      Ordered ** range on 15th based on our local store stating on the site that it was in stock and it will be delivered on the 20th. Received a text on the 19th with a delivery time between 11:30 and 3:30 pm. We both work, so i took the day off and wait. 3:00 pm rolls around and I decide to chat with Home Depot at which time I am told that it will not be delivered until the 22nd! Wait a minute, so after you took my money where the contract stated that it will be delivered on a particular date, the ownership is on me to track the shipment! I said fine. Come the 22nd I decide to double check and guess what?! Apparently ** delivered the range to the warehouse but they cant find to deliver it! And they have no idea where it is?! I am told between ** and the Home Depot warehouse, it apparently got lost (I cant make this stuff up). So I decide to call the store and perhaps they can get the story correct. ****, nice lady, tells me that she spoke to the ware and they were looking for it at the warehouse. The ** chat comes back and tells me the sorry line and it will take two business days because ** had to ship another one. So I get the number of the delivery firm, call them and they tell me its scheduled to be delivered on 22nd and I should get text when they are on their wayI am still waiting. It was a Christmas present !

      I bought $9000 counter tops from Home Depot, Cottonwood. They were to be made and installed by The Countertop Factory. After 5 months, tops broken and measured wrong, after much strong arming from Home Depot and TCF i cancelled my order. HD is keeping $3,500 for a "restocking charge" after they broke the tops, kept me waiting for 5 months, didnt return phone calls. As an architect I am floored by their truly shocking service and by their total incompetence...not to mention rude customer **********************. Dont order anything from Home Depot...Use any another counter top supplier.

      I received a damaged grill, didnt know till I paid someone to assemble it. Called Home Depot, they said they would send me a new one and have a carrier pick up the old one. The new one was sent. I have called and messaged 7 different times and now they say I have to return it in store. It is a 150 lb item and Im a single 51 woman. I have no way to get it there. They were zero help and refused to send me the recorded customer ******************** calls which proved what I was being told and when I asked 2 separate times to speak to a supervisor, the representative just hung up the phone and the other sent me back to the main menu. I will never shop here again and I dont recommend them to anyone. Terrible terrible service.

      I ordered a light fixture for $13. Not very much money, but I don't have much so it was a lot to me. The package was stolen off my porch a couple minutes after delivery. Home Depot says I have to make a claim with Fed Ex and Fed Ex says only the shipper can make a claim, so won't take my claim. I just want the item replaced, but Home Depot won't help me at all. I've spent a lot of money at Home Depot over the years, but I won't be ordering anything from them anymore. I hope the $13 was worth all the future money I would've spent there in the future.

      We bought a washer and dryer from HD and purchased the 5 year extended warranty plan. The dryer has broken down the company does not want to appear to honor the extended warranty. The people at the Home Depot Protection Plan (Asurion) keep sending us to service providers who then won't service the dryer. They make you wait on hold when you call back in for an hour just to get someone that doesn't speak English very well and says to check our email. Then nothing comes in the email. Horrible experience and scam.

      Horrible work, still getting water intrusion since 2020! I contracted The Home Depot on December 2019.It took this company a year to installed the windows. I have had a water intrusion problem in my house since the windows were installed, this is still happening and is actually getting worse, now the floor/tiles are lifting up and the water is trapped, I can see pools of water in my room every time it rains. Im also concerned about mold. My downstairs entry way is also getting water damage from upstairs! This has been happening for years, the floor in my room has been getting water for years, I am really worried about the floor giving out or caving inn. My family and I are getting sick from the mold being ingested.

      We recently had a terrible experience @Home Depot ** none of the managers were trained to handle our problem. My daughter was scammed out of a lot of money by buying Home Depot gift cards. When she realized it was not her bank she was talking too she went directly to the store & 4 ppl witnessed it was a scam indeed. All her money which was A lot was still there on the cards the scammers hadnt stolen it @ that point, my ****************** pleaded to them to deactivate the cards immediately or transfer to new gift ************ did absolutely nothing. Needless to say the money was gone 2 hrs later. Supposedly the solved this problem in **** when a women sued & the attorney general stepped to recover her money. We are sickened by that not one employee helped us.

      I ordered a range online from Home Depot but when the delivery person arrived, he said he cant install it on a tile floor and he took it back. We ended up cancelling the other and received a cancellation confirmation saying that the money would be returned to credit card in 3-5 business days. The refund never arrived. I called customer ********************** and they said I have to physically go into a store and swipe credit card for refund. This makes no sense whatsoever. The order was placed online and I dont have any Home Depots nearby. And even if I did, why would I need to waste time and energy going to a store for an online order?

      They schedule a delivery, charge you and expect you to stay home waiting for delivery. Despite text and emails saying your 5 stops away, 3 stops away, 2 stops away, then theres a problem please call. After hours on hold discover there never was going to be a delivery because their 3 rd party never picked item up. Give you another deliver date 10 days out! And according to Home Depot who sold me the product its out of their hands, Shocking.I cancelled order, I have no confidence in there ability to honor their service And guess what they cant refund me until they hear from delivery service who confirms they have the product that they claim they never pick up.Beware!,

      DO NOT USE E GIFT CARD.2 days before Christmas I tried to purchase a high value egift card. First time declined? Reordered and 10 hours later Home depot texted me they could not process my purchase. Wasted much needed time before the holidays on the phone to resolve. I decided I'll send the competitions card. Never again will I use this e service.
