      I currently bought a washer machine from local store ******* **. The delivery guy broke the cold water faucet valve. I reported to the local store for over a week, Back and forth. Home Depot informed me to get a plumber and they would reimburse me up to 250 dollars but the plumber cost was much more and when I communicated that with Home Depot, they told me that the rest of the money would come out of pocket. I called Home Depot.com and they were helpful. I am waiting on them to see if they can resolve this issue. The ******* ** store was no help at all. If the Home Depot.com dont help I will fill a complaint

      The worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT order an appliance from Home Depot. We paid for delivery and installation of a dishwasher. Home Depot was the only store that guaranteed delivery before Christmas, which was great because I am hosting the Holidays and needed it before then. BIG MISTAKE!! They came with a broken dishwasher and two guys who couldnt install it. Once it was actually installed, the dishwasher leaked water all over my new floors from its broken door. They took it back and gave us a number to call. After over an hour on the phone and wasting an entire day off from work, they told me sorry cant schedule until after the Holidays. I cant even return it because its a panel ready dishwasher. Worst delivery, customer **********************, store ever! Garbage service. Apparently their supervisor wasnt even available to speak with. Never again.

      I bought and paid for a laundry room install in April 2022. Coat was over $2400. The Install in August 2022 was measured completely wrong. I have had very poor response from Hime depot personnel install department. ****************,(the worst install coordinator ) ******************* and ********************* (sales who did wonderful job) are listed on the invoice as my contacts.

      We ordered two new back doors with the blinds in them from Home Depot in June 2022, said they would be delivered and installed in July 2022. July comes, the installer noticed that the doors were the wrong size. He swears that he measured them right, and that whoever ordered them, ordered them wrong. So, another six weeks go by, the new doors come in and they are damaged. So, now they have to order two more doors. Those doors come in and the installer was going to put them in, when my husband noticed there was NO blinds in the door. So now, the installer has to them back store. NO call from anybody about whats going on, we go to the store and talk to a **** and she convinces us that they have some blinds that can be installed on the outside of the glass, were like okay cool. She says they have some in stock that will fit our doors, yay. Here it is now December 2022, the installer comes out installs the doors, and then to find out the blinds are too big for our doors. We wait another week and then not hearing from anyone, I call them. We get a call from ****, now shes trying to figure out how to order them and be on our receipt. Who cares, I just want my blinds. These are not even the original doors that I ordered and have been paying on them since June 2022. I will NEVER order anything that has to be installed by Home Depot again. Shoppers be aware of the store in ********, **. I asked if they could compensate us for all our troubles, they said they would only compensate $200. They should have thrown in a free door or a couple storm doors. -JC

      Purchased a complete kitchen appliance suit on Nov 27th from Home Depot vs. Lowes. Should have known better... Delivery team installed my dishwasher and damaged my cabinets and installed a dishwasher with several parts still sitting on my counter. They refused to install my stove and fridge as they said I should have known it takes 3 vs 2 people to install those appliances. I called several times and had two associates hang up on me as they refused to take the claim. One associate just placed me on hold. Needless to say that I charged back my purchase.Don't purchase anything from Home Depot.

      We don't have any Christmas tree lots where we live. For the past 7 years we have been taking our grandchildren to Home Depot to help us pick a tree. In the past its been a little festive with a background for picture taking and a place to put a piece of your tree with your family name. This year we got to the garden center around 4:50 pm on Friday evening, Dec. 2nd. It was the first weekend after Thanksgiving. We walk in and nobody was around. A few minutes later we heard someone closing the doors where we came in. I went over and asked what was going on and the young person said the garden center was closed. I asked how we were going to get our tree to the truck and he said we would have to carry it through the store. No help was offered at all.We proceeded to pick out a tree while several people came and went because the doors were locked. The person took our tree and cut off the bottom and too many limbs. It didn't look the same any more but we bought it anyway. We asked where was a peice of the tree we could sign and he didn't seem to know about that. He said he had nothing to write with. The whole experience was terrible. It ruined our Christmas experience buying a tree with our grandchildren.Home Depot spends a lot of money on advertising that is simply not true. No family experience!!This was the *********, ** location. Bah hum bug Home Depot!!

      Waited a month longer than I should have just for the delivery to not even show up and home depot can't answer any questions. Will never buy an appliance from home depot again they shouldn't be allowed to sell like this.

      DO not use this business for installation. Buy your product and use a local installer. This business overcharges and there is a lack of regulation on what they charge, not to mention the fees.

      We purchased a brand new refrigerator from Home Depot Online and were delivered a broken fridge, mind you, not before they damaged our house to bring it in. We called customer ********************** and of course they gave us the run around. All we want now is this broken fridge removed from our home. They still have not removed it. We bought a new fridge from Best Buy of all places, they delivered it no problems. Shame on Home Depot.
