take the call until 5 min later. My husband rushed home from work, saw the truck in the driveway as it was pulling out (15 min drive from his work to our house, so NOT the promised 30 min heads up). He begged and pleaded with the driver, who said that because he had "Closed out the order" in his phone, there was nothing that could be done. The driver drove away with our stove, after having been IN OUR DRIVEWAY, talking to my husband IN PERSON.I called Home Depot in *********** and asked for help. I was told that it was a third party contract, and that she couldn't help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could have an appointment with a supervisor in a week. The ** rep also told me that she didn't know what the chat service told people, but that deliveries were always between 6am-8pm, and that I shouldn't have been told something more specific. When I asked again to speak to a supervisor, I was still denied that. NO COMMUNICATION between parties for delivery. NO INTEREST IN CARING FOR CUSTOMERS. And now, my family and I are left without a stove/oven for celebrating Christmas with family this weekend. I am so frustrated, because I tried to be proactive about making SURE that one of us was there at the time we were told.The Home Depot

1 starThis is a terrible place to purchase anything that requires delivery. I have purchased in the last three months a washing machine, electric dryer, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and wine/beverage cooler. After thousands of dollars spent not one of the appliances was delivered as agreed. Every single one was rescheduled from it's original agreed delivery date. One was rescheduled twice and will not be delivered for another month after 3 months of waiting. Attempts to resolve the issue through their customer ********************** were in vain. After delivery of the range they neglected to leave the accompanying manuals and the cooking racks included with the appliance. They also left a 300 amp dryer cord for installation of a range requiring a 500 amp cord, (a fire hazard). The delivery driver was rude and unfriendly. I will no longer spend a dollar in a home depot store again. Buyer beware.The Home Depot

1 starA refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave were delivered to my home. The delivery guys said they needed a plumber and Home Depot will supply one. It would take 24 to 48 hours. They went to install the built-in microwave and took out three screws and began to pull on the microwave and said they could not install the microwave because it was screwed into the wall. they asked me for a step ladder, I dont have one. I got a chair looked in the cabinet and saw there were more screws and I told them. They removed more screws and said we cannot remove the microwave because it is screwed to the wall. I asked them so the person who put this microwave in s**** the microwave in from the back and then put the microwave in? I said that does not make sense. They left the new microwave here inside the box unopened along with the dishwasher still sealed. I called Home Depot ask for a manager was told The manager said to tell her what I wanted before she would speak to me. I did. She then put me on another long hold and all of a sudden I was on the phone with the people from my local Home Depot who told me to call dispatch and gave me the number. I called that number and it was told I cannot speak to dispatch. I told her the problem. she reached out for a more professional team to come and remove the old microwave. But that is outside the 48 hours and if any problems occur or if there is damage to the microwave thats inside of a box in my home that I cant see that I can do nothing about it because it is outside the 48 hours and I told her that makes no sense I cant expect a microwave theres a scratch on, the refrigerator and what if the Home Depot plumber cant install the dishwasher the correct way. I thought they were going to install the built-in microwave the correct way. And what if the new people coming in can install the microwave. Then Im stuck with way over $3000 worth of items. she put me on hold came back to the phone say hello a few times and we were disconnected.The Home Depot

1 starDO NOT shop at HD. HD store is NOT the same as HD local store. When store doesn't have merchandise you order online, they make you jump through repeated hoops before even beginning the process of refunding your money. HD cancelled my order because an item I ordered on line was not available even though they said it was and immediately charged my credit card and took my gift card balance to $0 (from $120). When I went to the store, I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned to my credit card AND when I got my gift card refund I would NOT be able to use it in store-- I could only use it online! And I was told to go home and wait for an email telling me what to do to get my gift card refund. The email told me to go back to the store to receive my refund. And it only gets worse from there. HD corporate customer relations was unreliable and kept insisting there was no supervisor and no one else to talk to!!!The Home Depot
